For those that think SEYE come anywhere near our quality then they need be reminded of the words of Twin Town - f**** off back to noddy land!!
Simple for me. Have SEYE got the relationship we have with Qualcomm? Nope!!
S7
While SEE doesnt announce wins SEYE are talking contracts that look like cancelled more than postponed.
Cast your mind back to 1985 when Apple was $0.05c SP & Amstrad seemed like flying. I know who most would of been happy being on, looking back.
Sure both Companies do very well but the hare & the tortoise race has started.
By January 2022 will get a feel of how many cars, planes, trains, buses & trucks have SEE or SEYE in them. Buy the end of 2022 most OEMs will be sorted and hopefully value will start to show in a big way.
S7
Iam sure with a bit of new auto news & some Aviation news along with the markets realising Viktors note isnt what it seems & then add in a couple of reveals on new models hitting the tarmac that SEE claims then thats a real possibility ;)
Thanks for pointing in out.
Phil
Even after Viktors fairytale and the subsequent 8.5% rise, SEE is still valued higher than SEYE, roughly £355 to £3300 million so perhaps to paraphrase Viktor the market is waking up to SEEs unique and world leading IP, the continuous name dropping by industry leading companies as against the total opposite for SEYE. According to SEYE, there are now 2 OEMs with models on the road. Have you noticed how quiet it is on the reviews for this new model? Maybe another BMW scenario?
Apples and pears is being kind
Its all about vehicles on the road. While they talk about the likes of JLR i dont see cars with it in yet or looking likely to be in still from my searches. Is that another paused or postponed contract i wonder?
They will win their fair share of work iam sure, look like a good Company for China especially.
As time moves by Iam sure more like BMW will want the best and gradually drop models to replace with SEE.

We are apples and pears, the company is telling the market they have 84 design wins and it’s worth billions of kr, that is why their sp is much higher, they have not spent anywhere near the money on RnD that we have, they don’t have even close to the amount of opportunities we have in terms of Qualcomm omnivision, the whole of fleet and the whole of aviation thats not even including the open RFQs that victor says are imminent. Victor still sticks with the king of DMS and a kings ransom of 20m in the bank, who can take that shizzle seriously? Come on?
Gab, silly question, if i tell you i do then that means i have knowledge others havent, which of course i couldn't possibly comment on. The clues are there, DYOR.

"China issue was to do with IP protection. QC setup protects IP. Seye software could be anywhere in China by now."
Nice! Do you have source for this information?
China issue was to do with IP protection. QC setup protects IP. Seye software could be anywhere in China by now.
SEE have not pitched for China contracts for a number of reasons. PM stated this in his last video interview. Via Qualcomm, SEE may indirectly enter the China market, for example in NioET7 but I am not surprised, nor concerned, that SEYE have won a China contract. One company cannot take over the entire worldwide DMS market. It is healthy to have competitors.
Some of the language in that report is unprofessional. “Yeh, nah” and other apparent words of wisdom aren’t the expected tone of a serious financial equity research report. That’s just my opinion, and puts me off the analyst reporting.
Red Eye and Viktor Westman both hold shares in Smart Eye so they're hardly going to be unbiased.
You just need to ask a few questions:
Which DMS provider is successfully in cars currently on the road and getting really positive reviews?
Which company has successful fleet installations with billions of km of actual miles travelled?
Which company did Omnivision and Qualcomm want to work with?
Which company has an MOU with L3Harris and successful trials with the RAAF who want to roll it out in more sims?
The answer to all of the above is Seeing Machines.
Smart Eye will likely win some OEMs especially in China and might eventually get in an actual car on the road that that works, and might eventually get their fleet up and running and might eventually sign a deal with someone like Qualcomm or Omnivision and might eventually work in aviation...... but they are miles behind Seeing Machines (literally billions of miles behind in fleet!).
I don't see an issue talking about competition on this board because there isn't much competition based on the above! All imho!
Why is JLR now at least 3 years late to SOP as per Viktors note and Seye win apparently?
"That report is the best marketing SM have done in a while"
This is true. If I have understood correctly, Smart eye is paying for Red Eye. So they are probably not the most independent and objective source of information.
24 mentions of Seeing Machines in that Smarteye broker report but Viktor isn't worried at all, lol
He is right about Qualcomm it is not included in current business plan or recent RFQ, Paul confirmed that in his recent interview.
The "material" "substantial" revenues from QC is over and above, great.
That report is the best marketing SM have done in a while
"Oh look, another post about smart eye by this poster. Surprise surprise."
Of course, i analyze players in the market. And own smart eye and seeing machines 20/80 ratio. It is called risk management.
Yes, i like seeing machines because it is much more than just DMS.... aviation, fleet etc. much more safety margin.
Gabriel
I wouldn’t read too much into that. It’s always written in a certain style. A large pinch salt needed usually.
Check back next year and see how many cars on the road. Then check how many fleet installs & aviation contracts are in comparison.
Oh look, another post about smart eye by this poster. Surprise surprise.
Why did i buy seeing machines yesterday :(
We believe main competitor Seeing Machines’s new solution with Qualcomm is not
involved in the ongoing RFQs. Thus, the current RFQs have the exact same setup as the
other tenders during the past two years, i.e. where Smart Eye won literally everything.
