Seems like a massive punt on there being commercial helium. If it goes boobies up where does everyone think SCIR SP will drop to?
Sambo I emailed Ben today and recommend shareholders to do the same really, as you have a very good point there matey, if they are not going to increase the stake then they better have some sort of plan when the Helium One SP rises some more to liquify our assets otherwise I been first to do a EGM and remove the board members responsible for this potential muck up, to get 4% out of the market is not hard once you are under 3% as you just got to sell into the buys up movement otherwise if there no trapped gas then it will be shocking really, I just hope this is been discussed anyway if not it needs to really so push the point folks !!!!
All good here thanks Chris..
Let’s hope for a bit more of a rise on HE1 then, then realistically the BOD could dispose of their shares to fund the Ruvuma commitments until at least CH1 results... if they sell their 25% (or even part) before CH1 spud it would be utter insanity IMO.. and shareholders would be shafted
Hi Sambo, long time no hear, I am very well thanks and I hope you and your family are as well.
It's around US$5.7 million for 2021, some of which includes drill prep for CH1 and around $4 million required for 2022 at a guess.
Hi Cperkin, hope you’re well.. do you have the figure for SCIR’s share of the seismic and CH1 drill?
How close are we to funding that if HE1 shares are sold off.. ?
correct AA it knowing what you know and at the same time risking only what you can afford to risk, I could count on both hand in the last year I seen a stock down 12% or so and up soon afterwards esp in these small caps and why canny investors can make a fortune here as they done there DYOR and know (A) the potential (B) whats coming, in regards to the Helium one stake and all that BS Colin coming out with, does he actually know 2.2 million in cash has been traded on the stock today and it not even 12.00 yet and still 4 week+ from the SPUD, so offloading its stake at 16p-20p or when it hits trapped gas is only what looney people say 4% is nothing and will be nothing if HE1 SP continues like this, people are crazy for the stock which means only one thing for shareholders here, the other big fact is under 3% nobody will know if it joe punter selling or Scirocco Energy and why you have to be careful what information you read on the boards DYOR, everytime it drops I buy more why as I`m focused on the prize and whether I get it soon on HE1/New Asset or H1 2022 drill I will be getting above double what I`m paying now so GLA and not long to wait !!!!
well thank god the World doesn`t hold on your breath Colin, I certainly didn`t and "BUY`s" coming in now so lets see what happens any bit of good news coupled with the potential on our two assets and this is away Colin, when thats for the Board to decide when !!!
Mrc, we all know your honest opinion as its proved to be way of on most occasions,
Enq and Pmg in need of some serious nursing why not trot along and give them your honest opinion.
fjones, this has been due a rise for the last 10years but never fails to disappoint.
Looks like a stop loss hunt, RNS tomorrow then? ;0)
Thank Colin you not on the Telegram posting dribble you had a yellow card (weeks ban) pity we can’t do it here and everything is negative for you on SCIR I bought twice today on here as in for the medium/long term, what you going to say is Helium One hits Trapped gas “it worthless still” people think the board are bunch or crooks or plums, have folks not looked at there past jobs, this dribble will only be short term as despite the weakness I rate this and GL if peeps think it better to buy HE1 than here but for me I got the the HE1 average 7.15ish and fairly heavy so ok on my holding but here it due a rise soon GLA !!!
Mrc has been saying sell He1 since floating, lol.
Says Colin the poster who said sell all HE1 @7p Mrc/d :0)
Well regardless of tax & as if they can't off set that with their continued loses here, they are still in profit. Value of SCIRS shares now just under £3 million
Had 210000 at 5.9.
Sold at 7 to reinvest here.
My mistake.
Should have realised that we are scraping the barbell here. Which it certainly looks like.
Our helium stake up 400k and the sp still falls.
Absolutely no confidence here.
We must all remember that there will be fees and taxes due upon sale of the HE1 sale. Somehow Chris always fails to consider this?
Selling 4% of the company will also take some time and likely depress the SP.
Steve .... IMO they will not hit the sell button until drilling starts when HE1 SP will be over 20p by then.
It’s a rampers dream!! My frustration at the moment is I don’t have any more spare cash available for HE1 and only have a small holding at 6.8p
On my list to Frank,
He1 63m mkt cap
Aex 27m mkt cap,
Scir 8m mky cap
Says it all.
If investors want a stake in HE1 they’ll buy HE1 shares especially with all the hype. They are not interested in a 4% stake worth £3m, £4m or whatever when a billion Market cap is being discussed on the HE1 boards.
The BOD need to pull a rabbit out of the hat here before the end of the month.
On my to do list Frank....
Morning Chris.
Reckon the board are ready to hit that sell button if previous transactions are anything to go by.
Our current sp should be at least three times what it is currently.
Reckon even the fly on the wall in the boardroom has gone elsewhere. They seem completely oblivious that they are running a listed plc that is supposed to be making money for its shareholders. We all know the only ones making any money from it.
Be nice if you Chris and AA joined the Telegram group as you both contribute well !!
CrazyChris when are folks going to wake up and smell the coffee
SCIRS 21 million Helium 1 shares are now worth around £2.7 million or around 33% of the current market cap, so 25% of Ruvuma is now valued @ £5.3 million V the $20 million
There will be nothing new at the AGM. It will all be about great future ahead and nothing about the disasterous reults for the last 10 years. They don't give a monkey's toss about the investors. Just look after number one. When this company has been drained dry they will probably move on to destroy another.
Knowing the way our board seems to work it wouldn’t surprise me if they have already sold our stake as cash must be getting a bit tight to pay the next lot of fees.
The agm this year should be interesting or not to say the least.
Promised so much and delivered precisely nothing.
