Should about cover phase 2 3D :)
Now worth over $1 million :)
Afternoon Chris.
Assuming that still have them doing quite well.
Hope for seismic news soon.
No updates so have to assume still ongoing.
May even get drill in a bit sooner.
HE1 shares worth a £1m !!! Whoopee !!!
Means Sweet FA. The ONLY thing I’m interested in is the SP, which is sh@t!
This share reminds me of a tv program called “Sale of the Century” why? Because it seems to be taking a f@cking century to sell Ruvuma. FFS.
On another point, MRC must be the most annoying poster in the history of Solo/Scirocco but CPerkin you are almost getting to the stage of being equally annoying for over the last 3 years for trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.
Jon Fitzpatrick the puppet master. I remember seeing him a few years ago at a Solo AGM in his tartan jacket. He never said a word but he was probably thinking about how he’s going to screw these bunch of sassenachs.
Use the filter Aimster, the point about HE1 being worth over $1 million is that it covers phase 2 of the seismic at current price.
Drill it.
Sell it.
The days of a SP of 6-7p in the run up to the drill is over. Most savvy investors will be expecting a placing on the run up to the drill. Probably anytime over 2p. Also a lot of the Oily investors (thrill of the drill) have gone over to Crypto to get their fix (or HE1)
I agree Aimster, but the trouble is they have been trying to sell it for how long now?
Saying that, it's a double edged sword. Say they eventually manage to sell the asset for £20mil, can you even begin to imagine how dangerous these bunch of clowns would be with that kind of money!
Like asking Mcdonald's to look after you cow.....
You contradicted yourself when using HE1 as a example Aimster,
Chris still believes in the old run up in SP on drill
It worked in the 2010s but all those hot money guys have sold up and moved on to the new games in town like crypto.
The money is just not there in these boring old AIM shares.
AA how did I contradict myself with HE1?
Aimster I read it as a contradiction because you said oily investers had gone over to crypto on the one hand then went on to say " or HE1,
The interest around HE1 is about drilling, what's the difference with that or the possible interest that could happen with Ruvuma?
AA - helium has a story that appeals to the young guns. It has been sold as an easy drill and short development time.
Investors attention spans have greatly reduced. Nobody cares about a Tanz fossil fuel project that might get first gas in 5 years time if we are lucky. Especially given the cost of capital in the sector.
Joel - 100% agree about the cash. If they get $20 million they should return it all to shareholders. The BOD should then resign and let someone else take the story forward.
The SOLO / SCIR oil and gas name is irredeemably tainted IMHO.
New BOD, new investors and a sensible name like U.K. ANaerobic Digestion Ltd.
This Scirroco name is nonsense. Read the presentation from last year, the strategy is all over the place. New BOD should focus attention on biogas…just daft trying to do everything green under the sun as the current BOD dangles.
mrc - simple question - why are you here?
Supposedly because I am a bitter former director (not sure why Dan Maling would be bitter…as I understand it he did rather well out of SOLO and it’s long suffering shareholders?)
I asked you, not what others thought. Not a very difficult question. Can you answer or not?
Big D
I’m afraid to say that I am simply here to discuss the share. No financial motivation for any of my postings. I know that you guys are in deep and I think try to talk the share up so you can get out. I find that interesting too.
If I am wrong in any way then I welcome any challenge you bring.
And if I go to far at any time and break a rule then you can of course report my posts!!
Mrc, I was just replying to Aimster, your input not needed thanks
I beg to differ AA
In fact it’s worth repeating as you are clogging up the bird with pointless personal stuff:
“AA - helium has a story that appeals to the young guns. It has been sold as an easy drill and short development time.
Investors attention spans have greatly reduced. Nobody cares about a Tanz fossil fuel project that might get first gas in 5 years time if we are lucky. Especially given the cost of capital in the sector.“
Of course you differ mrc, I wouldn't expect anything less from you, its not difficult to see through the shallowness of your reasoning.
Difference here is they have already drilled this fan based gas discovery twice and proved up a multi TCF gas asset with 763BCF 2C with a retail value at current Tanz prizes over over $600 million to SCIR alone (2C Only), HE1 thus far have only hit a duster.
The 3rd drill over the asset due in H2 is not only appraising the huge onshore gas asset but a deeper target as well with an additional forecast TCF of gas and or oil.
The value of the asset at the end of the agreed work programme could well be worth $100's of millions
mrc - well hopefully when you discuss issue outside this board you take a more balanced approach. Personally, I do find it a little strange to spend so much time on one board discussing a share which one has no financial interest in. I hope in time you find a slightly more rewarding way to spend so much time and energy.
Quite agree Noob SCIR hold 5,256,088 HE1 shares as per last RNS.
