Investing genius. You have absolutely no idea.
250% time from a low 10p fund raise.
Dropping to 10p from its high is a 98% drop, positive news and still drops.
At 10p there would have to be a 5000% rise to bring it back to where it was.
At the moment around 1600% like needed.
It is not the 250% rise which is overdone it is the 98% due to worldwide events and a pi55 poor death spiral finance.
News is due on data results anytime soon.
How would you place a value on a Tyk2 Jak1 inhibitor commencing phase2 clinical trials?

We really are so blessed to have had this recent mass influx of investing experts......
.....my price target pre pending news.....Invested £18k here.....@28.....RF out soon....One of the top prospects in my portfolio.....Strong buy Reg
Ok thanks, decision made . Bye
Imho....think we will continue our climb back up to respectable sp this morning.
Yes but not after a 250% spike from the lows
Waiting for a sensible pullback and consolidation period
Ultimately think 20p area is decent level. No one can really complain either after a huge move from 8/9p up to 37p. Its only natural it has a cool off and retrace before the next move up
Are you ever going to buy this stock ?.
Closed at the lows after a failed spike higher yesterday
OIverdue a cool off. Maybe 25p is the level today lets see
Nicely, goodmorning.
A post here from funnyguy, how much of this one you agree with, and like funnyguy on what basis do you make such an absurd statement?
'Unbelievable 13 Mar 2024 21:24
That people on here is talking up the science of Sareum. If this was a grand national Sareum have barely jumped the first fence and people are saying we have a champion.
Forget the testing, follow the finance and your answer is there. We are not too far away from confirmation that Sareum have failed the tests and will not pursue. Use your brains. This is all a nod to the people that really matter, the financial sector and HWNI. don't be fooled into thinking that Sareum have small private investors interest at heart. They have been played so will now play us and the executives involved do not know how to play this game so are easy pickings for the professionals.
Expect SAR to go bust this year. I pulled out with a small loss'
THAT SAYS IT ALL ABOUT THE INDIVIDUAL.
'confirmation that Sareum have failed the tests and will not pursue.'
What a complete load of unsubstantiated bs, it don't know, has no idea.
Funnyguy, I agree with most of your post apart from, "this is a short term play , nothing else," that is a ridiculous statement to make, as if people have made their quick profit and now SAR is a waste of time
Funnyguy - few reasons this share dropped as it did.
- Cash runway was tight
- riverfort deal was perceived as a bad choice
- delays in getting uk approval
- the return of 737
- failure to capitalise on a positive market share price for funding
- poor PR from the bod
Most of these are now resolved and a few rns have indicated a positive trial. What will effect our share price now iin the short term is shareholder sentiment while waiting for results, in the medium term will be the ability of the bod to strike a deal (hopefully they will attract a buyout rather than licensing- personal preference).
Remember we are now almost where we were before this hit 7-8p. A lot of LTH made a mistake of not selling at the peak and buying back - I think this time folks will have gained a valuable lesson and this too will effect the rise. I see this as a second chance to make some good returns.
Funny Guy.
No, we are most certainly not in the same situation, as Riverfort will no longer demand shares to pay outstanding debt.
Had WRAP not gone ahead we would have been well and truly shafted.
Riverfort gave an opportunity to buy but by their own actions created a situation of being unable to draw down further funding.
So there you are as an investor you come in buying on the way down and end up with a situation where the company is in severe financial
problems. Riverfort don't give a damn about any investors here.
As for name sonny, it does not say it all. You need grow up! Take your piddly 6k out and get a life.
Calm down sadoldgit- name says it all.
i said previously i would buy as SAR is in my mind a short-term play. I bought, i made quick profit circa 6k and we are now in the same situation as before ie waiting on news which i believe will not change the price one bit as there will be no licence but more testing with no commercial consequences. RiverFort as i said gave everyone an opportunity to buy. Some bought to hold and good luck with that, some bought and make a quick turnaround profit, well doen and some have just arrived on the board and clogged it up with saying like, wow this used to be 450p so we can achieve that easily. So different investors in SAR. i am just of the opinion that fundamentally nothing has changed. You either believe SAR will deliver long term or you don't. Currently i do not but time will tell. Fundamental point is Riverfort had to make some money out of all this and they have by pigging backing on new and old investors who think that this will rise . Riverfort can now say thank you very much and that has left alot of retail investors holding more shares either by averaging down or they are new investors.
Dunny Guy if that is your conclusion that Riverfort gave us an opportunity to make some quick money that just about sums you up.
Had the people here not made an effort to put forward a solution to death spiral finance, where would be?
Sareum had no money and Riverfort cannot lend to Sareum under the terms of the finance contract.
However, you can put your last dollar on what Riverfort's next action would have been. Finance the company in the form of a loan and take ownership of the company.
You would have preferred this outcome?
I should think a lot of people have to laugh at your posts,
Bought 33,000 shares which now makes your average what? As was 61 p?
You have sold a few shares on a spike this am and like 1 or 2 others on here paint a negative view to feed their own agenda?
On top of that you have not been here 2 minutes and know Jack 5hit.
You have similarities with Riverfort,
Only a few weeks before news lands and you want to trash the share.
You want trash the share like RF buy in then sell on another spike before going back to trashing the share again.
What a prawn!

RiverFort gave us all an opportunity to make some quick money as they have. Anyone who did not buy earlier and sell this week in my mind is going to regret it. We will now see a decline over te next few weeks to the mid-teens, with no positive RNS to boost the price. I had to laugh at the abundance of postings on the lines of
it used to be 450p so its going back to that and probably 150p in the next few weeks and the plethora of old news to say why SAR is worth over 1-2 bn.
RiverFort do this as a business and they gave us all an opportunity. as i said this is a short term play , nothing else
RNS due in the next 8 weeks (betting on a late May drop) for which we know SAD trial was successful, Food Interaction trial no issues.
MAD trial being finalised then we get the RNS. Musing if this has already been factored in, I don’t think it has. Like many on here I believe the MC is way too low at £30m.
Just as the air has been let out of the share price over the last year, it must be adjusted back now, given the imminent P1 report drop.
I also wonder why the board did not go for a more significant raise, enough to restart 1802? They must be confident they have a deal in time before our cash runway runs out again.
oh and not to forget the possible 737 update. What have the new owners been up to with that over the last few months?
Hi AOTD - I suspect those dates were simply chosen as suitable 'place holders' when completing the trial docs. They would push the dates out far enough to build in any potential slippage since they couldn't possibly know how many volunteers would sign up and when. The last advert looking for recruits was taken off the Nucleus Network website around 6th Jan. so I'd expect them to have enrolled the final subjects by the end of that month.
'often referred to as a blow off top'....
say no more. 😁😂😂
The (MAD) portion of SDC-1801 is nearing completion, not the whole trial.
According to here: last patient enrollment 7 May 24, last data collection 4 June 24
https://anzctr.org.au/Trial/Registration/TrialReview.aspx?ACTRN=12623000416695
But Basil if you've made 200% on a share it's actually disciplined investing to take profits. I haven't as I'm underwater on my earlier purchases here but I can see why others have.
"The multiple ascending dose (MAD) portion of SDC-1801 is nearing completion. Sareum aims to conclude this part of the trial by the end of Q2 2024. Subject to data review, additional funding and/or potential licencing opportunities, we endeavour to be in a position to commence a Phase 2a study in psoriasis patients before the end of 2024."
Top-line data is expected to be available in Q2 2024 was the wording on the Half-year report of 28 March 2024. We are already a month into Q2 2024, so it is due soon.
