LOL yeah he did a bit...
Chomping away.
Look what you did - Mr Bot woke up grumpy!
Alarm call for Mr Bot!
Cmon fella, wake up and give us some afternoon fun?!?
Last year on 24th Jan there was the trading update. This year will be on 30th Jan for FY ending 31 Jan 2024. Preliminary results published for this FY on 17 April 24.
Hope for positive update - strong cruise business performance and turnaround in the insurance business. Think we have been through the worst and will start the SP rerating. Onwards and upwards!
Waiting for the inevitable rns that states Eldose Babu hits 7.x% Looks like he soaked up more shares today from late jump in price
Reading the Article seems Cruise Industry seems to have recovered -
https://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/markets/article-12925385/Cruise-industry-steaming-ahead-record-year.html
On Saga Plc which I found interesting was the debt burden of the other Cruise Operators. Saga Plc's Debt seems rather low compared to the others. With Revenue to debt ratio improving year on year I can see why Eldose Babu would be buying if a Buyer came caling.
Thx Spights. GL also.
Hi Rogue good luck with you investment
It’s around your figure plus any other deals he has made
One person who clearly sees value here is chairman Sir Roger De Haan. Regulatory filings show that on 16 November, De Haan purchased 341,415 Saga shares at a price of 293p per share. This trade cost the insider just over £1m. I see this director dealing activity as quite bullish. It suggests the chairman is confident about the future and that he expects the share price to rise from here.
Indeed, Happy New Year all!!
Well something is gonna happen, just not clear what.
Spights-what's Rogers break even again? 275 is it? Presumably that's the worst case scenario...??? The bot still buying so I expect a gradual increase to results, and then what?
Happy NewYear all
Exciting year ahead for Saga
Onwards and Upwards
:)))))))))))
Let’s hope our SAGA turns into a CARNIVAL in 2024 !
Carnival, which owns P&O, Britain’s biggest cruise line, took a heavy hit from Covid-19, but it has topped the FTSE 250 leaderboard this year after its shares more than doubled in value, ending 2023 up by 126.6 per cent. The company has been boosted by robust travel demand, giving it enough room to bump up ticket prices. Carnival, which this month reported forecast-beating revenues of $5.4 billion for the fourth quarter, said high demand meant that almost two thirds of its occupancy for next year had been booked already.
HAPPY NEW YEAR 🥂
Sorry to disappoint but due to circumstances entirely within my control I will not be in a position to post again this year so HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE. Yes, I do mean everyone. Śtay well. Keep safe.
Hope Santa was good to you all. Just finished a busy week shuttling the well to do backwards and forwards from Florida / Caribbean.
Finished off with a transatlantic back to UK with some Suoeryacht customers.
Off to catch up with my grandkids now to celebrate my Christmas.
Best wishes fir 2024 and fingers crossed we see Saga back up where we deserve to be and a Divi restored too.
Well, you finally made me smile Bugs. Fair play.
Thomson, remind me what the last good news was in your eyes?
Many thanks Eldose babu.
Let me guess… you are going to stop posting

That was very helpful. Could you provide the wall street holdings link you used. Many thanks.
This is still out of date for Babu.
Actually the simply wall street view has a more detailed list of Institutions going down much lower holdings....
