Today's Jupiter price is shown as 28 cents per share. £2.21 million equates to 4.0 million Aus dollars. Therefore shares held must be approximately 14.3 million.
The Chancellor says he may stop companies paying dividends. Thank goodness RRR will not be affected.
can someone tell me what RRR own in jupiter, It seems to get more confusing with every half year and yearly report. Used to be clearly stated but in recent reports its only referred to as a number of shares...so the value is stated as £2.2mill,,,,,,is the value of the rest of the assets £5mill I doubt it
Are you not worried about the funds that need to be paid to Kansai soon?
Ah Mr Tragic, it is not as much fun without you on here wittering away.
So go on, explain all the large ish buys that have been coming over the last few days.
Practically everyone else is well down and on the week we are well up. Somebody isn't buying your words of wisdom but they are buying Red Rock shares.
PS why would I be buying more shares if I have the CLNs and warrants? According to you there should be no CLNs because they were all converted at 0.6p weeks ago: what happened to that prediction? When I convert I will let you know.
lol and one thing's for certain. . . . it's not you.
Still ramping by the hour, still not even holding 3% here!
Fairly large buys going through consistently now for a couple of days. It looks like we have a buyer trying to build a position. I suspect we will get a TR1 shortly.
"I thought", as in let me make something up and pretend it is an issue...
https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/POW/conditional-refinancing-business-update/13949009
"Andrew Bell and Paul Johnson (or their connected parties) have committed to subscribe for £50,000 each in the Refinancing on the terms as outlined above. Additionally, Red Rock Resources, a company of which Andrew Bell is a director, has committed to subscribe for £100,000 in the Refinancing;"
All you had to do was read the relevant RNS and understand it.

Briar - I thought you sold out here? Haven’t you got better things to do or do you need a hobby? Upset that the SP kept going up after you sold. Kind of funny really
I thought all AB's shares in POW were effectvely RRR , Like JMS. They are clearly not............
AB sold and bought POW shares to put in his pension pot. £17.76k.#
POW RNS "The transactions represent a transfer of 1,480,000 from Mr Bell's personal share account into his Self Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") and the acquisition of a further 1,877 shares."

OUT
03 Aug 2020 16:13
After 10years I am out. The last batch was the 403200 sell.
Have I lost £? yes about 97%. I have lived through EL limon, Melville Bught , Shoats Creek, Elephant oil,, Ivory Coast, Steelmin, Migori licences, and now Ausi Victoria state licence applications............But what I wont do from the sidelines i to spend hours daily , constantly like Magic and Zumore.. Have they been right, yes, most of the time.
Over and out......................
Invested in this company years ago.Unfortunately.Totally back Zumore and Magic.Bargepole.Dyor??
RRR splashing the cash in...........
Victoria Licenses, professional reports etc.
Kenya Migori Licences and payouts to previous partner Kinsai $2.5m within 6weeks and more.
and much more...........eg. salaries, flights, rent etc.
Only source is remnants of JMS.
Although I suspect it. It would be interesting if you confirmed that you were a company plant who posted on this thread to give a rosey optimistic viewpoint on RRR.
Helpful do Red Rock Resources reward you in some way for promoting them?
Missed a step out.
Lets suppose that you do the above: when the IPO happens you subscribe for the IPO and sell your POW/RRR and hedged your position. If the IPO price is higher than anticipated, it will be reflected in the POW/RRR share prices and therefore you have neutralised the rise in the IPO price.

Now that RRR and POW have confirmed that they intend to list RRAL on TSX an interesting trade comes up.
If you are an investor who would normally invest in an IPO for RRAL on TSX why wait when you can pick up RRR and POW at a substantial discount to the listing price. Same with pre-IPO funding.
Lets suppose that they value the license assets in Victoria at A$10mil pre-money and they take A$3mil in. Those investing in the pre-IPO money get 13.23% of RRAL and RRR holds 38.5% of RRAL. The look through valuation is £2.9mil. RRR's market capitalisation is currently about £7mil. It has got to be a close call; do you fund the pre-IPO money or do you buy a position in RRR?

Up 13.89%.
Maybe the penny is dropping.
What do you reckon Tragic?
+1 darien
It is a total joke and continues to be so imo
Over £40 million in losses posted since 2012
Over £16 million cash raised mostly via brutal dilution of shareholders
Over £12 million frittered away on admin and expenses
Nominal share value lowered from 0.1p to 0.01p so dilution could continue
Shares consolidated on a 1-25 basis (I predict they will be consolidated again in the future)
JMS shares once worth over £25m were largely sold off for a pittance
Bell has now gained a reputation for failing to RNS key events
Didn't RNS loans and transactions made with Amulet Diamonds
Didn't RNS a £1.1m loan to the failing Steelmin venture
Didn't RNS Steelmin going into Administration despite RRR having a 22% share there
Didn't RNS the pawning off of 1.5m JMS shares last year
Appears not to have RNS'd directly the further sale of JMS shares this year (to be confirmed)
Complete joke imo perpetually pumped by unscrupulous rampers
Barge pole for me

Total assets on balance sheet at 31 march 2012 $24mill
Total assets on balance sheet at 31 march 2020 $9 mill
heap of **** AB ,,needs to explain , greenland, BarT , Resource Star, Elephant Oil, El Limon, Dabakala, and kenya, each in its own way a story of total incompetence ..
Please tell me how this guy is still in employment..

Slight difference in emphasis. AB says we are going for TSX, PJ says North American and that TSX is one option.
