What’s the lesser evil - incompetence or lies from SK or indifference and silence from AK?
I just have a nagging feeling CRCL will be used as a vehicle for AK and it won’t benefit long term suffering plebs such as I. Would love to be proved wrong but got my cynical hat on with CRCL at the moment.
We are discounted heavily because of management.
While this is a mildly welcome development, I await a revenue and profit producing asset with interest. That is when the share price will take off. Nothing short of that will get past market scepticism IMHO. Wish that was not the case as I hold 500k shares at a penny average. It is in my interest for the share price to rise but it is a case of once bitten twice shy.
"In addition, further to the announcement of 31 October 2022 in lieu of a cash financing fee the Company has elected to issue 112,500,000 Warrants (the "Warrants") allowing purchase of new ordinary shares of the Company at £0.004 until 20 February 2024, have now been recalculated to 214,285,714 Warrants, repriced to the Strike Price of £0.0021, and extended until 31 March 2025 with associated resettability now in place until 31 December 2023."
From 21st December 2022 RNS.
There are other warrants at 0.2p and 0.4p out there as well so the warrant range is 0.2p up to 0.8p. So share price needs to be 0.6p to 1.2p to get these issued and cleared over a period of time I would imagine.
With respect - there is 800 million shares in issue. 50m about to go out for the Lithium project I believe. Then there are over 600m warrants between 0.2p and 0.4p from memory. These are substantial brakes on the share price going forward. Then shares will need to be issued to get this oil and gas production to cover SK's and JP's salaries. So shall we assume 2 billion shares in issue by the end of this transformational year? A share price of 1p would be a market cap of £20million? Impossible, no. Can I expect it to realistically happen? Jury is out and the market feels the same until we get meaningful money in the bank.
Fine, but this is all just words. I am only interested in where the price is vs my average of 1p. That's all. I think the most optimistic person holding here can acknowledge that SK needs to be taken with a pinch of salt and his comments treated with scepticism until he has a track record of results.
