Great news. My question is who did they buy from? Hopefully not another long term holder. Also, was this one transaction or a position built over months?

My thoughts are that CRCL are being too soft regarding RMC. SK should make it clear to them that if they do not approve the motion at the GM then they will seek to get the company in administration and get both nickel assets for free. I am picking my brain as to why SK did not demand 10% of the company in addition to WoWoGap to be honest. CRCL have leverage and should be using it?

RY is a very bad PR person.

Stuff like SK posting on his personal Twitter "Spiral of Progress" led to false expectations, and the whole BOD have had their pants pulled down in some way over Burwell. Closing the other two will give some confidence that medium term dilution won't be necessary and that will spark a re-rate upwards.

To be honest I had WoWoGap as a given, so nothing has really changed for me as an expectation has been met. The true value will be getting energy storage projects up and running with cashflows to stop dilution. I think this will happen eventually and will be patient.

The only big seller there can be is Monecor as they are out of their "locked in" period if you go through the previous RNS. They are just not declaring on a TR1 form and they probably don't care.

Even CT in the Telegram group is saying they will vote against all AGM resolutions if there is no meaningful update by then. If we all do the same RY will have to start listening.
