I have tried finding the answer on Corcel's website but failed.
Does anyone know how many warrants are left to convert as of now?
Would be handy to know how many high volume days will be needed to remove the warrants being effectively a floor on the share price in absence of updates.
What prevents me buying at the moment is the lack of shares in director ownership. Also $200k plus in salaries every six months according to latest financial report seems excessive to me. The business has not achieved anything yet!
I have written it off in my mind for a short timescale. RL says the TEO is being reworked to optimise the mine design and CT is saying the TEO is being modified to incorporate a potential purchasers' wishes. Who knows which is correct, but neither scenario will play out until later this year for submission, then another 6 months of adjustments afterwards with Rosnedra. Meanwhile we just have to hope NRR is being scaled up as promised and the extra being put into the TEO is not costing too many hundreds of thousands of pounds.
Longterm / Helpful - Surely between you and your networks you have enough shares between you to get AB off the board? Work together and force his hand, and maybe, "stale bulls" like myself on the sidelines, watching, can jump on board again. I won't do so while AB is connected with the company. Preferably would be nice to get rid of SK as well.
Given historical price movements on this share I am puzzled that no announcement on the money owed to Kansai has not resulted in a material decrease in the share price. Perhaps it is just commodity mania that is holding the price up.
