In September 2020 Bell posted on this thread so I asked him if the $2.5 million payment to Kansai that was mentioned in a 2018 RNS still had to be paid.
The top post in his profile was his response:. https://www.lse.co.uk/profiles/andrewrbell/
The sell price was 0.85p a few days before last Friday's general meeting. So wasn't a massive surprise that the share price was pumped near to the 1.05p price by Friday. Otherwise Kansai could've felt seriously aggrieved if they had received an huge amount of RRR shares that were already at a 20% loss. On top of that 'Helpful' or Stephen Lundy's company 'Bespoke capital solutions' clients were meant to be buying over half of Kansai's shares. So again it was totally unsurprising that he was putting in extra effort in last week to try to pump up this share price.
When he tells people AB has been doing a great job this past year I don't know why some people believe him. For example regarding the Kenyan asset. Bell was saying he would get a new partner at the Kenyan asset. From that you could have assumed the new partner would have paid Kansai the $2.5 million. But Bell failed to attract a new partner so the consequence for shareholders is that in Nov 2020 RRR handed Kansai a $1 million promissory note, which could be cashed in 15 months later + they've also given Kansai another $2.5 million. So the new Kenyan licenses were renewed in August 2020 but Bell's ineptitude to attract a new Kenyan partner has cost RRR $3.5 million since the licences have been renewed.
Any one of several things will take this past 2p and towards 3p.
The proximate one that I like is Juno Minerals Ltd. RRR has a two royalty payments out standing on the Mt Ida tenements and a royalty on production. In all the RNSs it refers to the royalty as relating to the Magnetite but that is incorrect: royalty refers to iron ore being mined from the Mt Ida tenements not Magnetite.
The Juno IM document confirms that the Mt Mason and Mt Isa tenements abut each other and there is a transitional zone of hematite from Mt Mason extending into the Mt Ida tenements.
Juno/JMS have confirmed that they are accelerating activity now and now waiting for the IPO to happen in May.
“so as to not lose time in implementing the Mount Mason DSO Hematite Project, Juno management continues to progress the various work-streams during this delay. These include expressions of interest for tenders on major operational and capital contracts to fast-track the construction at Mount Mason to leverage the robust iron ore market”.
That will include submitting some updated permit application to mine the hematite: there is no reason to exclude the hematite at Mt Ida. Most of the permits are in place already. The IM refers to Mt Mason as "shovel-ready".
Page 31 4.3 (f) (i) "reviewing past geophysical gravity and aeromagnetic data for all tenements holding the BIF structure, including Mt Ida tenements."
Elsewhere in the IM it confirms that there is a transitional hematite zone which straddles both sets of tenements.
Take the trouble to the do the numbers.

IMHO that was meant to go out after close of business on Friday., not this morning.
Maybe but some of us would have waited 20+ years to get to half of what it was in 2010. Andrew Bell had a short period of time to ride this super cycle and show that he really is a decent and competent Chairman and not a money grabbing pump and dumper like so many heads of small cap plc’s. Opinion only of course.
Think there may be a few dreamers on here.... A lot has to go right for 2-3p to become a reality.
And we are hardly rising on anticipation!
Wow that's amazing. I'll research that more in a mo.
Surely these assets have to be worth more than 10p my word. We are talking huge assets. 10 years from now imagine then... Might surprise a few investors.
Not a chance - hope for 4-5p
I think I may have sold half my holding if it gets to 10p!
Well, it isn't a coronavirus scam. which is good.
It would have to successfully bring one of the larger assets into production for that to happen.
If we can flex a position on Adidi Kanga, who knows? It has up to 20mil ounces of gold.

Hi everyone RRR went over 400p , can I ask a question? Do anyone here think the sp could ever get to 100p again or more? Is there a possibility with the experience / assets etc rrr have?
What is everyone's sp predictions' for the next few years?
Genuine Q, want to invest here and I'm asking investors thoughts
Looks like some strength building into the share price as investors take positions ahead of a very news rich period - the fact that RRR are in partnership with Power Metals in Australia is a positive as Paul Johnson knows how to promote unlike Bell.
RRR market cap is only circa £10m so it is quite low compared to peers.
Looking at leviathan their market cap is around $47 million. About 27 million pounds for 100% owned assets. Looks good for red rock. Their share of the listed company should be worth about the current market cap.
TSX listed Victoria Goldfield companies share prices haven't been doing great lately.
Fosterville South (FSX) I believe IPO'd last year and went from around $1.00 to over $5.00. Now back down to around $1.30. https://money.tmx.com/en/quote/FSX
Leviathan gold (LVX) lPO'd last month and reached $0.99 on its first day but it's now around $0.45. https://money.tmx.com/en/quote/LVX
We should get all of the ones that are not contested shortly. The others are a bit more complicated. Geo Vic is obviously happy with RRAL as an applicant.
So, if I’ve got this right - you enter Red Rock in the search box (top right) and then return - you then get a map of the licences granted to RRAL which seem to surround the valuable Ballarat TenancY- if that’s right then the licences look very very substantial.
No wonder this asset is worth IPOing.
.
And up we go.
We should be moving up shortly.
Thanks Helpful for all your informative posts here. Much appreciated. Certainly finally RRR is moving in right direction. GLA.
Interesting to read the POW RNS alongside the RRR RNS. POW far more upbeat.
You can check to the license progress on the GeoVic website.
Looks like we should have formal confirmation on most of the others shortly.
The POW RNS says we should have the initial exploration results shortly.
Fingers crossed.

Very good interview - glad POW are showing RRR the way forward regarding creating additional listing income via RRRAL - now we just need the remaining Australia licences issuing, a selection process as to which we keep and which we list and sell on/spin out for initial capital, warrants and ongoing royalties - must be any day now surely ??
Me and helpful are on the same page with most things and are positive about this company. We just disagree on one thing for now but I hope I’m the one that’s wrong, I really do.
