News to be out very shortly on Arbitration decision.
Judging by the 3M buy this afternoon, it's going to be very good news for shareholders
3M buy reported late.
AB has had many failures, but only takes one or two assets to transform the company
There appears to be a persistent buyer of RRR equity over recent months, anything that is sold is quickly taken off the market, it seems a re-rate is happening before our very eyes, on AIM moves can be gradual or sudden, upside momentum is building.
The shares traded at 1.35p last year, this was before the potential of a significant monetary outcome in the Congo.
The interview this evening will be interesting, the current m/cap of RRR is only £7.5m.
The facts are RRR thanks to AB had a asset that was stolen from shareholders and was sold for $400M.
So he got something right.
Fingers crossed the arbitration decision award is in our favour.
Plus the elephant oil IPO is finally happening in the coming weeks
the interview will done so that the raising of cash, more dilution will be explained away AGAIN.. pathetic man that AB and a pathetic dog of a company
Volume increasing again.
RRR interview this evening on stockbox at 7pm
"Helpful, i really didn't want to respond but you are no truth teller. We all know you are lying when you say Musonoi would now be in production if RRR still owned it."
Well the problem with you is that you don't understand the investment process and you don't understand how a mining asset is brought into production.
Andrew has said several times in recent interviews that the intention was to bring Musonoi into production quickly and he said as much at the time. A big chunk of the process of bringing an asset into production was removed at Musonoi and so the process would have been truncated (shortened). AB said quite clearly that the intention was get into the core shed, find the core, take samples, get them assayed and then procure a CPR.
He did intend get access to the core shed and had a team of twelve people working in their sorting the core. We then lost the access because of the fun and games with VUP, Gecamines and Big G.
The process after the CPR is a banking or bankable feasibility study. A big chunk of that would be pit design, removing over burden, building access roads and creating a mining village for support services and the workers. Because Musonoi had previously been a pit and then back filled getting to the stage where it could be mined was not a big deal.

hyperbole can be used as bait. I remember from a previous post some one claiming that helpful had a close repore with AB put I did not take mutch notice of it. I think, we all think, we are traders so that part is true as for the other it does not really make mutch differance as some times messages past on are often confused even some peoples interpretation of the RNS leaves me at odds with their definition.
I am well aware of the legal definition of 'insider" My comments are valid.
Your 'more substantial position' simply makes it more likely that you have insider information.
Your comment that 'inside(r) knowledge is not 'inside(r) knowledge" is comparable to a math teacher saying '1 does not equal 1)
later Karen later
I can assure you that I have a bigger swinging dick than you. Good lord.
Underwater, overexposed and afraid of the little people on this board trying to apparently run down his position. Pathetic that "helpful" thinks that shares get held down by a few posters on bulletin boards. The management does that all by its self.
Inside(r) knowledge is not "inside(r) knowledge".
Inside knowledge is a legal term, you should know what it means. Any documents will need translating. All the proceedings in DRC are in French; that is a factual statement. If you listen to AB's interviews you will realise that he has been dealing with people who have turned being wriggly into an art form. I am not going to transcribe for you what he has said, it is out there and it is quite clear. Find the interviews and listen to them.
Regardless, all these things time out.
I can assure you that I have a more substantial position than you.
Soon Rodney, soon.

well if you truely kept a penny share for that long there must be a good reason for you to do so. if the price goes up & down there is money still to be made.
Helpful has stated/implied he is in contact with AB. --aka 'inside knowledge" and also stated that news would be coming as soon as the NOMAD translated the documents. That was wrong Those comments are deceitful and contribute to RRR/AB bad image. Yes useful information has been posted which gives false credibility to the deceitful comments.
I have a big position in RRR. I bought for long term 12-24 months but even I got my hopes up in reading 'helpful' comments about NOMDAD and an RNS coming
Pat, suggest you look at the 10 year share price graph , then allow for the consolidations then carry on dreaming. Long time out of this p o s but not much seems to change unless there is a run on snake oil.
helpful has used info that is at hand on the web. I fined this of more use than other comments given by some on this chat page. Saying that legal issues can take time. the court ruling for what it is worth was in our faviour.
there are other interests with possible faviorable out comes. you must know this so maybe the shares are not cheep enough for you or maybe you sold & want to bag a profit. Dose not really matter to me but give helpful a break!
Helpful, i really didn't want to respond but you are no truth teller. We all know you are lying when you say Musonoi would now be in production if RRR still owned it.
With you everything is near. Everything is the maximun amount. You tell people to do their own research but if their research is different to yours then you will often go into an aggressive little hissy fit. You think that posters are out to get you to damage your share. That seems paranoid.
How fast would a legal case be resolved in the UK?
Spec suppose that is the problem. AB was prepared to take a haircut as you say but could not close that deal. Maybe dealing in Africa is so difficult or do they see AB as a soft touch. Remember the El Limon sale didn't go to plan but forget the specific details.
?? happy with 51% plus court costs---sorry IMO but this would be the max. AB has stated he would take a haircut to get a fast resolution
I would be happy with 5-6 million and then have enough funds to go after the bigger dollars
Helpful you say in due course we will get back every penny owed. That is one bold statement which I hope transpires. You have in the past talked about the possibility of our claim being worth massive money. At this point in time would you like to suggest a reasonable amount that you personally would be happy with. We know you deal with and talk to AB so you should have a better handle on things than me. I would be happy with 51% of $20million plus court awarded costs plus an additional amount to reflect the true sale value of the asset. What do you envisage as a reasonable amount.
Nothing wrong with negative as long as it is factual but constantly you and the other trolls make stuff up and then pretend it is a fact. For instance your post just now linking completely unlinked companies, alluding to something that is irrelevant and then putting me in the frame for being guilty about something I have not done, know nothing about but it suits your agenda.
There is no link between Cine and RRR
https://www.theguardian.com/business/2022/aug/19/cineworld-preparing-to-file-for-bankruptcy-following-pandemic-rout
If you didn't realise that there would be an issue with a company like Cine given lockdown and the pandemic nonsense then you shouldn't be investing.
Little old ladies and people who don't understand investing should not be investing in anything never mind small exploration companies on AIM. The AIM was never intended as a safe harbour for investors (not that that there is one, ask Northern Rock and Bradford & Bingley investors). Aim was never intended for people who don't understand investing and/or who have limited means.
One of the sad things, I see on a regular basis is people on boards complaining about the BOD saying they are all crooks etc and then it turns out that they invested £250/£3,000 like 10 years ago. If small amounts of money matter so much, stay away from AIM.
My investment here is substantial and I don't like people trying to run my investment down. Particularly when it is based on lies.
The reason for being in companies in RRR is that when things land right, the upside is huge. Fine, sometimes we have to wait like on Musonoi. That should have been in production by now and owned by RRR but it was stolen. In due course, we will get every single penny owed.
Soon Rodney, soon.

Yes i agree.
I see when the CINE bankruptcy speculation started around 1.30pm (uk time) LSE have since removed lots of those posts from the time the price collapsed.
LSE don't usually make posts but they did today on that thread when posters contacted them to say some posters are saying worrying things:
https://www.lse.co.uk/profiles/londonsoutheast/
Shares like RRR or any stock on AIM, TSXV, US pink sheets or anything similiar are not 'investments' but speculation. Personally I would also include any crypto asset as well. They are far too volitile IMO
CINE is reported to be filing for bankrupcy and their share price has been decimated.
Looking at the CINE thread some are saying they've lost all their life savings and one did a very worrying post and said his life is now over. So really sad to see.
Some say they wished they had listened to some of the negative posts instead of listening to all the positive posts.
One thing for sure i couldn't do what 'helpful' does. I'd feel so guilty.
