1. Days as in periods of 24 hours and more than one.
2. I don't usually discuss what I buy and sell.
3. No idea. But as I keep pointing out, it ain't done it is done. No matter how close we are or were; until it is done, it ain't done.
4. Regardless, AB has a duty to update the market on progress; just as other companies do. It seems RRR is close to a number of corporate transactions but the usual applies, until it is done, it ain't done.
5. If he doesn't update, people whinge and if he updates the market, people whinge.
6. I am in a private tech company that is going through a funding process. I went through with them what to expect and how to prepare; I gave them the valuation modelling and told them how to present it. One of the companies is a well known AIM listed company. The feedback is that it when well and they are reverting to us after board meetings, one on Monday. So my response wasn't, "jam tomorrow" "all promises and no delivery" and so on. The response was well done, fingers crossed. They are going through a process and RRR has to go through similar processes in respect of each asset. So far AB has done well on BF, CdI and ALR but we need a bit more progress. To get a JV signed takes a bit of doing.
I know you won't agree and I don't care. As to the trolls, well I never did care. Nicked that from Ricky Gervais.

Banburyboy the sad thing is that you have been in the main correct with anticipating the direction of this Company ( if you can call it a Company ). I was hoping to get out of here with a couple of grand but clearly no one believes AB anymore. You only need to look at the volume in buys considering we are due in days a big wad. How they can pick up their salary?
The reaction of the SP to Bell chucking the kitchen sink at a positive update and PR says everything.
Lithium - loss making fiasco. I was telling everyone in early Dec trucks 2-7 were still in Zimbabwe. I was right.
The chance of gold sales from BF before 30th June zero.
The chance of an earn in from a licence sale on Cote de I in six months. Nil. As Bell says it takes two years for the paper work which any buyer will want before proceeding.
That leaves DRC or bust !!!!
1.5bn shares gets him 750k after that the spiral down to the notional value of 0.01p means we move into 10bn share plus territory. DRC will only be worth 0.06p maximum per share
Oh dear oh dear
Never mind RRR is in a good place. How we will rib the board Idiot for saying that unless DRC happens.
Filed your accounts yet Helpful ?
Helpful - I am a shareholder and would love this share to succeed but the form has been poor and therefore my view reflects this, this is not trolling.
What is your interpretation of AB now stating 'days' away from receiving DRC and will you be buying more at this juncture given days really should mean 7 or less?
Separately, why do you think the market is not pricing RRR as in a 'good place' given they believe they are days away from receiving payments far greater than their current market cap?
(helpful stop reading here...the rest is opinion only)
My view is that 'days' will still be more than 7 and therefore into weeks and likely more than a month so again should not be misleading the investor with such wording given AB has overused the word imminent over a prolonged period already on this matter.
I hope it is days to give me an exit opportunity as I suspect/expect/believe any spike will be very short lived. But if I were to bet it will not arrive before the AGM.
That's rich coming from a man who is describes himself as an Investment broker and has one active registered company
The accounts filing is 25 days late Stephen too much posting meaningless links on here maybe :)

Helpful and the true reality is Bell is about 3 placings from wiping most RRR shareholders out. By that i mean they will need Red Rock to multibag many times to have any chance of breaking even.
Even those who bought in on the 15th June 2023 price spike (intraday it hit 0.28p), the direction this share price is heading they will soon need a ten bagger to break even.
Your subservient weakness is the reason dreadful chairman like Bell thrive on AIM. They know they can do huge discounted placings devastating a company share price and they will get useful idiots like you defending them. Pathetic!
I see all the trolls are wetting themselves again. So for the sake of clarity, let me repeat; RRR is in a good place.
DYOR & xx
"RRR is currently in a very good place"
A sell at 0.068 - 3000000 shares 15.58 yesterday record low.
Lundy you are pitiful shameless and utter disgrace.
Your presence is why so many of us post negatively. For the good of what's left of this company just move on.
"RRR is currently in a very good place"
Quite correct Kimi, what a moronic statement !
If DRC cash doesn’t come in, which to be honest looks less likely every day imo, the. RRR has to be in one of the worst financial positions it’s ever been in !
Has to be running very low on cash now - Whilst Andrew Bell and Scott Kaintz still pull extortionate wages, storage costs adding up for the Lithium they bought to sell, but haven’t yet sold, money being spent in Burkino Faso and Ivory Coast and trips to both countries n near future which also need to be paid for - Likely RRR is already running on fumes. If RRR does do another placing then one would think it would be again at a massive discount so sub 0.05 placing is not out of the question, which you would think kissed good by to ever reaching 0.1 again ! All in my opinion and only stating it to counter Helpfuls statement !
"RRR is currently in a very good place"
RRR trades like it's suspended. You're a total moron.
You are shameless shocker Helpful. Red Rock is in a good place?
Stockbox - my takeaways
- lithium is just flannel. Trucks 2-7 still in Zimbabwe and won't be moving
- Burkino Faso and Ivory Coast ridiculous to talk about near term production. In the 15 years I've watched RRR they have never farmed out a licence. Don't think it's realistic.
- He does seem confident about DRC but why if its a week or so is 1.5bn shares needed . Its red rag to shareholders. I think we will get some news but it won't involve cash.
Last time Bell got close with this much money he lost the money in the Cypriot banking system. On my mother's life and it was about $15m. Clearly the whole sale was porkies and many on here won't forget. Hope for shareholders it's a real cash receipt and before 1.5bn shares hit the deck
More non-shareholders wetting themselves.
Think about it... If no update then the same people would say no update, there must be something wrong. If no update, they say there is no update, there must be something wrong.
AB has been clear, multiple things are going on. But until it is done, it ain't done and that applies to everything. So what AB say? He said what he is up to, there is uncertainty and has said so. Other companies imply certainty where there is none.
RRR is currently in a very good place.
DYOR
Spec as BB, myself and others have alluded to, you can see you are here as a genuine and trustworthy investor and are always balanced in your posts and always stated you knew the risks when investing and based it in risk V reward ! I know it’s horrible seeing distractions continuously point out so many negatives regarding the company you invested your hard earned in, but do you see now why we hold a grudge, and think it’s safe to say the detractors have been far more closer to reality than the Uber rampers - I think(apologies for assuming) you are starting to see Andrew Bell in the light many of us detractors do
Zumore/Panda- I saw the same last sentence and thought another placement was coming
If I were a suspicious person (which I am) there is a line of reasoning which goes like this
AB has confidence (or knowledge however you want to phrase it certainly for than most shareholders). I think everyone would agree that if DRC cash come then RRR share price will go much higher thus more RRR/AB might have an incentive to place shares at current levels then let DRC happen and sell shares recently purchased at a nice little profit.
If RRR does another placing and the DRC cash does not arrive then AB spends money like a drunken sailor on shore leave
Correction out of the 1 billion he issued 100 million on the 11 Dec and 666 million on the 14 Dec 2023.
Also i may be wrong but i believe after the last GM they had authority to issue 1 billion additional shares, so far they've issued 666 million. So i wonder if he can only place those 334 million up to the AGM or can he still use them afterwards?
This is what Noirua says on the Àdvfn thread:
"People need to decide in their own minds whether the Arbitration payment is really due as said or whether it is just to get a favourable result on AGM voting on February 16."
..
Yes i agree with that. He's only resurfaced because he wants the AGM resolutions voted through so he can get his grubby fat mitts to use those 1.5 billion shares.
The chairman's letter to shareholders last week outlined the plan. Note the last sentence:
'After a 2023 which moved far too slowly as a result of the delay of these anticipated cash generation events and the gradual slide in lithium prices, we must move forward independently of the progress of matters whose timing we cannot control. With this in view, we have started working with a team of experienced mining and processing experts to put our trial gold project for alluvial free gold from Burkina Faso into early operation. This project is now advancing faster than we had anticipated, and we have reached the stage where in order to utilise cost-effectively the people brought in to implement the project, we must import and install key pieces of plant and equipment. We are in addition conducting diligence inquiries with our expert advisers on other projects that potentially offer access to prompt cash flow. Any funds raised at this stage will be put to good use.'
That interview was comedy gold.
They plan to get gold production somehow.
God help the shareholders. Another Incoming placing
Who’s have thunk it ? RNS, twitter ramps, stock box interview, helpful in full ramp mode and then there’s a 3 million sell at 0.68. Past history would suggest RRR desperate to get a placing away, todays share price action, this weeks share price action also doesn’t bode well for the next placing - In my opinion they be lucky to get the next one away at 0.05 ! I feel for long term holders, well most of them - Good luck guys it does seem like you guys n very much need of it !
So he admitted in the interview that they will take a hit on the lithium sales and sell at a loss - so much for 'judge me on lithium sales' which he said previously. Another bait and switch and pivot from the lithium story to gold.
Next step is likely to be to raise capital for the next excapade at trying to produce gold from an alluvial material in Burkina Faso. I've seen plenty of AIM listed companies attempt alluvial mining and the revenues are usually tiny and not worth the dilution for shareholders.
Of course the DRC funds are imminent as he has been saying for the last couple of years. It reminds me of the story Vast uses about diamonds in Zimbabwe to get countless placings away.
"DRC cash in 'days' sounds nice but there is no specific. That statement would be true if it was 7 days or 700 days". Nailed it. The master of double-entendres and sophistry. I actually doubt there will be any DRC money at all. We've heard it all before. A placing before any revenue continues as my prediction. I have a 100% record in this context.
News always picks up ahead of a placement
