Doesn’t the RR SMR have to pass the 2nd stage of approval before it can sell any. So it’s just a prototype at the moment, and not for sale?
Swan1, using the technology that submarines have been using for decades under the sea, they should pass everything.
I don’t think it’s quite as simple as that, that’s like saying an Aston Martin is the same as a ford fiesta as they are both cars, but there will be some crossover of knowledge.
P.S Everyone knows a fiesta is a better car, 😜
Warren Buffet to have a substantial investment in RR is the big secret to increase SP, he has just revealed this morning he has a $6.72 Billion stake in Chubb Ltd, one is traded on LSE and is currently 33 pence up on the opening this morning, Chubb is also traded on the NYSE which officially opens at 2.30pm, the Yanks have pre-market prices. Chubb is currently pre-market up by 24 dollars which is a circa £19 Pounds increase, to buy just one Chubb Ltd share at opening is £218 pound, take a position in Rolls Royce Warren only a week to AGM as ye may be paying more for a RR share than a Chubb one very soon !!!!!!!!!!!!
Polish SMR signed, sealed and announced on 23 May 2024 AGM, UK Government RR SMRs this June.
It's always amazed me to why WB didn't own RR shares mind from way back.
@cassandra ' warren buffet rolls Royce bllah blahs chub££blah blah nonsense... 🤪🍺 Blah .... 25 may Poland done UK done"
🤣 please sober up before you post
Hello ETF_investor', s_i_d_i_ .......................??????????????
If i was a "Day Trader" i would not like to be out of this at any time before the AGM or after !!!!!!!!

Hello charley151107, This is a public forum "Thank God", where people can express an opinion or view whether it is liked or disliked !!!!!!!!!
My Father was born on the 28 May 1921, he was just 18 when the Second World War started and had to go whether he liked it or not, he was at El Alamein,Sicily, Monte Cassino then into Germany, he was one of the very lucky ones as he came back home, and he also came back home with well deserved freedoms, one of which was "Freedom of Speech" and one of which i will always defend such as he did.
Enjoy the rest of your "FREE" day.
Good for your Dad .. my own father was in North Africa, Monte Cassino , Italy landings and then up through Germany also ... let's hope it doesn't happen again..
Hello Farrnorth4, My Father PTE Jones 11050799, was in the Second Kings Regiment, Royal Artillery based in Preston, I paid £100 pounds for his War Records from a military researcher. The last three numbers of his Army number 799, is when he would like me to leave here, if he was here i would imagine.
I may have been "very harsh" and undeserving on charley151107 as i have always been impressed by his past posts and is in no way a vindictive or harmful person i would state, indeed i find the whole of the RR posting board to be most pleasant and astute and quite friendly (Bar............... s_i_d_i_ of course "LOL"..........., he has not posted to ridicule me in a nice way of course !!!!!!!!!! , probably busy day trading and ETF_ now ?????????????? )
Cassandra 2024,
Brave men..
my father was in the Seaforth Highlanders and was injured then signed for London- Edinburgh (I hope I got that right) he wasn't involved in the Anzio landings..
My father was in Westminster regiment 1939-1945 and came back to Canada alive with just a few holes in him but lived on to meet his new son born 1940. Go RRRRRRRRRRRR..
Morning Cassandra, I wasn't attacking your right to have an opinion! Your opinion is what I was attacking only because it is such a wild silly opinion! There's not a lot I would love more than for Warren Buffett to buy this stock, but it is never ever going to happen! And you shouldn't spout such nonsense! Have opinions but not so far fetched! In regards to your dad and everyone else dad or grandad who have posted yesterday, legend and hero are words that are overused these days! But every single one of them is a legend and a hero and have nothing else but my upmost respect for what they did so we can live freely! If the Germans decided to invade us now, I dread to think what would happen with this generation! We were such a proud and respected nation back then. unfortunately we have turned in to a laughing stock! Rant over. Also for a side note, I was born on the 27th of May!!
Hello charley151107, Thanks for your reply and views some of which i totally endorse "Most Sincerely" and "Thank You" again for that charley151107, the aim of the posting was that one of the most essential parameters a successful Big Company needs is "Big Shareholders" the "More the Better" obviously regardless of his/her name or stature, it will do more good than harm for a company to have big shareholders on board was my suggestion, as it will be more healthy than bad in the long term, only time can answer the above personal views, as it can only be of benefit to "you and me" and all RR shareholders in the long run hopefully, as this share is for me long term a "Marathon and not a Sprint" and finally charley151107 most "Sincere Wishes" for the Future which our forefathers as you have stated most vehemently and correctly, earned for us all most proudly and graciously.
