Am invested in iag so disappointed in the lack of movement in the share price. Management seem to be the problem with there choices. The debt is still high. I recon I'll invest more in rolls as iag is a slow burner.
Nah.. he’s just working on his excuses/insults for being exposed!
I think retirment must have retired l.o.l.
I wonder why????
Ultrafan not necessarily best option for narrrow bodies. Open rotor being pursued by CFM. Royce’s have also studied the option. Obviously more challenging- blade off scenario but apparently it’s the most efficient.
Yes stock is flying accumulation for 18 consecutive weeks of higher lows the last pullback was in Sept/October 2023 (15%)
I was told 'NOTHING goes up in a straight line' , that rule seems to have been forgotten by RR :)
Pedifile.... He might be one of those 'foot fetish' guys... Maybe he means a nail file for feet...
Seems to be a lot of hot air and squeaky voices around HE1 bulletin board. Is there a leak? Only posting here, as I know are few are invested there.
I see iag results have not moved the share price. I would have thought rolls royce would have been boosted today.
That's good news RamDerby. Although a lot of us are doing very well with RR, I honestly believe we all deserve more, we've stuck with RR through thick and thin, and I still strongly believe greater things are to come. DYOR GLA
All should go OK priorities at the moment are reliability issues with the HPT blades etc on the T1000
(Fixes are identified) and the XWB both programmes are governed by shop visits so will be an ongoing theme this year and next but RR are in a good place
Totally agree RamDerby, the Ultrafan has massive potential. Just hope we can meet demand.
Feb 25.... and he is liked !
I wouldn't worry too much about the daily price at the moment, for instance, in the last 5 days we are still up over 10pts. Try to look at the broader range. If there's a major fall or rise it will be in the press, or RNS.
Take your point as to the 2030's what i mean is RR are well ahead with the engine just waiting on possible airframes and any more developmentscan be rapidly accelerated when the time is right
This is dated 13 Nov 2023.?
RamDerby Yes Ultrafan+NarrowBody+Airbus mix and Turbo Fan can go ballistic.
What happened to the guy who in fact is a cat? I can't remember when he said we will hit £7.
Https://www.rolls-royce.com/media/press-releases/2023/13-11-2023-rolls-royce-announces-successful-run-of-ultrafan-technology-demonstrator-to-maximum-power.aspx#:~:text=Rolls%2DRoyce%20(LSE%3A%20RR,Sustainable%20Aviation%20Fuel%20(SAF).
Ultrafan successfully tested and runs on SAF if required very close to being available for introduction just needs an airframe selecting by the airlines as this engine is Scalable RR just waiting to see what is required
If your thinking Ultrafan for narrow body aircraft, I didn't think that would be until the 2030's. Other wise Rolls don't supply narrow body.
A350?
Work it out!
The Share Price is only down 3.5p now, it is always volatile first thing in the morning. I am in for the long haul ie: double figures
