(Alliance News) - Remote Monitored Systems PLC on Friday reported a new Anglo-Indian partnership between its subsidiary Pharm 2 Farm Ltd and India's VKE Enterprises to distribute its Pro-Larva mask.
The London-based survey and inspection services provider said Pro-Larva mask is the first anti-viral mask to be approved by the UK Medicines & Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency as a class 1 medical device.
The Pro-Larva face mask is made in Britain using patented a-Virion nanotechnology that is clinically proved to kill 99.9% of Covid and Influenza viruses, within 5 minutes of contact, and continues to kill the virus for seven hours, RMS said.
Remote Monitored Systems shares were trading 30% higher in London on Friday at 0.78 pence each.
Remote Monitored Systems is set to change its name to nanosynth group PLC on Monday next week. Back in June, the company announced its intention to restructure itself into three subsidiaries, namely Pharm 2 Farm, Nanosynth and Cloudveil.
The name change was approved by the company's shareholders on Tuesday this week.
Executive Chair Antony Legge said: "Significant progress has been made in transforming the group and refocusing on businesses which provide good opportunities where we are able to apply the company's reserves to best exploit those areas.
Thats Legge for you, pity you sold too early Rutts234....GL
rms looking strong today
Nanotechnology specialist Remote Monitored Systems (RMS) is not only weathering the slings and arrows of those who may be cynical of its business model, and curiously downbeat RNS’s, it is also flying the flag for Great Britain. RMS acknowledged the latest press release from the British High Commission regarding its Anglo-Indian partnership to distribute its MHRA approved Pro-Larva mask in India. Whatever the flow of the pandemic, this is at least in theory not a small market. Pharm 2 Farm Limited, a subsidiary of nanosynth group plc, and India's VKE Enterprises are set to distribute the British MHRA approved Pro-Larva mask which is proven to kill Covid-19 and Influenza viruses, using unique patented nano-technology developed at Nottingham Trent University.
INDIA IS A HUGE MARKET FOR OUR TECH INDEED''

New CEO Let the scientists be scientists
Move forward the science of our new products..
;-))
@nina
I tend to agree that the bod want a new start - and to be honest it is - new name and new CEO just around the corner.
Looking at the RNS does it read to anyone else that that news was meant for next week rather than today - nanosynth mentioned in the wording rather than RMS etc? Someone jumped the gun a bit today with the news meant for early next week post name change to start a period of positive news?
Interesting to see what happens in the the next few weeks. Still not expecting anything - we've seen a bounce before, but at least this one looks to be news driven
Just my opinion, dyor
Absolutely spot on Nina....
"So far I feel that it was intended for RMS to be remembered with a sour taste , but NNN to be having a great start ( one to be remembered and attracted to)."
Up up and away !! Maybe 2p by Sep ?
yoyo what a Richard,
Reading today’s RNS (which is nothing new, unless it has hidden hints to manufacturing partnership/deal) I found this bit interesting: “ This important healthcare partnership introduces affordable technology that will help protect the Indian population, saving lives and supporting a developing healthcare market.” Key word here is AFFORDABLE, when in previous RNSs it was clear that PRICE was a big issue in selling these masks. Is this a hint to a manufacturing deal?
It gets more interesting when I look into VKE Enterprises. The one we have the agreement with is a one man company incorporated in June 21 and apparently manufactures watches and clocks ( https://www.zaubacorp.com/company/VIVEK-KOHLI-ENTERPRISES-OPC-PRIVATE-LIMITED/U33309UP2021OPC148133 ), but they are part of the STAG Group, which has huge presence in the healthcare sector.
Furthermore, there are several other VKE businesses listed that deal with manufacturing, wholesale, distribution of a wide variety of items from clothing to plumbing and auto supplies (including machinery) Are these part of the same group? Many results seem to be hidden from my search due to EU Data Protection Laws apparently, but still trying to fit my puzzle.
So far I feel that it was intended for RMS to be remembered with a sour taste , but NNN to be having a great start ( one to be remembered and attracted to) . Time will tell I guess.
They should be making hospital cubicle curtains to stop the spreed through the wards.
agreed sustained buying just below 0.8p and once it goes and sellers at this level are clear it will breakout quickly probably to 1.1/1.2p are
End of January for me cupcake, 3p on the head since then this has nose bombed due to incompetent BoD and poor RNS news. Come 1630hrs this will be back to mid 60's once it's been rinsed.
They should close their shorts now...!
Top bloke Seamanp, a true gent.....

HOLD FOR GOLD
A genuine well down to those that held and i hope the positive news keeps flowing , may even dip my toe back in as I'm fortunate enough to have made up some losses .
Well done patient holders you deserve it
Just stood at Stansted airport next to a couple wearing P2F masks. Nice to see them out in the wild and an ideal use for some added protection!
Just my opinion, dyor
https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/958243/remote-monitored-systems-jumps-as-british-high-commission-flags-india-mask-distribution-deal-958243.html
Remote Monitored Systems PLC (LSE:RMS, FRA:R22) shares jumped 31% to 0.79p after the company confirmed an announcement from the British High Commission about a partnership by the company's Pharm 2 Farm Limited subsidiary in India to distribute the virus-killing Pro-Larva mask.
First reported in June, the deal is with VKE Enterprises, which placed an initial order for 350,000 masks to be airfreighted to their distribution centre in India.
As the British High Commission said, the Pro-Larva mask is the first anti-viral mask to be approved by the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) as a Class 1 medical device.
Vivek Kohli, chair VKE Enterprises, said: "I'm delighted to play a strategic role in the introduction of this cutting-edge British technology, that will keep my fellow country men and women safer. This is an exciting opportunity for a new Anglo-Indian partnership to do good in India.
"At this time, with so many countries continuing to struggle with Covid and an expected influenza surge later in the year, it's paramount for countries and their organisations to come together to support one another."
Remote Monitored Systems will change its name to Nanosynth Group PLC on Monday 23 August.
