Election out of the way - lets get this deal signed and get mining. We can then see how much our shares are worth on the re-list......Companies are selfish what about us PIs kept in the dark for months and months and months
Same sorry different rag. http://www.newslocker.com/en-uk/profession/mining/sloane-energy-to-build-la-luna-power-plant-in-colombia/view/
Coal will be produced at Sloane's adjacent La Luna coal mine, where production will begin in late 2019 with 500,000 t/yr of capacity. The underground coal mine will gradually ramp up to 4.2mn t/yr by 2022, of which 2.4mn t/yr will be exported and 1.8mn t/yr will feed the power plant.

Another reason to get a move on!

The La Luna thermal power plant received its environmental license on June 27. The project is located between the municipal capitals of El Paso and Becerril (Cesar) and is characterized by having its own coal complex that supplies the ore from the mine to the generation plant.
I'm going to post random nonsense once a week until the company gives us something to discuss. I want this money back to re-invest!!! Its beeeenn soooo loooonnnggg in the waiting without news.
He's disappeared from lse again, but apparently he reckons it's now going to be September. Whether that's just a guess from him or an informed pick from inside information, who knows. Time will tell but the call I made earlier this week keeps the hope up of a deal and eventual relisting.
Idea was that there would be some action by the end of June, I believe. Lots of people joining the Abman twitterati brigade.
Came to nothing, as expected, but could we have an update/explanation from the great Master??
Thanks for the news - it's worth taking the trouble to talk to them. Patience is a virtue I guess.
After the election last week and the time that has passed i'm sure they have something to say even if it is just that they are expecting to update us on x regarding any progress. These shell companies make me laugh as they take our money to allow a potential deal to happen yet dont tell us anything......so there is no premium to the re-list price then these shells are a waste of time as whats the point of locking your money away for 6 months to a year in a risky deal which may not happen.....sigh I think the heat is getting to me as I cant wait for it to rain
Thanks FSA - not only got your own reassurance but given us all some!! Good luck all Leopards!!
Ye thanks FSA - that's well appreciated.
Thanks to all of you guys for chasing up. Thats really good to hear FSA15 - at least it confirms they are working on the deal which is positive. Thanks again.

Just got off the phone to John May.
He says they are still working on things and certain bits are out of their hands as 'the bigger companies need to sort their things out before we get sorted' (assume he's referring to companies like Sloane and Talis Capital etc).
He says 'watch this space' but couldn't put a timescale on things as he's not allowed to but that things are definitely not over and done with.
The call has given me a bit more reassurance as I wasn't feeling so confident earlier!
Thanks Ace - one letter makes all the difference. He said Investegate store all notifications about a Company whereas LSE sometimes doesn't.
FSA - I have to admit that the way we have been treated tends to suggest no one is working on behalf of the shareholders but who knows - something good may yet spring up!!
Thanks for the update. Yeah really frustrating on the part of an investor who's locked in. Communication is non-exsistant and surely with them delisted they can tell us of progress (if any!) without getting into trouble for releasing info. I feel with the way things have unfolded there is little chance of relisting, things just getting dragged out if anything :-(
Thanks. I think he means www.investegate.co.uk unless he wants us to hire Philip Marlowe. But there's nothing there it's just where rns' go.
We know Sloane are doing great things and La Luna is mentioned a lot. But will we ever have anything to with it?
http://www.portafolio.co/economia/infraestructura/dos-extranjeras-operarian-la-linea-la-dorada-chiriguana-517745
Says they're owned by Talis Capital and are developing La Luna!
Morning FSA and all Leopards - just tried phong RLH and got the message "Nobody is available to take your call" so I phoned the Brokers (Peterhouse Corporate Finance Ltd) and got put through to Duncan. He said that he understood the Company are still looking to make a deal off the back of the last February 2018 RNS and that John May and Toby Hayward were still in play as far as he knew. He suggested www.investigate.co.uk was a good place to put in a Company search but regrettably I do not have the time at present. Hope this helps.
LinkedIn profiles doesn't give me any reassurance as not everyone updates them straightaway after in change in professional/business life.
Twitter talk is that things won't be progressing until September but then again when does Twitter talk ever be genuine!?
Just sent a Linked In connection request to Stuart Adams with a brief note saying that I am an RLH investor - don't really expect an answer but worth a try.
John May, Toby Hayward and Stuart Adams according to their LinkedIn profile are all still associated - I know its not any concrete evidence but normally people in these sort of position like to keep their PR fairly up to date. I hope........
Been trying to get through to the company via it's London offices. In the past they've answered but for the last couple of weeks no answer. Are we at the stage where we should start writing this one off now?
http://portal.anla.gov.co/sites/default/files/res_0911_18062018_ct_3106.pdf
Document re Sloane's power station. Note it refers to La Luna Mine licence from January!
Page 28 says they will take all the output of La Luna (I think! I'm not a Spanish speaker!)
How are we going to get to know about any developments? That's whether a deal is still on or if it's bust? As for Aberdeenman, not heard anything from him recently. However, last time he was on here, he reckoned it will be relisted this month ...that seems miles off!?
There's no deadline as such. Accts are needed by end of Sept but they'll just get warnings before anything happens. One would hope the deal is still on and we'll hear soon. If it's off I suspect they'll just strike off the company since they must have spent all the money.
