Ginge., you are only using 3/4's of the available equation... 1. c.150M mc 2. c.1.5 B OS (but that is only Currently!!) 3. 10:1 consolidation & Abman provided a good guesstimate on the last part of the equation, when he posted.. 4. '..we will hopefully end up with 10% of the final market value....' So... the equation is 10% of the new mc, of c.150M, or simply the current shareholding will be worth c. 15M, i.e. 1p per share. (whoop whoop...!!) & yup, Prior to any consolidations.
What hes saying is if the company re-lists with an mcap of 150m and 1.5billion shares in issue then the share price would be 10p per Share. This re-list would require a share consolidation of 10:1 So basically divide the amount of shares you hold by 10 and times that number by 0.1 to see how many pounds your investment would now be worth!! Would love it if them figures are true but to be honest they seem a bit optimistic to me!
Forever dismayed at the high number of peeps involved in an Investors web site, with poor interpreting skills, of salient facts/points, or relevant opinions, or numericals.. Yet presumably, have deemed themselves knowledgeable, resourceful & astute enough, to invest... & no doubt, h4s n0 pr0bl3m d3c1ph3rin9 m0d3rn 3n9L15h. What bit don't you understand bud... Is it that a group of talented directors, some with experience as CEO's & CFO's for 2B+ companies, could not then get the financials worked out, or the backing, for a proposed 200M+ company, for which they have the requisite experience for ...? or that wee technical maths bit, re., : $ soaring / crashing = revenue soaring = everybody living 'apply ever after... ? ( & just don't put in a time-line on that $ soaring, otherwise your c.145M is not going to buy very much? (perhaps an equation a wee bit too far..)). It simply means what you want it to mean : it is for you to decipher & evaluate. & ps. It does NOT mean : "...but you said... but you pwomised....." & pss.. big thank you bud, that's him gone quiet...?! What will be, will be.
In English (not scottish) what does that mean
nice round figures to plays with ; c.150M & c.1.5B OS & 10:1 dilutions.. Fingers crossed & it might be more than just intoxicated classical students, dancing around the streets, near the Bodleian tomorrow. Should be an interesting month.
Worth remembering that the market cap is in GBP and the money being raised/deal being done is in USD, so roughly 145.5m GBP not 200m That said with the devaluation of the GBP, revenues will be much higher ongoing, if the GBP does not regain it's losses.
Surely there cant be many companies in AIM history that have gone from a 3.6m shell to a 200m fundraise and company? Could the returns be as impressive in 2018?
One last point BigHorse. With this being suspended there is little chance of many people looking at this board. I have not tweeted on this company for many many months. so the only people on here are investors (again the point of this board) or a few I or other investors have mentioned this to. Or those looking to attack others, cannot think of another motive for anyone else to be remotely interested, at the moment.
"a company with a 3.6m GBP " Should read "a company with a 3.6m GBP market cap"
BigHorse, For one I did not delete any post, Admin did as the posts breached the rules, and there was no bickering on my part, it was a one-sided personal attack pure and simple. Can I ask how long you have been invested? my reason being your comment about the BOD acting on behalf of shareholders. I can fully understand that, for those invested here for a long time, however the change of management (when I invested) ushered in a new chapter on this company as can be seen from the deal being done. to be honest prior to that I would not have touched this with a bargepole. We are at a different stage now, personally I think it was a mistake using RLH as a shell, a totally new shell with a clean record would have been preferable, but I can understand that brings a different set of challenges. Some people love me, some hate me, I don't give a toss, but very happy to debate what is going on positive or negative, but as I have said several times, as this is delisted no advantage to be gained, but it is healthy to have a good discussion, personal attacks have no merit. You should join the debate here a bit more, with relisting coming up it is useful having different viewpoints and many doing research. Until the prospectus/admission document is released there is a lot we do not know, but to go back to my earlier point, a company with a 3.6m GBP doing a 200m USD deal has a hell of a lot of upside (IMO) Really looking forward to crunching the numbers on this one.....
I wholeheartedly agree its a message board, however, often the motive and integrity of a poster is as relevant as the post. For me the jury is still out, but there is no argument on your track record to date, I think you have a way to go to regain any respect and petty bickering and deleting posts you find objectionable dont help. As for RLH, no I dont have any insightful comment or observation, much as the others on here, as the company is playing their cards close to their chest and the CEO is not on my contacts list. I like everybody else invested, just hope its going to come good and that this board of directors for once is working on behalf of their shareholders.
The other poster had no opinion or comment on RLH whatsoever, which is what this board is for. It was a purely personal attack, which Admin rightly took a view on and deleted. Debate on RLH is most welcome, do you have an opinion/comment on RLH?
Oh dear - I see the old shenanigans of deleting posts offering differing opinions are back - for me a bigger red flag than the original critical posts.
So you are not invested here. LOL
Apologies, Delisted, not suspended. Still within the 6 month window for a simple relist though.
CTAG has already been discussed here, I said I met the CEO too late (after the event). I have met the RLH CEO and have no such worries. Also, this is suspended so nothing to be gained, ramping/deramping is pointless, this is just a discussion of potential. I think anyone can figure out a company with a 3.6m GBP market cap doing a deal worth 200m has major potential.
The way you are talking this up is very reminiscent of what you wrote regarding CTAG. Let's hope you're right this time.
I really do not know for sure (yet) hopefully find out more next week. However, once the deal is done, I think things will move fairly quickly for La Luna. Assuming all the permitting has been achieved locally (I hear it has been) then I would assume they will get the open cast stuff up and running first. obviously some infrastructure will need to be done as well as plant ordered and delivered, but I would have thought they would have revenue next year.
Do you think it will be until production and selling coal and hence getting revenue?
Lot of variables we still do not know: Quality of the coal, and therfore it's selling price (I worked on 140GBP per ton) Extraction costs and profit - I assumed 60 GBP costs per ton Amount of Dilution - I assumed 10 fold Extraction rates - I assumed three stages, starting at 1.2m tons per year rising to 3m per year Works out at much more than 60m, but better erring on the low side. Figures could be out a fair bit, but one thing is for sure with just under 200m being raised, they will not be expecting earnings to be in the single millions....but dilution will be key, and for that level of funding I am working on us being left with about 10% Will be good to see the detail, but with a market cap of only 4m it certainly looks like they could be a big payday at some point.
they start to mine should see p/e 7x this so this could be a monster in the making....bring on the details and all will be revealed
Just to add, in case anyone casts it up, I had originally heard it would all be done fairly soon after delisting, however, as always things can take longer than originally estimated. Main thing is it gets done and on good terms. Looking forward to seeing the details.....
All depends on whether there is any ping pong with the takeover panel, but I expect relisting should happen next month
Aberdeenman what sort of timescale are you looking at here? ...for relisting that is
