The only reason I asked was for reassurance, you’ve obviously a lot more knowledge in this share then I have and more informed than other people.. And someone said in a different group it was only only £200k/ £300k.. That’s all..
Don't think you should be asking for reassurance from a bb personally, good to see two £3k buys obviously couldn't buy in one lot. This should treble on disposal news and then multi-bag on RTO completion.
So this TLA one you were in Suhail, I see the shares were then listed as another company in Sept. That SP has dwindled from a few pence IIRC. Did you sell out of that before the RTO?
Can you explain the process? I understand it is disposal, cash shell for a month or so before RTO and name change with news shares in FURA?
some RTO's do take a while. Iv'e been waiting for HWC for a couple of years!
The question is, how long are people willing to tie their capital up for, as you say if it's in your sipp no problem if not then they will consider of the situation.
thought this was the RLD thread.
and thanks for cheering me up.
SuhailM3471 - not trying to contradict myself just making an observation that after the disposal there will be a waiting time.
In some instances, yes. Look at bou took the whole 6 months. Nothing even remotely obvious as a target. At least here is seems pretty obvious even before they go to cash shell status. In that respect this is a very advanced prospect for a crazy low price
Given the market is anticipating the disposal actually happening this time and the SP rising 100% in anticipation of it, I would be very surprised if the SP doesn't nose dive tomorrow if there's no RNS in the morning.
Could not agree more here Suhail... I followed your advice and bought in at the low prices and I will continue to hold for the foreseeable based purely on the research I have done (never mind the information I have found by digging through some of your posts earlier this year!) My favourite is the link to the free float... http://www.richlandresourcesltd.com/investors-and-media/press-media/shareholder-information/... Based on the figures you're quoting; you hold A LOT of what's free!
@Suhail. How do you feel about the statement below from the Chairman?
As a significant shareholder I, like you, am most disappointed that we were unable to achieve sustainable profitability at an operational level for our Capricorn Sapphire operation leading to its expected disposal at a loss, but, as the Company was unable to raise funds to re-finance Capricorn Sapphire, the Board had to take this difficult decision to sell Capricorn Sapphire.
This statement from September RNS (Interim update) suggests a difficult period ahead. I like you, am a holder but I am nervous about the potential for the company to go bust when selling off the only material asset. Interested to hear your thoughts as a well researched contributor.
Suhail a quick question if I may, what's the likelihood of disposal being extended again in your opinion?
Moiz typical first post seen from a certain type. Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
He was only asking officemanger. Moiz, The last delays were for a few weeks at a time but this one has been a short one so I can’t see them extending.
Andrew55, you would back him up, you're more nervous than a Turkey at Christmas,. All day you've been asking stupid questions . It's mighty questionable if either of you, if you are two, have actually invested in RLD, you're gone , can't be reading twaddle all day.
Next thing you'll be handing out pampers and cartons of milk.
Nothing to be nervous or worried about here at all, not in the slightest.
officemanager, that is a name I remember from many years ago.
I’m not nervous at all actually. It’s ye that are saying every second person is getting nervous when they are just asking a question. It’s ridiculous. People are free to ask whatever they want on this board. It’s a discussion board. And you are free to not answer. Other posters can talk amongst themselves, no need to join in.. Ye really aren’t doing yourselves or this board any favours with the constant insults and negativity.. And yes people are here to make money, we may not have been here for as long as you and Souhail, but that’s your issue to get over.
Reading through your comments, ye are actually pathetic and immature. It’ll end up just being the 3 or 4 if ye left on this board still talking about nappy’s and babysitting or something. Cause you’ve turned genuine investors off. Good luck.
You’ll prob wear off on the share price with your negativity.
Who said anything about forcing people to buy? Lol. Nobody knows who you are. It’s not rocket science to know that a lot of people bought on the back of the RNS that was released this week. If anything, ye would put people off buying with your pessimism and hostility towards others if they looked on this board. lol.
Anyway I’ll leave you to it to talk about babyitting, holding hands and whatever else..
Good luck.. you seem like a person who needs it.
Totally agree with you Andrew. People don't have to respond if they don't want to. Instead of a reasonable discussion board, this is now a bullying board. I have seen this behaviour before - constant bombardment of discussion board with 'information' and then other users assume this person is very knowledgeable. And if you dare ask questions, God help you.
Suhail only asked you, as you seem to have personal experience in this kind of scenario with other shares etc. I guess anything could fall through at any point, but things certainly aren't pointing that way, guess will find out by the 7.
Thanks Andrew for the reply. Seems I've ruffled a few feathers oh dear!!
Lol,oh do grow some. Snowflake generation don't like to hear some home truths so they play either the race, homophobic of bullying card . Nobody has a gun to their head forcing them to buy shares in the company or read this bb .
Don't forget the gender card as well.
Exactly, lol. It’s unbelievable. Some poor person asked a question for the first time on here earlier and nearly got his head chopped off. Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t want to be apart of or associated with this board. It will end up the two or three of them just talking amongst themselves.
Thanks though Applebee, might see you another time on a more friendlier board, lol..
You daft sod don't be silly.
Oh lol.
