Impressive figures...I was reading exactly the same 15 years ago (probably longer) when Galileo/G1/Marlon M were posting.
So ask yourself - why is our MCap so tiny when FiD is within twelve months and first oil 3 years?
Navitas share price lurched upward this morning to ILA2918 (2895 yesterday close)
'An Italian judge has ordered the seizure of €779.5m ($835.5m; £676.8m) from short-term rental giant Airbnb, over alleged tax evasion.'

Perhaps they can transfer the funds to RKH..
Here is my reminder as to why I am invested.
‘’Per barrel cost - life of field’’ - from Navitas
Capex: US$7.50
Opex: US$20.10
Total cost: US$27.60
If phase 1 production average is 75,000b/d (80k is the plan)
and costs are $30/b ($27 is currently the estimate)
perhaps with PoO at $75/b (Brent at $85 atm)
The maths are
75,000bbls x $45 = $3.375M gross revenue per day, $1.232Billion a year
Royalty 9%, Corp Tax 26% = $801M profit
Rock 35% = $280m profit net to Rock, per year.
Current market cap is £72m !!
If it does, so what? We don't know the size of the FPSO and we don't know the size of the shuttle tankers.
There are hundreds of FPSO operations around the world with experience to draw on. It's not a problem.
Anyone worked out the oil tanking specifics yet? If an fpso has a 500k tank & the ocean tanker has a capacity of 2M barrels, does the tanker wait around for over 2 weeks to get loaded?
Well you could probably add 50% to costs given the inflation in the oil industry, so discount that @ 10% plus there is the brent price, of which could probably add a discount of 10% seeing as the oil will cost more to refine & then there is the transportation costs, likely to China or US, $15+ don't know.
So, rough estimate, 70$ sales, 9% royalty - 35$ opex + capex, 10$ transport = 12$ X 0.74 tax payment = 8.88 per barrel X share of production is 90M average earnings based on plateu rate?
Now, before people start disagreeing with me, it's just a guess to answer the question. I just thought i'd post something other than a 'sunny weather' presentation pitch. As stated before production numbers aren't even set in stone, nor is the royalty rate.
@CitizenTS … agreed and useful to know. The MarketCap is appalling at present and maybe the Navitas loan facility is one reason RKH don’t seem worried by it but should they ?
Good spot, though.
Well the PER ANNUM profit net of royalties and tax is a long way above the total existing market cap
As it says on the presentation THE NEXT BIG THING
anybody care to put a share valuation on our 35% of production let's be conservative at the bottom end of 80,000 - 100,000 BPD
so that's 28,000 barrels a day for Rockhopper at let's say an average price of $70 per barrel 👍

I think Navitas will prove you wrong have you ever made contact with them they are totally committed.
I dipped in bear 2 weeks ago for a trade see a 20% gain here myself
I have a sea of green again, I assume dopey Eeyore is back?
Exactly , what's the rush now? iIf you're gonna lose all your money , what's the rush to do that? If it's gonna be a winner , what's the rush there? If you can't wait for either , sell up and move on , it's just so easy. Even a fool could see that scenario.
I for one am happy for this sorry saga to fail or succeed but after ten years of waiting I just want a conclusion one way or the other
Give him more meds
So in buying warrants I have supported the company and yet apparently Sam hasn't bought his yet? I understand that navitas are in charge. If we are saying that the board have no impact on Fid then what are we paying them for ?
I for one am happy for this sorry saga to fail or succeed but after ten years of waiting I just want a conclusion one way or the other
Godders, RKH are not in the driving seat, they have not set a deadline, Navitas have. Why don’t you troll the Navitas forums if there are any and air your grievances there?
Also why do you always talk like you want them to fail? Is seems very strange to me that you would invest in a share you continuously knock down. Saying it’s a “Win, Win” if they fail or get to first oil doesn’t make sense at all!
Suppose it takes all sorts. The positives for me are that Ian Ramsey has hired a good team around him; they have just visited the Falklands; the FIG are hiring again and we are almost 2 months away from the OM final hearing AND you have taken up your warrants, you have helped the board that you have little or no faith in, to continue on for another year before needing to cash in the OM award/get paid out/fund raise.
So on behalf of the board and myself, thank you for your support of the company you continuously berate.

If anything job adverts now indicate they aren't making the 2024 deadline. Presumably there is a lote to be completed in the role prior to Fis and it will take months for the role to be filled and further months for the new starter to get up to speed . I'm telling you now no fid in 2024. Note mogger and ovets refuse to offer an opinion on this assertion
I didn’t suggest his posts were not informative .. they are. They tell me of the blind optimism that isn’t tempered by 10 years of poor management of the Project by ALL parties. FIG included
I suppose the point of such jobs postings is to highlight things are going on rather than anything being a nailed on certainty. Personally, I find Mogger's posts of use.
Takes a fool to recognise one, Mogger.
Latics,
Wrong again. Why do you insist of looking the fool?
The position I posted is due to a reorganisation to help Navitas get to FID.
Yet again you should spend your time in research rather than posting negative rubbish.

It was the previous incumbent "Director " who resigned and was replaced . The "Deputy Director" is a new post
Until yet another key timeline assertion by the board is broken. Tick tock
