LMAO. Coming from you? You have made half a dozen wrong predicitons and now you are excited about delisting? Shows how sad your life. Reminder. YOU MADE HALF A DOZEN WRONG CALLS. We all have seen it and read it. I will now go back to work, dealing with real money. Not pretend wannabes on a share forum. Hehehehehehe. WATP.
an I ask a simple question regarding the RNS If King is Fit and Proper why does he need to go to court to get permission ??
RHS is breathtaking in its hypocracy and deciet. Well done for taking corporate mismanagement to a new leve that the old board could not match
Apparently one of the rules of being admitted to ISDX is proof of 12 months working capital. This company has no chance of being listed there. King has lied to all investors and I'm sure there will be more complaints about this
Should you have the stupidity to invest in King's latest exchange, which I predicted months ago, I will drop by to remind of how you championed his cause as an accountant. Did you receive your ACCA from the same university as King? The good news is that your imbecile troll sidekick won't be present as footyfan registered the STUZEEUK name. I'll be careful not to walk under your ladder next time you're cleaning windows. Now that you have taken a bath on your shares, there would be no need to give me a shower in a fit of pique. ITYO - I TOLD YOU SO
real amazing thing is stu/cb/amateur have been blaming old board - and low and behold its in the RNS... its almost as if they have been trailing the announcement... all along... were they party to the dececption.. Shock horror - board members linked with board posters... its Imran all over again. Well last day tomorrow for board - thanks to all genuine gers fans (and fans of other teams).... lots of good analysis from the real investors. and to the trolls - got copies of your last 1000 posts. never know when they will be needed.
This is a total disaster for investors and is effectively a licence for King to rip the pish out of investors. The only people who will touch flotation on ISDX are fans. Its's just a scam. Shame on you King, Park and Murrey.
Hahahah cat got my tongue? Based on what? Good riddance to you. I win either way. ;) WATP.
Was James Blair the proposed additional member of the board that the NOMAD considered and not Dave King. Is this the kind of misrepresentation that the gullible requisitioners will believe.
Genius Footyfan. All the requisitioners have suddenly gone quiet? I wonder why.
5 March 2015 - Dave King “All I have done is, in advance of the change of board, ensured there is another Nomad willing to come in. The club has to appoint them so that process can only happen after the general meeting. “I’ve got one [lined up] who has done due diligence on the individuals but the key component for any Nomad is the club itself. “Nomads are concerned about the financial affairs of the club. It’s the one area where I’ve been able to give no more input than what I’ve read in the newspapers. “If we succeed tomorrow, and I think we will, then we will get it immediately. It’s a process that would be done in a day or so.”
WHERE ARE YOU NOW CB. BUCHAN, BLUE 7860? CAT GOT YOUR TONGUE?
have just registered as stuzeeuk on the ISDX boards ... oddly it was free. so we wont see him there.... lol ... ha ha ha. That's one celtic troll that wont be bother us.
Look at the RNS. The prospective NOMAD found no problem with a proposed director? Really, put them on record. They could not relist Rangers due to the financial mismanagement of the last four years? WH Ireland had no problem in December. What a bunch of mendacious shysters. New exchange? What a surprise. Be sure to sell all your shares to our broker at a fraction of their value as we will be happy to take them off your hands. I TOLD YOU SO you gullible imbeciles who voted for King.
The company are now seeking to trade on the ISDX and not the AIM market.
CB AND BLUE 7860 HANG YOUR HEADS IN SHAME
Mr Murray, fresh from his successful spin of a seven year plan, has developed an ability to be economical with the truth. We now discover that Deloitte prepared the interim accounts of all RIFC accounts in January and made good on their plan to resign which was made known to the former board in late November of last year. Not June as Mr Murray would have us believe. Mr Murray then passes the accounts, prepared by Deloitte, to a third party to give them a spin of authenticity. However the interim reports are not audited and cannot be considered as such. Is this the kind of financial expediency, some might suggest malfeasance, that we should expect from this new board? Mr Murray also claimed that a new NOMAD had been lined up. Will our interim chairman do the right thing and fall on his sword? There is as much chance of this happening as King jetting in this afternoon with George Soros in tow.
@edgie ...If as deloittes have now confirmed they intended to resign in June why was this not announced to AIM or the registrar as legally required ? They may have said will resign if next accounts don't have sufficient lending attached. Simples - no need to announce this to AIM , and not illegal to do that. doubt L&L did anything illegal. As if we go into liquidation that could be banned from being directors for up to 7 years.
What is the final date for appointment of NOMAD? If no appointment made does that mean that the company is automatically de-listed and the shares are of negligle value. ? Is there any room for manoeuvre on this. Just seeking clarification on these points.
I see the pro and anti fundamentalists are at it again, no free thinking allowed unless it fits the mind set of either extreme for what its worth My Anti old board stuff ...If as deloittes have now confirmed they intended to resign in June why was this not announced to AIM or the registrar as legally required ? Why was the revenue streams sold off so cheaply ? And most importantly why was 4 years wasted in reducing overheads and bringing expenditure and revenue more into alignment?? My anti kings stuff Where is said transparency? Where is your 30 million promised investment ? And no hiding behind the Fit and Proper person test that he was NEVER going to pass. Where is the Nomad you promised ? as to the seven year plan aye that's what is needed get the basics right and then build, don't rely on a sugar daddy not this sense of entitlement that some fans still have .."our rightful place" ****e gets on my tits rangers are where they deserve to be end of story
@CB - Rangers First and RST acquired some 2.5M shares in RIFC. Some of these shares were bought at 70 pence, some at 20p and some at 20-33 pence. Let's be conservative and assign a weighted value of 25p per share. £625,000 from honest hard working Rangers fans who provided a monthly direct debit to ensure that their club would never again face the ignominy of liquidation. Llambias and Leach did not delist. They had a NOMAD and a £5M line of credit. King and his requisitioners are solely responsible for this £625,000 loss. If the Rangers fan sites are to be believed, Murray & King will be in the Court of Session to defend an action of misleading the shareholders. The FCA will be overwhelmed with complaints,.
Anyone who invested in RIFC who intends to attend the home game against Hearts on Sunday should give Paul Murray the kind of reception that he may have thought was the exclusive preserve of the Easdale brothers. He should be left in no doubt what the fans think of Traynor's seven year plan.
"Sell a seven year plan that assumes that every fan will INVEST in a new board of Real Rangers Men" The seven year plan is a peach. Like the 120 (127) day review. It just kicks the can down the street to be dealt with another day. Going for seven years and tying in with 150 years was a good shout. The PR boys are really earning their corn. Well done Mr Traynor.
