Storms clouds brewing for Mr Ashley ..... He really is a shy boy. They should have called him in at 3pm every Saturday till he was spotted at St James's park :-)
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-32144206 a company that was losing money, they now have the same company where the debt liability that had been incurred has gone." "At one level, to use a technical phrase, this all looks well dodgy," he added.

I think we will be selling season tickets over the summer - we will be fine. Oh and the rights offer when shareholders can invest - not before mind you - wait for the rights issue. Stop listening to deluded bigots like ill Phil - or your pretend cover as a bear might be exposed.
@cambridegblue - but your hero (Mr King) ran 40 companies in SA... was it not childplay to find one that made a legitimate profit......... but no - you cant find one cos it seems his money was made in a massive share sale.... so you attack me - not the arguments I make, pmg now reports that Mike is moving and that TLB don't have sufficient funds to survive a few months...... that Ashley owns "Rangers" name, and brands, and assets. This is awful.... and yet all you can post is tripe.... guess your pr script ran out...... yet other posters can rip your claims to shreds.....
Easdales and Lethlan made loans without any interference from SFA - why would they stop King making loan... this *******s! only cb says king cant invest due to sfa - others say cos king has no cash....
stu hints Europe 3+ years away - but its only 1 year - we could win or be in final of Cup next year - and if against team who qualify via SPFL then 2nd in cup will enter Europe in 2016/2017 - so we could be back in Europa (£10m) in 14mths... as ever celtic supporting troll does not know what he talking about.
@cambridgeblue - "But of course the man who ponied up his own cash for more shares than anyone else must be skint - its the only logical conclusion..." yup he made £42m in shares - then fined £40m in tax case - now has £2.5m to spend on 15% shares - very odd how it fits the pattern - he only has £2m.5 left - how to make this grow by 10x..... would a share scam not do that ? if someone makes £42m in a share selling scheme... why wont they try again... worked last time. You need to show that the £42m king made was made by a real business deal - not leaving shareholders stuffed. Ashley made billions - cos he floated a real business that makes real profits for shareholders and himself.... he does stuff competitors and people he owns money to ..... but he does make money more legitimately then king.

Still no trades....
Last post: Camaro67, 13 Apr 2015 13:45
For a stock that is delisted and no longer trading there is a huge amount of unhealthy obsession and, dare I say it, hatred towards this company that still pervades on this board. What an odd bunch of characters.

At least now RIFC is delisted, Dave won't have to disclose who he's had the begging bowl out to, nor announce who's loaned the next crust.
After the Masters finishes, will he paying a flying visit to Scotland I wonder or not bothering? Will he be joining the Board and depositing his £30m/£20/£16/north of £10m [select whichever figure you feel like] to pay off big Mike at that time? Or are the 3 Teds to be tapped for another emergency loan?

Nice to see 'honest' Dave is spending his time well and is being a bastion of transparency: "But King, speaking exclusively to Record Sport as he watched The Masters at Augusta, is convinced the club will have the crest back in its own hands. No mention was made how that will be achieved but he said: “I’m confident this can all be resolved, of course." http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/dave-king-hits-back-over-5506108?
@cb 85% ... thats all but king with his 15%, .?? kingco are concert party with 40% and board control only, need more than 75% for overall controll.... a shareoffer of 40,000,000 shares will allow dilution of any shareholders stockWHO DONT TAKE UP OFFER - so if kingco offer bad share deal (100 rfc shares for 1 mircromega is very bad) then if kingco underwirte offer and its not taken up then kingco then own more than 75% of rifc and can dowhat they like....rumour has also been that king wants fully controll without paying for shares to do this in full time will tell, bit so far king is going to plan.....
ff - so why would the other 85% shareholders be interested in that ? That is straight from planet bonkers. You need a new guru - this one has lost a battery.
I think there is a village somewhere that has lost their idiot.
@cb - "I still don't get how it even works -remember there is a limit to how many shares can be issued at a rights issue - 40% I think." ???? man you don't understand how dilatation of shares work ffs - 40% more on offer - no one buys ( cos 100 rfc for 1 micromega pish) and thus kings 15%+3tb 40% share becomes 75%+ and they have full control..... then Micromega shares claims owning RFC (global brand) adds £50m to their value and King&co sell 80% of micromega and make £40m... that's what he did last time allegedly which got him $42m and tax issues.... cos making that amount without paying tax is odd Green (£22m in ipo... wheres that's gone), Whyte (£4m jelavic money wheres that and £14m hrmc).. these guys all walk away with our clubs value in their pockets leaving bills and nothing behind - no badges, no assets.... just team... and 12 of those out of contract... we left as a hulk of what we were - least we have priceless trophies....

I didn't find it but I heard that a bunyip had run off with it somewhere beyond the black stump.
Don't suppose you managed to come across 'honest' Dave's missing investment wad out in the wilderness did you?
I'm back in the land of the living - even if this stock isn't. And happy happy to see the forum still alive and well.
thanks for nice talks/chats/banters - see you all on the other side
A decent valedictory SP. I'm off to Barcelona on the back of a huge net gambling profit from gambling on the mighty Gers! Sounds better than you, so ya-boo-suks! Armageddon didn't happen SP - that was just in Cockwomble's tiny mind. Several prominent clubs floundered as a hangover from the days they were spending profligately to try to keep pace, but at least none have followed Rangers into liquidation. All but one member club of the SFA now seems to have learned it's lesson! Coefficient is a big red-herring untess you are a Tim or a Bear (who still think they follow a big club). A few European matches a year involving Celtic or a revived Rangers is not the start and end of Scottish football. The Scandanavian leagues demonstrate how a smaller countries can still have a vibrant sport. 'Honest' Dave appears to have sewn the gullible up like a kipper!!! Truly succulent!

iPox? That's not very respectful. Are you expecting people to take anything you post seriously?
Sports direct don't care much who runs a club playing at iPox, as long as they are paid - they pay to call themselves rangers; they pay to use the stadium and they pay through the merchandise It is beginning to look like removing Mr Llambias and Mr Leach was a very foolish move, this caused a default on the loan which not only lost the Intellectual Property but has also lost the iconic Edmiston House and Car park
ashley wanted trademarks ( source pmg who has documented this aim for 4 months) its what ashley does with distressed stocks,... gets thier trademarks. ahsley would delist where possible.... and he steps back with 10% and in comes kingco and they delist so no,blame attached to kingco.... cept stu/cb saying l&l did it ashley wants main assets and to offer loans......check loans secured against assets ashley wants paid even if boycotts....check ... paid if shirts sell or dont ashley does not want legal jeapardy...never at helm when ship sinks.....check.... kingco in legal bind as board they limited to what they can say and do, and criminal charges easy to raise against them, they need liability insurance.. seems ashley wins hands down, only risk is new shareoffer and he is existing holder and could invest or underright offer via loan....

Mr King isn't even on the board. Plus it was the old board who signed up to the deal. Apart from those two minor details, its another cracker of a post from George.
As opposed to the previous regime, who always carried out their duties with the utmost integrity.Do not look at it as 'you got King', try and understand why the old guard had to be toppled. Please change the record. For a laugh, please list your predictions for this calendar year.
Well boys you got king and look what he has done to us, the beginning of a very slow death by a thousand cuts he can't be trusted in anyway shape or form

King isn't on the board, so it would need to have been Park, Gilligan and Murray .....
It seems that the changing ownership was done on the 25 of March weeks after King had the reins. Doe you think they knew and had agreed or does it take that amount of time to transfer IP?
Look just how gullible are you? The IPO says in black and whyte that Sports Direct OWNS the intellectual property and LEASES it to Rangers Retail, essentially back to itself, it's a license to print money - best bit is that any unsold stock has to be purchased by the club at a profit to Rangers Retail. Now given what is known about Micky Ashley - do you really believe that the IP will be returned to the club IF the loan is repaid
Exactly - the trouble appears to be that Potless Paul & 'honest' Dave haven't got a fiver between them far less £5m
Once the £5m loan is repaid, the club gets all the IP rights back. Have a look at STV's latest article. They have clarified the situation.

OK
Hi Stuzeeuk can't allow you to have the last word ever on this board
It looks like everyone is just going to believe what they want to believe. There are many views and perspectives.
I'm afraid I don't buy into the "he said, she said" stuff from either side. We have all heard / read the quotes. It is not proof of anything, other than Ally's opinion on that day.
Pre liquidation,Mcoist was on the BBC TV stating he wanted to"avoid liquidation to try to preserve the clubs history." H.

1 win in 9 - was the count - you forget ? this should you your mantra .... old board out !!!!! Burn the witch! Old board signed someone who scored in last 5 game.... fook me that's good! You just cant bring yourself to admit they did somethings right - paid bills, got secure loans.... let super go, brought in 5 players, more that our enemies.
We lost 3 on the bounce then drew 3 with the "loanee 1.05" in February including HV. The new board got a decent manager in - the old board were signing away the logos.
@MartinBuchan, @CambridgeBlue: McCoist didn't have the Newcastle "loanee 5" available. OK only one is playing but his 5 goals in his last 5 starts coincides with 2 draws and three wins. The £500k promotion fee and £5k a week (Ibelieve Vukic is on 3x that salary on his tod) will seem cheap if "Rangers" get promoted.
It would be expected to fall anyway, in other news Sevco Scotland now has to pay that nice Mr Ashley to call itself Rangers
Perhaps they have a seller and that is his requested price - like a house sale.

12 contracts end before playoffs which are after end of season. How much will it cost for them to be re-hired for 4 games? It was expected they would walk championship - have won by now - like other divs - and so we saved wages for two months - with less players... till new season - new contracts. Playoff not planned for.

There is no way on God's green earth that any institutional investor will buy into this club (from word one I was amazed they did in the first place - due diligence replaced with rolling a die). Th eonly money that will keep NewGers afloat is fan money. King et al may pay lip service, but the've not been particularly active so far have they....
Nobody is forcing you to buy any shares, time to put on your big girl pants and quit bawwing
"Rangers say they do not need to be listed on the AIM because the cash injections required by the club will come from existing fans, rather than market investors. The club may now look to a listing on a smaller market exchange, such as Arsenal FC do at the moment" So there we have it .... fans are going to have to stump up again and again and again!!!!!! And the only comparison with Arsenal is ......yep cant think of one....but there are remarkable similarities with the Millwall position. And as for blaming the previous board for their inability to even recruit a Nomad....never mind retain one .... well well the sweep and deny culture so wonderfully adopted be the bheasts from the east and the rancid SNP is now alive and well and found a new home at Ibrox http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/rangers-confirm-officially-been-removed-5476863
