Here’s the company Scotty bought for £1
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09902551/filing-history
Take a look at those accounts, all there folks, read, digest and tell me what you are thinking?
In the meantime redT is doing nothing with a £7 million admin, anybody care to tell me which company is worth £1 and which is worth £28 million?
Me thinks Scott and Kenna are a little sidetracked with other businesses to worry about shareholder value.
Might help

Baxi, Verco... Our chairman’s home address? All a little confusing isn’t it....
Dig deep....
Camco sells UK advisory business to Baxi Partnership
By The Engineer 16th January 2012 11:30 am
Clean energy developer Camco has sold its UK advisory business, Camco Advisory Services, to Baxi Partnership.
The business was successfully turned around from making a loss in 2009 to profitable in 2010 and 2011, with a net profit before tax in 2010 of around £500,000.
The sale follows a review by the Camco board in which the UK advisory business was considered to be outside the company’s core business of clean energy project development and carbon.
Total consideration for the sale of Camco Advisory Services is £4.5m, comprising an initial £3.25m paid on closing and £1.25m over the next two years through an earn-out structure
I actually believe the opportunity for mass roll-out of VRB has passed, many will disagree but my reasoning is the price of Vanadium has stalled all installations and this alone will stop mass ordering from big corporates as the supply chain is not secure. Even if this is the best solution they will want a secure supply chain to ensure security of supply. Nobody can do this, the product is good but it’s not far enough down line for any serious national to buy on scale.
My views differ vastly from many, it is just my opinion.
As for the Camco deals and what’s gone on, take a look at this guys previous and current positions....

The whole history of what has gone on with ALL sales of Camco stink of insider dealing, all connected parties, that is a clear breach of rules in my opinion, the regularity authority needs be made aware of what’s gone on here and investigate accordingly.
Jeff Kenna lives at Overmoor, look at the registered addresses, here’s proof of his address...

Take a dig into these fellas, they are clearly up to no good, the web of deceit gets bigger and bigger the more you look.
Trouble with the Betamax vs VHS analogy is the Betamax system was superior but it came along too late.
Betamax was a better system but VHS was already established and its advantages not enough to topple the domination of VHS
For grid storage SSB's will be too late to the party with little to offer as a gain.
SSB's in EV's maybe by 2025-28 - in grid storage maybe another 3-4 years after that
The demand is to get grid storage going over the next 2-3 years not 10-12 years - only VRFB's and L'ion are capable of that. A huge market to satisfy before SSB's are even suitable to bring to market.
Best of luck Tag. For my sins I am staying in as I have been here since 2016 too.
Throughout 2017 the sp averaged 9.2p and over the two years 2017-2018 it averaged 8.1p In the first two and bit months of this year that average fell to 4.8p and today it even stands 25% below that average at 3.6p. It is a bit rich for a few punters who have bought in at the low price and want their 25% to then go and tell LTHs to sell up and stop making comments. But then again what do you expect from someone with no interest except a few percent?
That fall in sp not for a reason - I am inclining to the view that there are little or no sales. You never know, if there were any sales and RedT decided to say so, the sp might rise and they will be able to get another placing away.
I like your VHS vs Betamax analog there Tag. The difference is that Betamax sold a few.
Dear All,
I invested back in 2016 and since then have seen little progress for the resource applied. I have in effect written the investment off and the shares will stay just in case a miracle occurs. :o) But, we are in the National Lottery odds.
I sure the people are very nice and diligent. The trouble is that doesn't make profits.
The company now has a few years before the Solid State battery is produced in production level. It's not IF it is When. 2025 being the latus.
This is a classic case of VHS and BETA video players. The Sold state battery will be able to be recharged multiple times without degradation is going to be here by 2025 in some form or other and the BETA Max player (G3) however technically good will become obsolete overnight.
Solid state you are changing the materials not the process and the manufactures generally prefer not to invest in more expensive assets unless they have to. Especial when the other option requires a material with erratic cost history.
As they say in the DEN "I'm out"
I wish you all the best.
Companies do not report all sales - big and small - only newsworthy ones and it was Arsenal that reported the purchase of renewables not the company that sold it to them. Why? simply because it was Arsenal and therefore newsworthy and some journalist picked up on it.If some company nobody had heard of bought a VRFB it would not have made the news.Give us a break - do you seriously think the sales team are sitting around twiddling their thumbs? If you believe that then sell up and move on
Good Morning I did want to post again for a while but... I'm just a PI investing my SIPP and future in the AIM it's high risk, I do as much investigation as my time allows visiting this and other forums help me get a feel but does make me buy shares. Honestly I was just telling my story to put it out there that 2 years ago this was what my experience was and it may or may not reassure fellow readers whom like me read lots of rubbish in the hope of level headed views.
It's a business if seen the product heard the basic plan met a few people and customers and made a choice. For the record my other AIM share I'm in is BMN since 2017 also purely again because I believe in long term future of this energy storage.
For the record I don't know any other investors. Hope this helps.
yellowf1: Oldfgool=audio?
No mate I haven't got a clue who Oldfool is but I guess he is a fellow Pi that is fed up of your attempts to talk the share down.
"suckered in" to buying theses shares was a previous comment by you and to me that says it all
JJJ:
"Two new posters in a few minutes of each other with a total of 10 or 11 posts each and, coincidentally, who have only post about RedT and Bushveld minerals. What are the chances of that eh?"
Uh! - I have investments in BVM, ATM and here as well as others. I am guessing that Merlottheboy does to. I read the BB's on them all the time, always have, but I rarely post. Merlottheboy may be the same or he/she may be a new investor. Coincidence?? Come on!, where is the coincidence in that?
I have never left a post on the ATM BB........why? because it doesn't have people talking it down all the time. Is that a coincidence?
I guess the posts from us 3 independent Pi's (and others) doesn't fit your agenda.
I invested because I saw the possible potential long term.........explosive!
Two new posters in a few minutes of each other with a total of 10 or 11 posts each and, coincidentally, who have only post about RedT and Bushveld minerals. What are the chances of that eh?
Laudible defence of the Directors against attacks of fraud. Never been the case and well done for saying against it.
Not so convincing is the argument against lack of sales information. Saying that the directors said they will not publish every sale is a weak defence of the Board of Directors. Arsenal Football Club have recently gone for renewables for their stadium. I know, not because the company who sold it to them said so, but because Arsenal said so. The same goes for RedT. The Board of Directors do not need to be coy about sales. People will know about them, if or when they happen, because the purchasers will say so - just like Arsenal saying they have gone green and bought renewables. It is looking like RedT might be accused of pretending to be coy about sales as a substitute for the fact there are no sales.
All you guys complaining on here - why did you invest in this company?
I am also down (around 40%) on my investment but you know what - I couldn't give a toss.
Mine is an investment in a company trying to build its way into a brand new industry nothing like this has been done before.
Its exciting, its a big risk, it may fail. But if they succeed.........
Is this not the same with most AIM start ups?
I put in my money based on investing in a new and potentially explosive new industry.
The amount I invested will not bankrupt me if it all fails but it will be life changing if everything falls into place.
I believe it will succeed and that is why I am in - but for the long haul, short term sp fluctuations are to be ignored (unless you are a trader I guess)
If they succeed what will the sp be in 5 years? £10 maybe £20
If short term SP pull backs bother you (LTH will not be bothered by this) or you think the BoD are crooks (complete rubbish) or you do not believe in the potential of RedT then you are an idiot for investing in the first place
Apparently Norway government are selling their oily shares to reinvest...I suggest Redt.
Still believe in the fundamentals of REDT. BEIS must realise time shifting even by 2hrs. can make a big difference to any PV systems increasing availability markedly. Would be interesting to see how they factor in such a business case to Government calculations.
The SP will turn even on any small orders activity. Also working in a technology system business takes time and mostly weeks/months go by with little/no news so we happen to be in one of those windows now. Just relax.
Had a little top up just now (51K). Good entry level for those looking at this for the first time. GL LTH's. DYOR.
I have been to a shareholders' meeting (not the most recent one though) and seen a few videos. REDT is a serious company working hard and effectively, and I was impressed. They are not cutting corners, and they are minimising risks. Agree about the lack of Gen 3 orders, the lack of Mega news, even the lileliness of a fundraise, but what project ever slipped to the left?
It was about Canco being sold off and the "conspiracy" that it was all for the enrichment of Scott. If you want to read that rubbish join the flat earth society. You do understand the history behind Bolgas's posting? Serial ramper across multiple accounts sold, then turned to deramper.
Now if you want to discuss the lack of Gen 3 orders, the lack of Mega news, even the lileliness of a fundraise then I'm all ears as that is what is driving both of our losses. The SP will turn about IF news along this lines can be released and only then. I am of a mind that this may well soon become clearer.
Whether Camco turns to profit this year is not my concern as it was a part of the business going nowhere.
OldFool, can you please say what Bolgas said that was incorrect?
I want to be convinced it's a load of rubbish because this is my biggest shareholding and I'm 50% down!
Well that is unpleasant, cookies deleted so I hade the misfortune to jump into the Red thread without being logged in, so was able to see Bolgas's write up. What a load of utter bollocks, didn't read it all but you really need to get a life my dear boy! You sold, your angry at the loss I get it, but FFS grow up and move on. I guess dubmaskullanga is anotherof your handles madeup to post on the BMN thread you used to deramp!
Humourous your other handles of Dogrunner and Dlg both bitch about the same thing! You serial ramping / deramping fool.
Thankfully I am back on my account and you are back to a one line filtered post.
The accounts show a serious ramp,up in admin and turnover, Scott has shafted shareholders. If you go back a couple years Scott stated how important camcorder Africa was to redT, that then changed as he saw the profits that could be lining his pockets rather then shareholders.
Think about who introduced the largest amount of business to redT, it’s Camco, yet he sold that for £1 and retained the useless none producing sales staff, the guy is clearly clueless for shareholders but has a keen eye for his own future.
The company is a joke, zero sales last year yet £7 million admin, I’d be very surprised if they get a placing away to fund a company like this that does nothing.
I’d also bear in mind that if this ever became near profitable they’d sell it off to either the chairman or Scott, this company should be booted off aim and all directors investigated.
John Ward clearly had enough and bailed, he could see what’s going on after he’d spent years funding the R&D.
Not one for slagging companies off, but this one is a clear P&D for city folks whilst the bod do nothing, promises of sales via rns that never actually materialise, white collar crime in my books and they should be held account, the Camco deals are clearly documented and can be proven that they are not in anyway in shareholder interest.
Do not pass go, do not collect 200. This isn’t Monopoly money, Scott seems think that’s what investors are playing with whilst he spends it on rentals properties and a thriving business in a booming country, just like the chiarman.
Jokers.
Jeez, anyone better at linking this lot than me?
Go look on companies house, starting with camco management, after you get beyond Scotty paying himself 1/2 mil, ReDT then bale out of this co, but camco is still owned by parties that eventually end up in Panama and Uruguay..... smells rank from over here!
Another lithium battery car fire !
Tesla Model X caught fire on a frozen Vermont Lake!
Teslas necessarily have a giant battery pack, so if the car suffers sufficiently sever impact, it can go up in flames.
If damaged, lithium-ion batteries can rapidly discharge their stored energy in the form of heat, leading to an inferno.
The bigger the battery, the bigger the fire.
Just imagine something much bigger!
Now where’s that flow battery they are all talking about!
Luckily no one hurt in the car ??

Certainly a big future for storage. Just hope we can get going and gain some traction. From the investment in storage point of view I think it just need a couple of deals like the German one to open the floodgates.
Interesting article Mikemine, the fire hazard is a major issue for Lithium especially in Southern Hemispheres and makes Vanadium a no brainer as it cools as it charges and only heats on discharge
"During 2018 more than 15 battery fires were reported in South Korea, resulting in actions taken by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy (MOCIE). There are now more than 1,250 battery energy storage systems installed in the country. Following the increasing number of fires in the country, authorities prioritized conducting safety checks on all installed battery systems."
Anyone looked at last filed accounts for above that Scott paid £1 for from shareholders?
Take a look and tell me what you think. I think he’s shafted shareholders, again.
Interesting read and a bit about battery fires.
