Some Morocco news could save us for now...
This is also outstanding for a while now...
I don't actually think the SP will suffer today as most had excepted there was a delay and this confirms it. Also its saying the deal is still on which is a whole lot better than the alternative.
Could do with some more immediate progress on other front now.
Oops, but not at these prices….sub a penny……on the horizon! 15 yrs of this boll£x.
Good email 46G. JM is certainly the master of how to lose credibility.
If on the 18th March they expected an agreement by end of the first quarter that is some 2weeks away! What went wrong or what on earth did they think they were doing making an announcement which was in effect not true or they could not guarantee.
Well having put the cap round they had to say something!
Long term investors have heard this time and time again have we fallen for it again?
Jason / Andy
What are you both doing year after year promise after promise.
This is becoming a joke if whatever is stalling the trail is sortable get around a table and sort it however I suspect its a serious unplanned issue which is why you have not sorted it yet.
I feel yet again mislead by you both following numerous previous announcements.
Please restore Investor faith and get this sorted this week however I have little hope of this happening hence the RNS.
Very disappointed
Its a stop asking me when its going to happen, I have no idea so leave me alone RNS!!
So close you can smell it because its BS.
"My conclusion from the RNS is that it is not just legal teams causing the delay and that negotiations are still ongoing."
I think it's both - legal teams negotiate too.
Fair to say at least a QTR delay. The below won’t be happening this Qtr
“ Once further binding trial agreements between Quadrise, MSC and Cargill have been executed, Quadrise expects to install and commission an MSAR® Manufacturing Unit ("MMU") and associated equipment at the MAC2 terminal in Antwerp, Belgium in Q2 2024 in readiness for bunker fuel supply upon the receipt of permits by MAC2.”
It does feel as if MSC and Cargill are probably squabbling over minor detail and that quadrise are sat in the corner twidling their thumbs waiting for them to reach an agreement! That or MSC are trying to squeeze a rubbish deal for quadrise thinking we need them more than they need us.
So where is the update then, this is prepping the ground for the late start(if at all) again..
> this is your job get it sorted today
It seems that someone's never worked in the corporate world!
“Continued efforts in respect of our project mean that we do not expect any material delay to the overall MSC vessel trial programme at this time.”
I like the “at this time”… not ruling anything out…..
Nice to be given an update, at least.
Annoyingly, it’s never the little guy in any deal who gets to call the shots. We will just have to sit and wait until the big boys are ready.
If their is a deal to be done and everyone is onside sit around a table and get it sorted. Otherwise a stalemate will just go on and on.
Jason this is your job get it sorted today. Its what you are paid for sort it and move on
Right HF14.. negotiations still ongoing..
My feeling is that they had to issue something because investor relations were getting flooded with questions….
My conclusion from the RNS is that it is not just legal teams causing the delay and that negotiations are still ongoing.
So what does this really mean?
Quadrise Plc (AIM: QED), the supplier of innovative energy solutions for a cleaner planet, provides an update on its project with MSC Shipmanagement Limited of Cyprus ("MSC").
The Company previously announced on 18 March 2024 that entry of a binding agreement between Quadrise, MSC and Cargill in respect of the production of MSAR® and bioMSAR™ fuels for the Company's forthcoming vessel trials on board the MSC Leandra (the "Project Agreement") was expected by the end of Q1 2024. Quadrise continues to work with its project partners to seek to finalise the Project Agreement and will provide a further update upon the project and entry of the Project Agreement in due course.
Commenting on the update, Jason Miles, Chief Executive Officer of Quadrise, said:
"Continued efforts in respect of our project mean that we do not expect any material delay to the overall MSC vessel trial programme at this time. We remain in regular contact with our project stakeholders and Quadrise is focused on the delivery of the Project Agreement as soon as possible."
Zero chance illuminate owns shares in Quadrise.
We all want the same thing . To know when the glorious profitable Quadrise era was ? Also what colour is the sky on your planet ?
I think illuminate is AI.
'Anyway we all want the same thing to return QED back to the days of before where the company generated healthy profits and shareholder returns! We will get there!'
Illuminate when did Quadrise generate healthy profits ?
"there are serious problems with QED and JM's communication skills"
Although they've certainly improved. Though from a very poor start.
