Good question Yesman but nobody knows.
From the December '18 interim results... I think this is the most recent...
'The two completed studies (a human study and an animal study) showed excellent results in use for Fruitflow®, and BY-HEALTH intends to make its first blue cap submission to the SAMR for Fruitflow® in February 2019, with a further blue cap submission envisaged later in 2019, both to include references to the Company's existing European Food Safety Authority ('EFSA') health claim for Fruitflow'.
Guys when is this blue hat approval expected in China, is it by end of this year?
Thanks
I suspect By-health are happy to pay for all the studies. I think Chinese philosophy in particular is to see things long term. A bit of money now for studies, and then reep the substantial rewards later on. I imagine that By-health will also learn a lot in terms of how to conduct trials given Provexis is very good in that area. I was watching a video the other day about China spending a lot of money building roads in an African country (I forget which one) and they didn't want anything in return. The purpose was to generate goodwill and show off what China can do, and later on down the line it is hoped it will lead to substantial economic projects / rerurns. Anyway, I know this is all speculation, but I wanted to get my thoughts out.
The statement is pretty vague and gives us no idea to what is involved in the "projects".
Yes By-Health is contributing financially to this but I would assume if they were to take any project work further then they would be doing studies themselves in China as we have been told that this is a requirement for Blue Cap.
We will still own the intellectual property but I doubt By Health would finance our trials or EFSA approvals.
Hi gixer,
I think all the studies are to be financed by By-health. As per the December RNS;
'...with all projects envisaged to be at By-Health's sole expense'.
'Projects conducted under the agreement will be focussed on specific areas of commercial focus for By-Health, and the first project which has been agreed will concentrate on the use of Fruitflow with nitrates in exercise, an area of considerable commercial interest to By-Health in China.'
Sock
The implication is that there is nothing worthy of reporting via an RNS. This begs the question, just what is going on behind the scenes? I would like to see a resolution of this 10 years of failure to adequately market a super life- saving product but this is what happens when there is no talent or panache at the top.
I never said i bought the shares once ,i have been investing in this company for 10 years ,at different prices.from 5p to 0.60
So it's your biggest investment, but you made no mention of it for 10 years. You bought before any kind of commercialisation, you never adjusted your investments over 10 years, you just had the money to invest only once, and none since? Are you really expecting that claim to appear credible?
The company didn't inflate your hopes, you did (or would have if I believed you).
Just not credible.
#paidtobenegative
No body wants to make a negative statement ,about their investment, But this company has raised your hopes and then deflated your hopes like a yo yo again and again.
As this is my largest investment and if i did not believe in the product i would have not but my hard earned money in to it .
I would never like to see the sp go down
Every time they try to pressure the sp down, the usual suspects appear.
#notbuyingit
Why are we not getting an update then, its been 7 month s of silence.
I wish we get a take over ,which will end the obsession i have this company ,so i could move forward with life
IF the company give us some of Rns ,at least we would have spme kind of clue ,which direction we are heading towards, we've not had any update of trading for at least 7 months And the last update was from the figures eyear in September and look how turmoil the world since then
I really wish i had sold this company ,on june 2nd .
When it was 0.97 , I never learn anything i have been here 11 years ,paat two weeks its dropped 40% .if this carries on at this rate we wii be back to 0.3l1 all the hype siw weeks ago back to square one.
Did someone on here post see you at 0.35p??
Don't mind me Alf !
Quite a few decent sized sells ( ? ), and at least, one big buy ( 5 million ).
By my reckoning, Lucas would have to buy ~20 million shares since his last declaration before he had to declare again ?
It's not beyond the realms of possibility that he's very far off that.

Has just passed £4b. Mk cap https://www.bloomberg.com/quote/300146:CH
In Lucas we trust
Well if I had just upped my stake and paid up to 1p ,I would be snapping these up at .7p .
I think the clue is in the header of the post.
Aspirin seems to help:
https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2020/06/200630125129.htm
In test tube studies, the researchers found that pre-treating platelets from SARS-CoV-2 infected patients with aspirin did prevent this hyperactivity. These findings suggest aspirin may improve outcomes; however, this will need further study in clinical trials.

Hi Alf,
From where the furniture moving? What do you mean by the following statement
A fair bit of furniture moving lately.
Is it a coded message to someone or something else?
A fair bit of furniture moving lately.
Not going to speculate on possible reasons, don't want to rouse a growling Bern from his slumbers :-)
