I was running three month's stock of Fruitflow packs as I bought a couple extra at H&B when there was the postal glitch in lockdown. So I've only opened the envelope with the new packaging yesterday evening. Having read the comments, I was well prepared to delve in to my tool box and utilise some heavy duty implements to gain access to the capsules. However, once I had gripped the container in my left hand, put my thumb under the fluted cap, and applied a little pressure, the lid popped off with minimal fuss. Whilst I may have a stronger than average physique due to my work, I can not for the life of me see any issue at all. The pots are fully recyclable, whereas the blister packs are not. they look like off the shelf stuff that may have been used as an alternative to the old ones in order to maintain supply during what was a logistical nightmare. For me, the packaging could, and should, be reduced further in future.
Much ado about 4call IMHO
This is true, no one can disagrree with the lack of communication. There's no reason why the bod couldn't have put a tweet out for free to say they're changing packaging.
Other aim companies give loads of info out on a regular basis to keep investors interested. PXS give out sod all. And you're lucky to get more than a few trades a day because there's nothing going on.
I do wonder what the bod do each and every day. Probably very little related to Provexis.
Before someone moans that I'm being negative. Yes I am, or maybe it's constructive feedback? I've invested a fair bit in this over 10 years or so and really really frustrated with their lack of noticable progress and comms.
Maybe we should create a fake/pseudo provexis/fruitflow twitter account to provide news that gixer and other members find out. Even if it's just the FF+ order numbers!!
Maybe the bod will lift a finger then....
NL, probably because there's nothing else to talk about. The finals provoked almost no comments.
I would hope it had been applied for for a while.
"BY-HEALTH intends to make its first blue cap submission to the SAMR for Fruitflow® in February 2019, with a further blue cap submission envisaged later in 2019"
But it's never been confirmed.
Hi guys, wondered if anyone thinks we have put in a SAMR application get for Blue Hat?
I don't,
Either the new packaging was trialled as a way to save money or better protect the product during shipping or as I think to fill a gap in the original packaging due to the pandemic. Either way it got a result.
I do agree that the plastic container was a little difficult to open the first time and some customers with weaker hands may find it extremely difficult but that's why you trial these things.
Strange thing is, well to me anyway, is that this type of packaging is commonly used for supplements.

Jeez I can't believe you're arguing about something so miniscule as packaging...
Gixer, the packaging would have had to be designed and manufactured in a minimum run at a cost.
This is an added unnecessary work process for no purpose. Any customer with weakness in their hands or arms would find it difficult to get that horrible lid off and risk injury using a knife or similar.
A particularly stupid idea which has only served to highlight the vacuum at the heart of this company. I'm surprised you don't see that to be honest!
colbaltblue, I only gave an opinion but even if it was a planned trial I still doubt it would have cost any extra to put it in (again in my opinion) the cheaper packaging.
As you didn't like it just be glad that it seems to be only a small amount of the £90k of new stock that was put in these containers.
Personally I don't see what all the fuss is about.
Unbelievable that the old duffer ignores the widespread supply issues caused by factory closures during lockdown. Literally not believable, all he wants to do is cause aggro to destroy our share value. Despicable
Gixer, so the Company was not being entirely open when it said it was trialing new packaging! It was just an excuse to cover supply issues with blister packs! What a shambles.
Just received my repeat order confirmation and the cost of 2 months supply reduced to only £19.43, nice.
Perhaps they could develop Fruitflow + Steroids so that he can get the lid off!
More than obvious that his intention is to create bad sentiment on here as revenge for his own bad decisions. Poor conduct
Gixer, think your spot on.
Do you really think it was more expensive to stick a couple of months supply of stock into a cheap generic plastic bottle rather than have it blister packed?
Personally I think it was more of a supply issue than a trial of a new container but wtfdik.
Money the company can't afford to waste. Maybe the person on the BOD who sanctioned that ought to take a pay cut! ( Just seen a pig fly by!)
Just to let you know — we've received your order #149353, and it is now being processed: 07/10/2020
What a waste of time and money that exercise was then..........
Should have said this was from trustpilot 6 days ago.
"We are trialling this new form of packaging at the moment, and we are sorry you have found the lid a little difficult to open. We would suggest please that you try gently squeezing the front and back of the bottle near the lid when you try to remove the lid - this breaks the air seal and makes the lid much easier to remove.
We appreciate the very helpful feedback we have had from a number of customers on this subject, and would confirm that we now expect to reintroduce blister packs with individually sealed capsules in the next few months."
I thought that 10 years ago!
one day this will be big.
LOL!!!
Can't say I prefer the new packaging to the previous blister packs. Wasteful double wrapping and almost impossible to get the lid off the inner carton without using a kitchen implement of some sort. It also make judging the amount of capsules left a bit harder.
I wonder what bright spark came up with that idea bearing in mind most Companies are moving towards LESS packaging! What was wrong with blister packs?
Assume IF will now be sending an Email to all the Provexis FF+O customers giving them the same info and asking them to 'PASS IT ON'....
