Gixer, you have done excellent research for 10 years but you have wasted your time to be frank. What good has it done?
The bottom line is that the company is probably some years away from turning a profit and that begs the question, why would anyone invest here atm especially before the cash call?
My feeling is that there is a substantial body of shareholders who will leave as soon as this dead share shows any signs of waking up and the selling pressure will be overwhelming. Many have been here for ELEVEN LONG YEARS!!!!!
So not "billions and billions of shares" then?
I recon (guess) around 62 mill at a slight discount to todays price should see us through most of next year. Anything less than that would be a bonus and an indication that revenues have increased since March. We already know the first quarter revenues from DSM are good.
"Strong start to the 2020/21 financial year for this business, with first quarter revenues substantially ahead of the comparative quarter in 2019/20"
and then there is always the possibility of blue Hat.
You are IMO obsessed with this share. You are dragging everyone down (bar Zeus) with your constant bashing. Billions of shares. Yeh right. Step back and chilll. I promise your get your 1p. But I won't sell mine to 5p plus. Bit of sneaky buying going on. Last raise the SP went up after. Follow Mr Lu.......
Sphinx, I assume you're being ironic. I think "transformational" was a word used by a previous CEO who is certainly transforming the share price over on SiS. I also note that my old friend Alf is stoutly defending the situation over there so it looks as if the poor man is flogging two dead horses which can't be helping his demeanor!
Gixer. I didn't say that but there are over 2 billion shares in issue at the moment so there will be many more millions issued to cover the cash calls.
Decent £15k buy on nex exchange !
Colbaltblue, did you even think about that before posting?
You think there will be minimum 2 billion more shares issued in the next couple of years. That would raise around £10,000,000 + at today's price.
That's one heck of a wage bill increase.
#keepitrealplease
The China deal will be in the words of our board , “Transformational “ so the loss will be a profit quite quickly imho .
Not going to happen old misery guts
Anyone care to guess the year bearing in mind the Chinese experiment is in very early stages? My guess is 2023 at the earliest by which time there will be billions and billions of shares in issue because the company has such a wage cost drag on it and will need to constantly raise funds to trade as a going concern. IMO, a DSM buy out is the only hope of shareholders getting some money back and one penny a share would be very welcome.
Also I now believe each product will need a separate approval so maybe 5 or 6 approvals , they might come all at once though.
But a lot quicker if all documentation is in place, and a Chinese company who knows what it’s doing (By-Health) applying . !
I see it gives a time of between 2 and 4 years for approval. Our first blue hat was supposed be submitted in February 2019 with another later that year.

I think you have to consider the practical aspects of the trials. Healthy volunteers are the first requirement, and clearly Covid will have caused much disruption. I've got no doubt that timeframes will have been revised, because they could have made much of the positive effects of Fruitflow on Covid recovery if they had been able to get Blue Hat. The Chinese government will not accept as proof trials in any other country. Suspicion of foreigner runs deep in their psyche.
I just can not get my head around the attitude of the old codger, still demanding this, that and everything despite being pretty much sold up. No manners, no morals, wishes harm on all holders' values. Easier to understand Zeus, he's a GP on this board, on others he's just finished a shift at a hospital. Another in a long list of billy liars
I think giving 3 months notice of possible fundraising tells us that they have no idea of when blue cap is coming ,and like us hoping it comes sooner rather than later .
I doubt even By-Health knows how close Blue Cap is (or isn't)
Sure they might have a rough idea on timescales but IMO that will be it.
Looking back at our own EFSA health claim application, PXS didn't know until it happened. May 2009 it was adopted and then we had to wait until December 2009 for final approval of the health claim.
IMO we, and provexis, won't know until it happens and again IMO, needing funds now doesn't necessarily mean Blue Cap is years away. BWTFDIK :-)
Do you still think "Blue Cap" is close?!
I hope shareholders will make their feelings known through proxy voting on 30 October, as the BOD have used Covid as an excuse not to face shareholders in person. Anyone who votes for the continuation of the CEO in office needs their heads examined! Could things be much worse? I detect meek acceptance but I refer to Valirx as an example of what can be done to rid a company of dead wood.
Give it a rest. Strong sell. Just fully sell up and leave. This world at the moment is bad enough without. And Zeus b"....".......
The plastic pots are a tacky, cheap mistake (temporary or not) with hard to remove tops. Blister packs are best and probably what most people prefer. Much more professional and not a pedantic point as you imply but another example of clueless management IMO.
Haha - I'm always grumpy, you should know that by now !
Plastic pots though ffs, why can't people just watch Gardeners World and admire the bloody plant pots !!
BB,
Got your grumpy head on tonight :-)
I will wait till it's announced but don't let me stop anyone else from having some fun.
ps. I think your winning so far.
Gixer
"There's no point guessing". Probably not, but investing in something like Provexis involves guessing where the company will be in whatever timescale people think of, and how that might affect the sp, which both get discussed. If everything had to have a point then there's something to be said for closing this bulletin board down.
Nothing wrong with a bit of guesswork, so long as it's clear that's all it is, and it sure as hell beats talking about the merits of plastic pots over blister packs !
