I think Spoton and the consortium want the lot here, and are discussing with major holders.
The value to them is huge.. It's like a builder who knows all the trades buying a run down massive house in a good area and extending / doing it up for nothing.. he has the know how and tools/equipment to do creating value or income.

SpotOn are supposed to be raising $166m in financing. You think they are now going to turn around and buy the whole company for less than $100m? That's about 3 months of the profit from Phase 1 development alone. a) Nobody in their right mind would accept it, b) the consortium is already getting 50%; if they want more they could fund the proposed bond instead of going to market; c) if SpotOn are not working on the bond then Linn has misled the market.

Yes , done a beermat calculaion and reckon even with warrants honoured , 7p /10 cents would work out at less than $120M. The current deal is valued at $158M and we keep 40%of the field.Not forgetting the 200 million tax write off the company retains.
