Crossing the i's and dotting the t's?
Price they raised money then was at $C.53 wich equates to 32p . Wonder what any future funds announced soon would be raised at ? Any guesses it's above 15p ?
The actual spread, based on prices showing so far, is about 3.5%.

title says it all!
Their peak in last 2 years was £1 - 75 & within last year £1 -02. So a top up needed now for those investors besides me is needed today & any price below 15p a bonus. Bring on the imminent news from Canada.
2.71m traded in the first 30 minutes. Something has stirred the honey pot.

I've been singed around the edges a few times here. In at 50p , out slightly lower , in at 25p , out considerably lower .
So back in at 11.5p this morning .
Third time lucky I'm hoping .
So far so good - but not opening the champagne quite yet .
don't be surprised to see the placing announced, especially if this gets silly and rises by 60%+...
Technically the share price has broken out of the downward pattern we were in for the last couple of weeks. A recovery back to 25 would be seen as needed to confirm this as a "false breakdown" and from there it should recover. A gold rally will fuel this like rocket fuel.

Gold help us all.
Not sure about 40p but doubling from this level is very likely on the finance news.
Well under water with this one.
GL to all.
I'd imagine when financing news is announced, the reaction in the share price will be extreme.
Currently the company is being priced like an explorer with a good prospect, not a junior miner.
We could see 40p very quickly and then depending on performance some type of modest recovery. If gold rallies this will only help.
There might be an RNS when Canada opens up today so look out for the same being released here some time around Thursday/Friday (if they remember their LSE listing that is).

There is a rumour about finance...I think this was driven down to get a good PP price...that's Canada for ya !
Closed on 13p on the TSX yesterday and on reasonable volume as well, 6.7m with heavy trading all the way up to the close so at a guess I'd say something has leaked.

More of a bet than an investment ATM....
But agree HH... Good or very bad news could drop anytime....
What a **** show of an SP drop over the last 18 months.....
Pure Management .....Nil ...points.....
Director sells are always a precursor....even if it was a while back.....the painting was on the wall back then....
Morning.
Yup, I get ya, the timing here is hard to ignore, as is being 1/18th of the ATH at 10p - I've no idea what happens next but you can't ignore it at 10p IMO.
We all know that the geology here should be great and that at some point in the future this should be a profitable mine for somebody, we also know that for the time being the management have screwed up and got us in a mess such that we need a lot more cash just to survive.
We have very wealthy backers who could easily loan us more money. If we were still on "good" terms with these backers we'd have secured the loan already and announced it rather than announce our desperate financial plight. If we'd outright fallen out with them such that they'd told us to "take a hike" I can't see us announcing our financial plight, and thereby trashing our SP, at a time we'd need to try and secure some sort of alternative fundraising our placement.
For what it is worth I'm guessing that our major backers are angry , but not so angry to have walked. That they truly want their pound of flesh to bail us out again. That some sort of deal has already been struck and that the current games are about intentionally lowering our mkt cap enough for them to step in and gain a pre-agreed percentage of the company for the $50m needed.
All just guess work but we'll see what is announced over the next week or two... this remains a very interesting but very risky play at current prices.
It is tempting on price bounce ....potential but on fundamentals its dropped for a reason...
The pay dirt is crap...and from £54m market cap still a long way to drop if there is not light at the end of the tunnel
Good grades needed.... otherwise ..... what do PURE have......
Its a business and with increased pay dirt processing costs it needs to be profitable and worthwhile....
Still sitting on the fence but very tempted....
But still down over 70% on the month.
Place your bets...
maybe the problem was on the "due dilligence" for whatever reason? I did ok here two years ago but sold out when I saw imo a rather bloated market cap just prior to gold pour.....but to be fair I would have bought back in lower....and luckily for me for once....when the market cap became a buy......the negative story emerged.... i feel for those in deep water here....it's painful....I've been in 20 + total busts...for £100,000s +...............but what the heck....may just buy in with a pure gamble on Tuesday?......but maybe not.....I feel skulldugery is at play here....just gut feeling....probably wrong!
I am still scratching my head over these poor head grades. I do remember last November talk about outside company building ramp at 2 instead of 5 deg, angle. Have they ended up in the wrong ore body and need time to get back on track I wonder sometimes?? In the end of the day, the previous owners mined here for decades at average 9.7g/t!
Good question. It costs nothing to file lawsuit but it would take shed load of money to prove company's wrongdoing so I presume the whole thing will end just where it started.
Does anybody know who is behind the class action lawsuit? It seems to have come out of the blue with very little support from PIs on this or the Canadian boards. I feel something sinister is at play i.e. is someone deliberately trying to scupper the chances of raising funds by throwing this spanner in the works? Certainly it makes it more difficult to raise funds with a lawsuit hanging over the company.
Maybe. I presume very few bought below 22p, it would make sense to issue small 2-months fund extension at say 25p and use spare funds to buy on the market and put pressure on shorts for a few days. This small loan could double in value in a week.
Very strange tweet from Pure Gold saying they are working hard & happy Easter? Surely if they were going under & a colleague said let’s do a pic for twitter you would give them the finger ? This could be a fantastic buy at 10 to 11p if things turn around or is it wishful thinking on my part GLA
