Or they're (we're) screwed.
Man I'm glad I diversify my miners.
Fair enough.
Either way 30 days from the 28th March is the 27th April.
So unless they want to cut it real close, they will have a deal announced on Tuesday that they vigorously worked on over the Easter weekend.
Some past investors can still gain better access as they know then better, nothing untoward about the contact.
I saw that post on the other discussion board. Not sure I trust that he spoke with the CFO.
Rumor finance news next week....maybe.
... late yesterday on the Canadian exchange. 967k at 0.16 cents ($154,720) or thereabouts. Provided a level of support over there. Just wondering if we have finally found a base here around the 10p mark?
Plenty of us fell for it averaged down to 55p from a quid making myself it’s my second largest holding behind synairgen. Been a painful year thankfully had a few wins aswell but definitely down.
I like many others have been fooled by these clowns, I thought my average of 90p was ok at the time & was tempted to buy more but thankfully I didn’t, you always have one share you learn by & Borat could run a company better. I won’t be selling as it’s pointless so hopefully this can/will turn around in time ? How many Gold companies go out of business when gold is flying? Pure Gold could be the one unfortunately.
FWIW - I suspect we're pretty close to whatever comes next.
You can now buy 200k of Merx at 10.6 lol huge amount of shares available which means there is a massive dilutive placing coming known by the market makers and forward sold “strategic investors” I.e placing strategy in the know
Yes, only looked at dealing prices once in the afternoon,
and could neither buy or sell much of Pure, as in <1000 shares.
Silence from management is indeed killing the price,
shame they didn't do that wrt equity raise in the last RNS !
I sold 20,000 a week or so ago, and will happily buy them back,
but only once I know Pure have secured their near/medium term future.
I do expect others are thinking exactly the same.
Misspoke - 11.50p was NT for a good while there.
No volume but they wouldn't let you buy at 11s for very long - who knows what happens next.
There's no volume. When there's no volume, clearly no one knows which way this will go.
I'd suspect an announcement regarding finance to get this going like a rocket back up to 50p.
The silence is what's killing this share.
Market cap now around value of the cash they said they need to raise to keep going, this is getting ridiculous. How much can this go down ? There are some big investors with stakes including Eric Sprott but the silence is deafening, whats going on I would not see these type of people just walking off. They were producing gold before this happened so there must be some value in the assets
Had more life than this mine. Suspect they have all stopped working though taking the wages. This could prove to be the scandal of the century. Must be negotiting on how best to hand over this worthless enterprise. A suggestion. Seek a winding up order and get out of jail that way
And the brainfart of the year award goes to drum roll. ...Pure 'comedy' gold.
I am loaded :)
Strong move on PoG, got the feeling this time when above $2000 , it will stay there.
$87m*
$4.9B of gold indicated and inferred and the market cap is now $67m.
I agree. There is no bottom in the share price until finance is sorted.
Then the only thing that will save it will be a higher gold price and good gold recovery after that.
Until they sort out the finance there is no bull case. Once that is done, and the new management team show progress at running the mine at anything like the last management team suggested, then it will recover.
I feel the previous directors, and some of those still in place, need prosecuting for gross mismanagement and probably deceiving the market with demonstrably bullcarp projections and forecasts.
Chart is suggesting could see a bounce from 10p back to 30p. The chat here seems rather grim though looks like shareholders could get wiped out .Anyone have a bull case for PUR from this point forward?
Understood but money>legal obligations in the stock market mate unfortunately.
“Obviously the delay in dropping the RNS over here just adds to the stench but that's on the money guys, not necessarily the company itself.“
Really. I would have put that feck up on whoever it is that’s responsible for advising the company of its legal obligations. This is not the first time this has happened but it is the first time where there’s been financial repercussions.
