Thanks Toneman ... do you mean the fact that 80%+ of shares are owned by 1 company?
lownat, check out the share structure of this company first before you make your investment decision. Make sure you're happy with that.
Thanks Skins4 - having read a bit more about pps today, I tend to agree this is going places!
Personally I have so far successfullly.. bought my first ones for mere pence..to my recent tranche wich are already well in profit..personally I just top slice usually once a year and keep building up my overall investment..They are in prime position at the very start of this green tech roll out...and I think company’s the quality of SHELL Using us says it all..very very exciting..GL
Thanks Skins4 .... I am now wondering if I should purchase more ...?
Well done you..and welcome to the happy bus here..The futures bright..the futures GREEN
Oh thanks Raj ... I hadn’t even thought of the discount scheme
Definitely go out for dinner - and make sure you get your Eat Out to Help discount!
Nice to get surprises like this.
Just popped into a little share dealing account I call affectionately “my dead dogs account” where I have shares i bought when I was new to trading ... Aim / Small caps, small stakes, many companies didn’t make it or had all sorts of refinancing shenanigans which rendered a fair few of my shares worthless (I have since learnt lots and doing much better and bigger on the stock market with another account) ... anyway, in October 2013 I had the good sense of buying 9500 PPS at 7.65p .... so I have just had a nice surprise indeed! Thinking of taking my husband out to dinner to celebrate ??
Over 1,000 shell stations in U.K. alone this is not counting Europe. The future looks bright for PPS
What a fabulous start for proton..getting involved with SHELL..I seem to recall something similar happening to ITM recently...onwards and upwards ..
Example see dcta for the last 5 rns. Contracts, collabs, testing, testing, testing products that increase every available measure by up to 250% yet as a holder it is painful to be in this current market when it is CASH on the table or the bottom line which seems to make it move.
This is fantastic news and it will be bought in to by the herd but once 10-20% gets hit then unless backed up with further quick rns will do as its done and proven, slide back on the major shareholder taking his cash out.
Enjoy the week, it should rise, but lets see how many shares get sold by the family too. Surely with Shell being involved they would hold for the big order ???
Have fun.
Tradegate showing 2p up this morning
Great monday morning RNS first order from Shell for refueler on test track for truck, massive potential.
I have no doubts about this company whatsoever achieving its goal of being a leading force in the hydrogen fuel cell story that’s just now in its infancy.I presume having the capacity to take on these mega orders will take time..but they are getting there and the rest of the world and Europe are their oysters. The story just gets better and better..and to cap it all I recently Top sliced..and now bought another tranche of shares at bargain prices..onwards and upwards...good luck all
or is the whole sector overbought and are correcting ?
Looks like the Family are in action again batches of 20,000 sells
What for enough shares to fill the pot, buy more wait for the uplift to 80

It happened last year, it happens this year, and if you look at the June 2020 Loan Extensions RNS, this may not be the last time:
"The loan facility with SFN has therefore been increased to €20.2 million and the loan facility with Mr. Falih Nahab has been increased to €44.7 million. [...] The maturity of these loans outstanding with a total value, including interest, of €80.8 million is extended to by 12 months to 31 December 2021."
80.8 loans incl. interest
-44.7 loan facility Mr. Nahab
-20.2 loan facility SFN
-0.80 interest (40.000.000 shares)
-0.40 interest (20.000.000 shares)
=====
=14.7 million GBP.
The new, higher conversation rate of 48p is only applied to the interest of the new facilities. I do not know, how much of the 14.7 million are convertabe interest, but in worst case, this may be up to 735.000.000 additional shares @ 0.02
To be honest anyone who deals in shares has a greedy nature, we are however, all at different levels of greed, we all want a “gain” for little input, in truth we really only ever get out of life what we put in, IMO... every dog has his day, one way or another :) GL
Damn right. Legend.
I knew someone who played games like this. He was very wealthy. All credit to him he was interested in growing the size of the business, because that was also to his benefit. But he didn't give a damn about regular shareholders, just siphoned money from them at every opportunity.
Toneman
We are in the wrong game, the bloke is a legend :))
So have I got this right?
Mr. Nahab could sell 10m shares at 80p. Lend the 8m GBP to PPS at 10% interest. After a year, receive 800k interest in 2p shares resulting in 40m new shares, which on the open market is actually worth 32m GBP. Then sell 10m shares to us at 80p. Lend the 8m GBP to PPS at 10% interest. After a year, receive 800k interest in 2p shares resulting in 40m new shares, which on the open market is actually worth 32m GBP. Then sell 10m shares to us at 80p...rinse and repeat.
Certainly seems like a good way to grow your personal wealth by 24m a year. And PPS still owe you the original loan funds.
Nice work if you can get it.
Nahab could have, and probably should have, added this to the RNS,
' the amount re-invested in the business will again bear 10% interest. Also following this conversion of loan interest to shares at 2p each, I have a further 300M shares to convert. '
