Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Tomorrow they announce the preliminary results
Not sure what you all think but they haven’t made much money in a year and things are still not looking fabulous.... I can this share going back down (maybe not 50p but 80p definitely)
I agree with all you say bullbear regarding the experience of cinema / art galleries... etc vs watching at home but the concern here is the longer we have the fear of life (or death for that matter) stuffed in our brains day in day out for a virus which doesn’t even kill 25% of what the flu/ pneumonia kill every year then I fear the changes in our psyche will make people shy away from other fellow human beings and stay safe at home watching Netflix, eating take aways and drinking supermarket bought booze ....
???
Would you care to elaborate
JBaumber .... I have it too! What a coincidence .... and I hope they never find a cure
Learning
A couple of questions to ask yourself ...
How has mankind made it so far without the use of masks?
Why do you think we have an immune system?
Slaine202 ... very true indeed but lots of people are currently more concerned about « re-writing history » than learning from it ... very perilous Indeed
Jim - with respect I disagree with your view that « Whether the rules are good or bad is not the issue, just follow them » .... the WHO told the world in May that masks are not effective, then in July (when COVID cases in U.K. were very low) our government decide to impose them..... sorry but I don’t tend to like following rules for following rules’ sake when the rationale is not sound. Currently COVID is killing less people than the flu (check ONS stats) and we are not hearing of that (let alone the tens of thousands dying of undetected or untreated diseases).
I keep reading about difficulties in getting shares on this and other boards ... baffles me as I have never had that problem... just bought more cine this morning (big chunk) and got quotes no problem ...
You explain it so much better than me TraderTzes
If you believe it’s going up then yes .... your average might go up but more shares at a higher price means more profit if the shares go up ...
Still a number of us here from way back in the good old days of mr Meerkat.... this share has been a tough one to stay positive about. Sold a good chunk of my holding a couple of weeks ago to buy CINE .... good decision as it turns out and wonder if I should sell the rest ... maybe time to cut my losses
What a day
Great debate on this board and looking fwd to tomorrow
I really hope so RS
It was absolutely not the point of my comment RS - and I am sorry if you took it that I was discrediting your numbers, I was merely saying tongue in cheek (and because we are currently bombarded with big/sensationalised numbers of all sorts depending on the objective of the message) that these numbers only show one side of the story.
Again my full apologies- you are absolutely right, these numbers are 100% correct.
Agree with all 3 of you in principle but mindful of the carnage they are inflicting on the travel industry with their ad hoc quarantine announced at the last minute .... all this because >20 people per 100,000 or >0.02% of the population are testing positive for the virus in some countries (of course, more testing = more finding) .... I don’t see a rationale in that and wonder if the actually do care about the economy they have already damaged seriously....
Totally agree this could easily go to £1 as it was in May so I will keep my shares for now. My concern is if our government suddenly decides to reinstate a lock down .... what do you guys think of the likelihood of it happening?
Not saying your numbers are not correct or that you manipulated anything .... just saying it’s one way to look at the numbers ... another one could be to compare August 2020 to August 2019.
Statistics hey! 10,000% sounds amazing but would have been based on a very low number ....
not deramping btw as I am heavily in cine but just saying, you can make numbers tell any story.
