Was this all about
- The Company has obtained advanced assurance from His Majesty's Revenue & Customs (HMRC) to confirm £2.5m ($3.1m) of Enterprise Investment Scheme availability
They obviously didnt qualify has they are having to raise the extra in the Fund raise.
Would appear the company and Vonjako have mislead investors in the strategic review.
Around a Billion shares are set to be issued.
What's thoughts slick?
Re the hmrc funding ... my take is that earmarked and secure and obviously on top of the placing funds
Jacobjohn7 the HMRC EIS is not direct funding from the government,
It just allows VC capital to invest ( Tax Relief) in POLX @1p
Confused. What happens next. If existing shareholders want to take part, what do they need to do? Will they be contacted through their platform? How quickly do they need to act? Sorry, couldn’t make head nor tail of the RNS.
Yeah you will receive notifications in your relevant share platform. And you will state how many you would want
What we do have is a really positive period from the company and the certainty the company has operating funds to now expand with the background interest and building commercial side and already above expectations for revenue in 2024. I hope they timed it for another rns deal tomorrow. I'm in for a penny that is the only benefit here.
Maybe in for a 1p but what is your average holding price after the dilution.
There will be 1.2Billion shares in issue against 200 Million. A 5X increase, what a killer.
CEO appointed 11 months ago when the share price was 27p.
He has known all along of the need to raise fresh capital and only now issues shares at 1p a 73%discount to the current price. In CVJ we trust. Yeah right. Next capital raise at 0.1p in 18 months time?
JJ7.
I'll be looking to buy some more through HL tomorrow, feeling a little bit disheartened to be honest, might as well go all in!
Would I have to pay for the discounted share straight away, still over a week still payday!
Only I seem to remember last time they didn't take the money straight away.
Thanks in advance
JH something wrong with ur maths skills..
It will be a separate transaction you'll have a while. Yeah it's difficult time and bit disheartening. But we now know a few positive things including survival to grow.
If you buy on the market tomorrow that will be irrelevant to getting some at 1p in the placing. I shoikf imagine we will have weeks rather than days before any money taken . Think you'll have to show money in account to fund the request. Then you'll find out what yoi got... I'm not sure they'll issue as many as subscribed for... ? I.e. more than £2m open offer for shareholders
Couldn’t agree more.. worst case scenario in terms of funding.. if they manage to get £5m in revenue this year, so will recover and we will hit at least 5p from the all time low we are about to see..
The company always had to raise but at least now they have the cash to push sales until Q1 26 otherwise they would have had nothing.
I will hold my hand up and say that 1p came as a surprise even if someone on Advfn was calling it. But there are a lot of permabear trolls around whom I prefer to ignore.
I will fully subscribe and check back in a year. It’s only an odd lot in my total.
JH , 216 million + 786million = 1,002,000,000 approx shares will be in issue.
Worse than that. 786m + 200m + existing 216m = 1,202m @ 1p that's a market cap of £12m - probably still way overvalued.
Not as bad as ur inability to read…
You're in dream world. Fresh money will want a huge discount as has been proven at 1p. Fantasy to think some mug is going to pump in £m's at current share price. Literally idiotic.
You're not understanding the term "fresh money" - it refers to those that will fund the business directly with cash.
Bigslick7 Punters will be able to buy close to 1p in the market over the next few days.
I think it'll be going below 1p probably tomorrow.
