Just watched the talk from Liz Truss, talking about tax cuts, and that taxes are not government money, it's right that people spend their own money, when people have less, they feel smaller...
Can someone please explain to me how this translates with Sanctions, when you treat investors savings like an ATM machine???
I seriously hope someone takes a legal stand for all and every person affected by these financial war games...
What date was the relevant tweet posted on twitter?
I can't find anything that is current on this guys twitter relating to POG, any advice?
Just a quick tip for my petro poly n evraz comrades

Obviously, I have written to Panorama, and I may submit again if I don't hear within 6 weeks...
I am writing one more letter to FO, then I am considering getting a paper article done as essentially, I can hand out a copy in court, bit like show and tell!!!...What papers other than Daily Mirror are not pro tory???
I see five recommendations for the suggestion to write to panorama. How many have done so. I have -any more?
So interesting to see the BOE bail out pension plans, so glad they thought of us when POG fell under Sanction...
Who else is getting their pension protected??? You guessed it, Ukraine military/people...so why we lose our savings and face rising costs from Sanction, according to yesterday's white house conference the aid package is paying their wages and pensions. I don't know if UK is contributing, but these were unilateral Sanctions, so I would guess some money might be heading that way.
So I noticed in Polymetal's results from 22nd since the decree they could not dispose of their Russian mines due to being owned by 'unfriendly' jurisdiction (UK). So how come POG's sale has purportedly completed, how has that been swept under the rug???
I noticed Kier Starmer is a human rights lawyer, worthwhile dropping him a letter regarding property rights? and how the UK gov has sold us down the river on a whim of fancy...
i think you are right, learn from the left. they turn up and protest/ we should form a delegation and deliver a letter to the pm at downing street. it happens all the time
I feel we never get anything doing legal fight. Instead we should group together to meet and raise our concerns to UK chancellor & shadow chancellor and ask for compensation for UK investor who lost they money due to Russian Sanction.
I'm as honest all day long just as you are a liar by that same metric. Your post makes no sense at all. I mean WTF does this mean " those who are talking/trying to counter the corrupt govt- not you Law ". Who are you talking about and where are their efforts?
no more time waste showing up your endlessly repeated lies. Since noone else on here bothers, most comment is a waste of effort. you should be kicked off here too.
Plaudits to those who are talking/trying to counter the corrupt govt- not you Law your literary talents are a big negative - even if a lost cause. Putin`s decree still the ONLY hope, even if hard to quantify exactly how much.
Yes, I agree. it might be worth copying in the Auditors. they might like to add some comments / fill in some gaps on these matters and might be able to point you to a good legal team. Good luck
Last few days had me very down I might put something together and send to panorama , trouble is I despise the BBC . but......... with their lefty hatred of the Tories they may like to use the story as they can attack them politically
Send your take of the story here: panorama.reply@bbc.co.uk
They get a lot of enquiries, if a few people write in hopefully we can get them to investigate; and they might essentially help get to the truth out of this smoke and mirror cover up.
Lawrence<< I was planning on emailing my MP next week as they haven't replied to my comp letter, and the idea of waiting 6 months for ombudsman is going to drive me bananas. My suggestion is we try and get several MP's to organise a meeting over 'unintended consequences' and to organise a judiciary review like on the BBC Panorama??? Is it worth contacting some reporters and opposition parties to try and get some accountability.
The only two slim chances of anything, and that's really slim are suing opusfor misconduct and the government compensating for their actions s which created in the words of minister Graham Stuart "unintended circumstances". Howver both are dead ducks as no obe gives a ****. The only time I've voted in the last ten years wasn't for Labour, liberal, Green or Conservative. They are all traitors to decent honest hard working people who they see a mugs and only fit for financing their pet protjects
You are a fffing idiot Rbrand , do you really believe that Strukov a mate of Akimov with both instrumental in shutting up Pavel by fake charges that will soon be dropped, get nothing out of this 300m sale. Strukov with all his refractory gold he needs processing will just give up his 200m investment without getting something out of this then you RBrand are a bigger see you next Tuesday than I took you for
The truth is the Russians and akimov and strukov in particular set out to gain from POG in the summer of 2020 they put the brake on production to lower the share price and then like manna from heaven the invasion, sanctions and a complicit BoD gave POG to the Russians. The role of Opus I believe was to rubber stamp the thing as fast as possible . We know POG now sanction free is worth $ 2 billion but not for the share holders . We have been ****ed over totally. I feel sick and ashamed I never got out earlier. I've also had three responses from the relevant cabinet ministers and all of them couldn't give a **** and you bet your bottom dollar that not one sitting MP or cabinet minister has lost a penny to sanctions. bad bad times .
Can't say too much as its already got me kicked out of the telegram groups. But it wasn't good , in fact I've been depressed all day over things.
I flagged up the takeover panel monitoring to OPUS, but this was post sale, I've had no feedback or explanation other than the general RNS. We could really do with a shareholder bringing legal representation and judiciary enquiry.
Does anyone remember the events regarding a senior stakeholder who called for an investigation into the business valuation of this company in effect questioning the valuation of this business and wanting the facts looking into to explain where the potential under valuations were? I`m wondering if any of this has been flagged up since and if so, what explainations have been given ??
Lawrence<< How did you get on at court? Any news?
rbrand<< Just to check my facts, so you believe the asset buyer has no connection whatsoever to main shareholder? Even if that were the case, the transfer of the debt, whilst still under waiver from Gazprom was an act against shareholder interest, since it created conditions for the administration and a rushed firesale.
