Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
I believe that the high initial mortality rates along with the speed of infection spread were the key factors effecting people's decision to take up the vaccination. It was hyped up by certain groups to create a media circus at times, but generally I think the whole thing was quite well handled.
Much depends on the US trade position over the coming year or so. Two big issues I think will decide things. 1.. is the US debt position. and 2nd is the extent to which Mr Bidman is allowed to push ahead with his schedule of business .. assuming that is, Mr Putin doesn't spook the world into a deeper conflict
Lawrence, I agree w
ith most of what you have said. So, non-of my comments are directed at your position. I absolutely agree that this business should never have been shunted through
Administration. leaving investors such as ourselves seemingly unable to challenge the main concerns. Even the auditors were left `out of pocket`.
I guess one of the main bones of contention, is what could be done about Putin. Maybe a letter to Mr Rushdey, the Prime minister. A Panorama type program should investigate these matters, possibly. Looking into the rules governing these matters, and the position regarding bondholder claims, might be a good starting point.
this whole discussion seems to have gone berserk...
A few points...
Firstly, I agree the need to refer these matters to MPs to reassess the process whereby,
bona fide investors/shareholders are basically excluded from the process of settlement, where a business is pushed into administration, with little or no prospect of being heard and
having a fair hearing. Instead, you seem to end up with an unsatisfactory procedure which offers the bondholders a claim on all there `losses`, often rushed through to get things done quickly, and effectively bypassing the serious and reasonable requests of investors to have their concerns properly investigated.
It would probably be better to use the cash to pay down more of the debt... Get that weight off the books...
Two points to mention. firstly. the recent rail strikes, and secondly. recent upshots in interest rates
My suggestion is that a 'commons select committee' should be tasked with looking into these matters and given a remit to check out whether shareholders SHOULD BE JUST EXCLUDED/frozen out... from being compensated for losses in such cases. Or can they recommend a fairer way of dealing with such cases.
I`m not sure I understand which corporate action you're referring to. Is it Lawrences group? If so, I'd like to know more about it.. and how to join it.
How do shareholders join any of these groups?
Any of these groups getting places regarding the shareholder's actions.
hi finders...
Just wondering if you`ve been in contact with Lawrence recently? If so, can you give me a contact email address for him?
Thanks, in advance. best wishes.. wilfred
this might well be true in order to show that the anti-inflation measures are working. Hopefully those `in charge of the levers` won`t wait too long before applying the breaks. A return to more normal conditions is what would boost confidence, i believe.
Yes, I agree. it might be worth copying in the Auditors. they might like to add some comments / fill in some gaps on these matters and might be able to point you to a good legal team. Good luck
Does anyone remember the events regarding a senior stakeholder who called for an investigation into the business valuation of this company in effect questioning the valuation of this business and wanting the facts looking into to explain where the potential under valuations were? I`m wondering if any of this has been flagged up since and if so, what explainations have been given ??
You might well ask Lawrence.
It reminds me a bit of the great ATN debacle back in summer 2001, when the company spoke of promising outlook, then less than 3 month latter, declared itself `bust`, to the just prior tp t5he mne of circa £400,000
This has got to be one to hold for the patient investor, so I`ll wish all investors a happy new year, and lets hope we see some progress next year
Just need Mr Johnson to rattle his sabre to turn the tide on the leftist morons, and maybe have a token bet on the direction of travel..and who knows ..it might well be a trump card for a brighter 2022 ..lets hope so
