all the best (oops :)
Are they "is as reported, pushing for an equity raise"...........?
With such a, record breaking short, they will pressure the BOD in order to close............!
All the best (squeeze is on ..........no deigning that :)
They are doing more than hedging a bet. If they are, is as reported, pushing for an equity raise, they are manipulating their position to other shareholders disadvantage. I doubt this in of itself is illegal but not declaring their position is. I would say its acting on inside info but no doubt FCA would defer. Anyway I agree that now its in the open it gives other market participants and the press a good opportunity to make them sweat.
They haven't declared the short...... big as it is........!
monumental infact........ :()
But that's it (no FCA needed), what they (ARCM) are doing is hedging a bet (debt)............!
Has it got out of hand..........? someone will swing for sure if so......... :)
All the best (be a squeeze on Mon IMO :)
Zama sale will be key. Never thought this asset was properly priced in. If TD can get a decent price then the revenue will allow PMO to finally get debt down to a level that is manageable. It will also mean the next round of refinancing will be on their terms.
Its not pmos responsibility to disclose it. Its the guy taking the position and regulators to enforce it.
There is no word of interest in FD. So going it alone is an option even after refi, tolmount FG? Just wondering if thats an option.
All this shorting just means I will not be selling any time soon. Let’s hope everyone else thinks the same.
