Any upside in SURE share price and increased market cap in continuing market difficult trading environment will increase PIRI's holding valuation ,possibly leading to some upside in PIRI's share price.
After the latest bubble burst what direction will PIRI take in order to deliver up that promised shareholder value improvement ? Perhaps further secondary offerings, the aborted takeover must have cost PIRI a few bob in Corporate fees perhaps ? Unless we start to see some substantial improvement in Investee performance, and a rise in SURE's share price PIRI will tread water for now but not unless a "white knight" is out there.
Read this obvious share like a three ring circus tragedy. The current position comes as no surprise. All those secondary offerings have come to nothing but broken promises and dreams shattered and shareholder value evaporated. Hey Ho. Never in my wildest dreams was PIRI ever going to be the "next big investors riches dream".
i was actually banking on the takeover... i have no idea if #PIRI bounces back or captures the 'value' #TERN put on it... it was #TERN shares I was after so now have to see how the BoD react, considering they were willing to sell.
Thank you katstrangler.
Your comments are extremely helpful.
big oooops
where now for piri???
wouldn't ever listen to any coments by Akers... they're totally self-serving. as for the rest of the #PIRI holders, i'm beginning to wonder if there actually are any... probably all Akers in various guises!. : )
ooops
Tern deal not going through
If any Piri holders have voted yes then please give this a tick up. I thought this to be a very important decision yet it has prompted hardly any discussion by Piri holders. No Piri holders on any boards. The vote seems to have been met by total apathy from piri holders. Good luck to Piri holders. It does appear the price was set at a realistic level as no other company has offered more than the 8p bid put forward by| Tern. Does make Chris Ackers believing it to be undervalued as being wide of the mark unless a white knight comes in at the eleventh hour.
at 0.516 it should match #TERNs sp by just over half. plus, if deal falls through, then TERN's valuation would casue a rise and, if the deal goes through, TERN rises, making PIRI shares worth more than currently price. seems like a 20% discount to TERNs current sp.
Sounds like someone exited with *real* cash leaving Pires investors with dross.

A good update. Should be onwards and upwards from here!
:-)
PIRI has had a phenomenal journey and it has been child's play predicting where PIRI would end up. With too many cash calls with shareholders pumping more and more funds into outfits that have shown no tangible shareholder value upside. It comes as no surprise to see PIRI in this situation. It is clear that many previous substantial shareholdings are bailing locking in lost ground. Take heed of the Corporate message here and perhaps follow the phenomenon that is PIRI which appeared to be well and truly over valued at times in my opinion.
