Whether teeling stepped down from clon is irellevent.pet have 30% of tano2 .Tano2 will be ratified as both parties want progress. When ratified pets sp will rise on the back of it and teeling and finn will have a lot more shares in their drawer to benefit from that rise in sp.
maybe that why they only did a very small placing? :-)
Pet has 30% of ghana .whatever clon is connected to that could effect pet is important.
theres warrants at 1.8 as well in that placing
teeling stepped down from clon
What has pet got to do with Australia, come to think of it what has pet got to do with anything!!
News incoming on Ghana hence why teeling and finn have been loading up over the last 12 months .placing away today suggests the plan is playing out.Announce ghana and then raise at higher prices and yhenthe australian asset kicks un .the sasanof well was all about the data .
haha if any good news was coming there wouldnt of been a discount placing
Hi Everyone, I am new here, I took £50k in the placing, seems like a decent entry point, I am not a flipper and lookign forward to wacthing progress here
Classic pump!
that was obvious
Have a few in case Tano block gets ratified. Always a chance of something happening in Iraq too I suppose. I suppose if one is skeptical, perhaps don't risk owning any? I'm always skeptical but still take the chance.GLA.
Haven’t you sussed it yet that this is no more than a pump and dump share encouraged and managed by this discredited BOD. Once we have the pump the dump follows quickly afterwards. They have been getting away with this for the past twenty five years, they are nothing short of a disgrace.
Beginning to stir ...............again. GLAVLTH
Petrel calls for Reform of Iraqi Oil Contracts
27th September 2022 in Iraq Oil & Gas News, Politics
By John Lee.
Petrel Resources has said that Iraq's Ministry of Oil should negotiate Production Sharing Agreements to replace the existing service contracts, as, "this would better align the interests of the parties, and create more wealth, value-added in downstream industries like refined products and petrochemicals, infrastructure and employment for Iraq."
In its unaudited interim statement for the six months ended 30 June 2022, the company mentions that an updated development proposal for the Merjan oil field has been submitted to the Ministry, but adds that it "requires an operating Iraqi Government in order to proceed".
It adds that its Iraqi Director, Riadh Ani, has resigned in order to enter public service.
More here.
The company claims to have an interest in Iraq's Block 6 in the Western Desert, subject to ratification.

Yeah, I don't blame yu for having that outlook. I'm betting on this being a "Peter & the Wolf" story over on Clon.... I wish you all good luck :)
The same old B/S as per usual, waiting since 2002 for western dessert ratification and over a decade for ratification in Ghana what on earth does this company do all day other than sit on their hands and keep their fingers crossed, it truly is the joke of the stock market run by a BOD of jokers. Don’t they know that after all this time nothing is going to be ratified or maybe they do and this is the game they play.
Yep I've kept an eye on Ghana developments. But the company has failed to produce anything for so long I doubt it'll take advantage. And the interims are now hinting that it may be unable to continue as a going concern.
I wouldn't be surprised if they folded this completely.
An RTO is the best we can hope for IMO
Have you peeps seen this from 7th Sept.? seems to give this RNS some weight to me :)

Simply awful.
This 'company' has never produced anything. And is never likely to.
You may as well flush your cash down the toilet if you're thinking of investing here.

So true echo. The directors bought more for a reason - I look to that as being reason to expect something sooner or later.
