Seeing as this company has been around only a year less than myself ..... I was wondering if it has ever paid any dividends to its shareholders in its 64 year history? Does anybody know ?
Looks like they got their £ and € mixed up
Thanks for that profs . A good (long!) read but I fear it will be my kids that will be seeing any profit from this company not me !!

A few cases going through court. From reading comments on twitter the poles are not too happy, they will have to foot the bill. Many also think judgement will be in favour of the company. As do i.
11 months in already - so autumn 22 settlement?
That's what I was thinking. A case this big won't be settled in a couple of weeks or months, but will drag on for years.
The claim is being handled by LCM who have a 96% case success rate. Of note, the average duration of their legal process is 27 months. GLA
· The Company is well funded to pursue the Claim with the US$12.3 million Litigation Funding Agreement (LFA) in place which is currently being drawn down to cover legal, tribunal and external expert costs and defined operating expenses associated with the Claim.
And they are fully funded for the claim.
800m that will take the SP from this level to over £3. It just matter of time
Current market cap only £40m and Claim filed for £800M. Could see 50p today IMO??
At last some news - claim equivalent to £3.5 per share.
If this goes the full distance it could take many years. For example the claim by Churchill Mining against Indonesia took (by my calculation) about six years (and was ultimately unsucessful).
Here various notices were served on Poland in September 2020. We expect that Polands lawyers will look at the case and advise their Ministers on the likley outcome. This will determine if they fight the case or negotiate a settlement. Possibly the next stage is for the lawyers for both sides to broker a compromise and avoid a long winded legal process. If no compromise is possible we can expect Prairie's lawyers to formerly file a claim somewhere (e.g. International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (“ICSID”) in Washington D.C.).
Excellent, at least interest is being shown, and it is filtering through. Have you got any clue asto how long the arbitration with the polish government is likely to take? That could produce a massive windfall.
Higher trading volme in Australia today: 1 million shares. Yesterday was 800,000 shares, 5 Jan: 460,000 shares.
What's brought the comparative avalanche of trades today?

China is suffering mass power cuts in the south, prompting cities to dim street lights, suspend factory production and tell office blocks to turn off heating unless the temperature falls below 3C.
The electricity crisis appears to have been prompted by a shortage of coal after Beijing banned imports from Australia. China imposed trade bans against Australia after Canberra demanded an inquiry into the origins of coronavirus and criticised Beijing’s treatment of the people of Hong Kong.
Cheers for that 99 :-)
