Yeah we need to punch through that 7 resistance. We've been trying for ages to break through...
How does the sell side look?
Hmm, 7p gone with 40k of buys, now max buy 35k shares at 7.5p despite all 5 MM's being at 7.5p... something stirring?
Level 2 looks the best I've seen it here - 3 MMs on the bid, just 1 left on the 7p offer. Should move up soon.
Copy that Shear, I looked earlier & could only buy a fivers worth!
NT any amount of share at present (even 500), could get interesting if we can break out given the auction is now ongoing...
Whatever whatever ⏳️
If they were going to settle i think this would have been done weeks ago not at the last min.
Personally i hope it goes all the way. We an close out prior to the judgement for a great profit and let some ride for super returns
Given the prior conduct of the GoR over multiple years, I believe (it's only an opinion though) that they view Panthera as an annoyance to be ignored. I really think that they will only pay attention when they are summoned to court.
That being said, an imminent, amicable settlement wouldn't be a bad option to allow the Indian/mining side to de-risk and for all parties to move on.
Hi All But will the bidders be put off by the fact that there is an impending fully funded ICSID case against the GOI re Bhukia. If so, would it not tempt to the GOI to go for a 'small' prior settlement ?
Mining company concluded??? 🤷♂️

I wonder if it’s just the agreed timeline of events to avoid (ahem) any corruption?
What's Model Code of Conduct?
The MCC serves as a set of conventions unanimously agreed upon by all stakeholders involved in the electoral process. Its primary objective is to ensure that campaigns, polling, and counting proceed in an orderly, transparent, and peaceful manner. Additionally, it serves as a mechanism to curb any misuse of state machinery and financial resources by the ruling party. Notably, the MCC does not possess any statutory backing but has been upheld by the Supre ..
Point 13… what do we think MCC is? Model code of conduct??
If obvious please ‘scuse my ignorance…
Nice find PK - thanks
What is MCC mentioned in stage 13?
Thank you.
Seems long process to conclude it formally. Not surprised. Hopefully we just initiate next step soon!
Might as well get the process underway :)
@pk 👌👍👍
Might be waiting a bit longer for news, but this confirms auction is going ahead starting today…

2 auctions this week bhukia tomorrow & another day after
For some reason i thought it was friday.
It will be interesting if they release the result :). No idea how it actually will work due to the cost of seeing the docs
Don't forget, I think the auction is tomorrow?
If anyone sees the results please share :)
Personally i think the GOI might take time to release the result - not the most efficient i imagine.
Also not sure this event is really directly linked to claim as per earlier comments so not sure we would get an RNS.
Our claim calculation is the important thing, at best this might be a data point. Not sure it drives the next stage for us.
Who knows
As Rajasthan and Delhi are GMT+5:30, looks like it will conclude mid-morning. Lunchtime RNS?
Not sure TBH
Personally i dont think it will be that relevant.
It will be nice to know the value people put on it today.
But our claim is as of a past date, and anything they derive could be argued to be from selling an asset that has legal issues to a limited audience.
So while i am interested in the result, it is not really pivotal for me. I am more interested in how our historical valuation.
If our lawyers can make even a half decent case ( one that needs to be heard), we are onto a winner.
Because the probability of winning will.never be really known. But an event will occur where we have big payoff relative to 15m.
The ability to get a hearing is the key thing for me
Hey Etj...from memory it starts at 11am & finishes at either 14.00 or 16.00 same day
