I dont really want a change, it might open more false promises and delay things.
Hopefully they just keep going as planned
I would have thought good for continuity.
Says on the International News today that GOI Election result expected on 4th of June with current government expected to be elected for a third term when all the hype was saying that the opposition party would win. No idea if this is a good or bad thing for our case?
There has been an rns on or before the 9th of every month.... a pattern that suggests an RNS next week...
The reality, on the other hand, suggests 'who on earth knows'.... but i remain comfortable here.
Hopefully.
I think india is beauracratic. Multiple parties will need to agree to reach a decision and the government agencies ( like civil service) will be a constant
I can see why pat do not want to discuss anything while an auction is proceeding, we can only annoy people and there is no gain from that.
The probably does not have much impact on our case anyway, we deal with historical information and i think a 7.3m oz mine is all that is important
Hopefully the incoming administration will want a few political quick wins in the immediate afterglow of the election and the auction will be held sooner rather than later.
I am taking the view that the whole reason we are here is India is an inefficent beauracratic mess.
I am factoring in delays, bad auction process as being expected. In some ways it is comforting as this was our issue.
On that prior link for critical minerals that is a specialist sub type and i expect they have trouble getting interest ( unlike ours).

Must of missed that one..the last one I saw was it held I think a couple of Wednesdays ago and we where just waiting for formalities...bit of a shambles by the looks of things.
Nothing beyond the links previously shared:

Etj...do you have anymore info on the auction starting next week?..I thought it had finished...or is it results next week.
Thanks
The Indian election results will be announced on 4th June (Tuesday).
Auction scheduled to start later in the month.
Personally, I will be disappointed if there is no shareholder update in the next 6 weeks on this.
When the news comes in I'll make a reddit post on R/pennystocks
*If* the people there decide to buy a penny stock, it has a nice rise.
Could be weeks more.
At least the weather is good in here :)
Hopefully we do not get the AIM flop. Announce with no reaction. My god that is the killer!
Definitely tumble weed time and baited breath...Lucky L might be about right .
4.17 Billion shares in issue 🙈 not for me but I hope you do well.
PAT has 175 Million shares in issue and it has huge backing for its litigation against GoI / GoR , LCM have a 95% successful outcome and FASKEN would not bother with us unless they believe they can Win.
Now bearing in mind The Government of Rajasthan (GoR) relies on three weak arguments that have been repeatedly raised and previously rebuffed by multiple tribunals, committees and courts of India, I think I will leave my investment here as the risk vs reward is massive and on a successful outcome we are looking at anything from £1.25 to £2.50 per share
I've posted on Powerhouse energy about Panthera
I’d be more interested if you stated on the powerhouse energy board that Panthera Resources is on the way up, to be honest.
Anyone interested. Powerhouse Energy is on the Up!
Take a look. DYOR
I am going to try and switch off a bit.
This situation has so many permutations that it is so interesting to think about, but ultimately i am not sure digging gets us too far. All up to the lawyers now
Agree sit back for a while. Looks like the early settlement is out the window using current available info.
From a personal point I could do with this ticking up some what by the end of June.
I noticed it looks like 4 weeks from end of auction before first payment.
Lots of ifs & buts in that doc that Matt linked us too. I have no experience with analysing this type of auction but seemed a bit 'shabby & lacking in detail for somebody to spend a billion plus dollars on...
Agree on some great digging. I do need to lengthen my time horizon.
*sliver
Thank you for all the digging and information shared on the board today. I am trying to stay leant back in my seat till there is a piece of real news, but I can only think that the PAT team dont want to file the claim till after the auction so there is no claim in the paperwork to deter bidders - presumably with an eye to gaining a quantum of the Bhukia worth via the bidding process prioir to submitting the claim.
Not quite as long here as you Edhellas, but around 3 years and a sliver lower average buy price.
I have been hear 12 months never seen a TR1 sell...though I would blame any of the BOD if they did considering reduced salary.
My thoughts are West Africa pretty much cover my stake ( there or there abouts).
