I don't think we've been told there'll be a distribution of any sort have we?
We absolutely do not want this to delist. We need news of a deal pdq.
It de lists and monies is distributed to shareholders.
Highly unlikely this will happen as we still have incoming funds for the next few years
Expect news before the dealine
Short answer is it delists, bad news.
Why all these recent buys though? Just speculation? Anderson stake building? Leak?
Just wondering what happens if nothing transpires within the 6 month period.
Have had a look at AIM Rule 15 and 14.
Also some case history recently-look up the RNS for Beacon Energy (BCE) dated 28/11/22.
They were previously Advance Energy and failed to complete a RTO within their 6 month period of becoming a cash shell.
Not de ramping, just trying to cover all the bases here and suggest other LTHs do the same as nothing is guaranteed unfortunately-especially with AIM.
With less than 12 weeks until we get SP changing news, I expect people are becoming aware
Anderson?
And a million a day or so before that. Encouraging.
Someone keeps on buying 500k at a time, 1 so far today and i am sure twice yesterday., up over 7% now.
Or within 12 weeks we will 100% have some news. Just to be more positive :-)
Another week goes by with no news.
No brainer as this price and how close we are to a potential deal, super low risk
Agree, so let's just clarify, we have cash of £4m, £1.5m more to come in future and a tax credit worth a cash amount of £1.3m based on the current corporation tax rate of 12.5% in Ireland where the company is registered. So circa £7m for a market cap of £3m. Any whiff of a deal and this will double minimum.
On the whiff of a trade this eh.
Finishing line is in sight. Worse case we switch the lights off and at todays SP we get ~0.8p back.
However that will not happen. I'm happy to wait a few more months.
All the giddy kippers will then be trying to jump onboard soon and the SP will rise substantially. The deal will be a game changer for ORM and their investors
It's not dripping Tangle, it's gushing down
Joke of a company thank goodness I only invested a very modest amount, feel for those that went big. Hope for some outstanding news soon but I doubt it.
2 buys at 0.68 0.69 really. still no upward movement.i am baffled.
Time to show your hand BOD , or this will continue to drip lower on no news.
DOWN DOWN DEEPER THAN DOWN.
"Thank you for your reply regarding Ormonde. The company is required to make an acquisition or acquisitions constituting a reverse takeover before early April 2023 and is well advanced in the process. The company is being advised on its disclosure obligations that go alongside pursuing a possible RTO and will publish information as soon as it is appropriate from a regulatory perspective to do so."
Why don't you enlighten us .
Had some very positive Comms with the company. I'd suggest others to do the same.....
BoD need to get tf on with it now. Only 3 months to de listing now. It's been more than 18 months since the ROC deal collapse fiasco.
Hmm looks like someone has woken up to the potential here.
ORM valued at around 50% of cash, with reduced cash burn compared to earlier years (see RNSs).
Is the market so dull s not to be appreciate this?
Why would a deal/investment not be completed? Thomas Anderson is driving this now and he's in at a much higher average for 25%. Plus they have additional income of circa £1.5m to come in over the next three years. Cash of £4m, tax losses of £26m. This looks a very interesting shell to a cash generative business!
