In the meantime, you can have some fun with Google Patents
https://patents.google.com/?q=OptiBiotix&oq=OptiBiotix
I have a spreadsheet with them on another PC, not synched. I will see if I can get the answers. I have a list of patents, trademarks, and IP and regions. Though I am unsure I put the dates in the spreadsheet.
I have been wondering how long it would be before anyone picked up on the OptiPharma 10,000 retail/online deal arrived way ahead of the USA agreement.
I find it odd we are still waiting for the US retailer and yet we have the Aussie, potential blockbuster deal if this pans out as I suggested in my update...this was not even hinted at in an interview I did, or TW or Proactive. This didn't just drop into SOH's lap, this would have been ironed out when Fred flew out in February.
My point being, there is always more going on with OPTI than we know.
IMHO H&B staff have a fair grievance in the current climate. I wholeheartedly back them, why should they remain open when the group has a very strong online store? As for the markets, they will remain volatile for some time yet. OPTI has recently proved they can carry on regardless.
I accept some PI's won't grasp this fact.
Looks like a double whammy tomorrow, trouble with Holland and Barratts workers and DOW falling from 1000 up to 34 down, good luck you guys.
Just one more Ting.
How long is left on the patents?
Steady as she goes -:)
Just one more Ting, how long do we have left on the parents?
Remember we are still waiting for sbtx divi.
3 years!REALLY.
this is why I am very wary of the ipo
Thanks. OPTI can't sit on news if said news is price sensitive. Clearly, there is a lot going on behind the scenes, as well as what we hope will be updated on; a certain Indian company would be nice, NASDAQ listing, ProBiotix IPO, SweetBiotix commercial traction would be even better because it is likely to be bulk production and supply to, for...inside, = to royalties.

There's a very interesting video presentation given last week by Dr Shiva Ayyadurai. He graduated with a PHD from MIT (USA), in biological engineering and studied how to integrate traditional medicine in South India with modern biological systems. His theses focused on modelling whole cells.
He describes as "fake science" what he sees as a globalist attempt to shut down a country's economy for the benefit of Big Pharma. He feels Covid-19 is being used to suppress dissent and support mandated medicine. He believes that Governments are working in concert with Big Pharma which makes its money through diagnostic testing, vaccines and drugs.
He maintains the picture becomes more opaque because the WHO generates royalty revenues from companies that conduct diagnostic tests and therefore has a vested interest in promoting and sponsoring policies which favour Big Pharma.
He believes there is no need to shut down the entire economy or to quarantine all citizens. He suggests those tested positive should be given large doses of Vitamins A and B and those hopitalised should in addition receive a large dose of Vitamin C- this is symptomatic of the treatment hospitals have been applying to victims of this virus.
He advocates the way forwards is a "systems approach" which focuses on the Immune System and this is where Optibiotix enters the fray. There is a complex system based around the existence of the innate immune and interferon systems, the adaptive immune system, the microbiome that models gut bacteria, the virone of nearly 380 trillion viruses and the gut-brain axis.
According to him, when people have a compromised immune system -as many in the Western hemisphere have due to poor diets, insufficient exercise, poor lifestyles and imbibing too many pills and drugs - the body's defenses overreact and attack its own cells. This can occur after the immune system detects parts of an invader, like the novel coronavirus, left over somewhere in the body. This overreaction is called a "cytokine storm". Those who possess strong immune systems can handle this.
This plays into Optibiotix's hands as their online mission is to provide health and well-being focused products that are scientifically supported and offer real evidence-based results. They aim to harness the power of the microbiome for improved gut health and maintain their products are superior to their competitors because they provide health benefits that are supported by both scientific and consumer results.
This virus provides Optibiotix with a marvellous opportunity to get its message across to consumers.Better informed consumers are more likely to commence using the company's unique range of products in circumstances where science can demonstrate the potential benefits of being more likely to fight infections such as or similar to Coronavirus in the future.
Laboratoire has impressive weight management options; which include turn-key formulas and rehydratable powder meal replacement preparations such as milkshakes, soups, omelettes, and Food supplements, Meal replacement, Protein snacks, High protein powder, and Sports nutrition.
It should be noted Solina Group has 18 production sites all across Europe, including the UK, Russia, Turkey, Belgium, Holland, Spain, Sweden, Estonia, Finland, Denmark, Moldovia, Romania, Poland, Norway, and for good measure, Shanghai. Clearly, this strategic step is a masterstroke because it lends fantastic capacity in multiple regions as demand grows.

Brill as usual Elric
I lost wonder how long,or when will be a good strategic time to release the big deal that has been pending for a while now
I have tweaked the initial waffle I posted on the blog late last night to incorporate today's key strategic step.

Good lift today also.
One of the best companies out there, let alone on AIM. Terrific opportunity’s for anyone to buy these at a massive discount at the moment. I agree that the SP will recover rapidly and personally I think we will see this back above a pound by end of year.
Ie expect to see a rise to 65-70p over the next three weeks. All the building blocks are in place for substantial sales with limited capital costs. I am expecting that deals signed in the past six months were on better commercial terms than previously, given the number of leading companies that have signed with us. Hopefully the minimum sales required will require our partners to invest in marketing knowing that if they do not reach the targets, there are plenty of companies that will replace them. Bought 73000 shares on Friday and another £40k today.
It’s sure looking that way!
We were told this stock was Brexit-proof. Could it be Covid19-proof as well...?
GLA
Agree, they certainly arn't sitting at home doing F..K all like a lot of us. Highly encouraging. Very useful that as they dont have a fixed office, its very much business as usual for them..
Keep em coming...great stuff.
hope these guys have plenty of pens in the office. they will be running out of ink singing all these deals
I'm up 38% on my recent purchases of OPTI; usually sell on that amount of gain. Suspect there's more to come on the SP, especially after the virus issues start to clear. Looking forward to a general market rebound once the virus issues start to wane, though OPTI is not the only cheap stock out there at the moment.
Another important and impressive RNS from the team. China next then it is.

Opti B i otix Health plc
( "Opti Bi o t ix" or the "Company")
SlimBiome(R) contract manufacturing agreement with Fipros A/S
OptiBi otix Health p lc (AI M : OPTI), a life sciences busi ness d e vel o ping co m p o u n ds to tack le o besit y, high
choleste r ol, diabetes and skincare, a nn o unces it has entered into a contract manufacturing agreement with Fipros A/S ("Fipros") in Denmark.
Fipros ( www.fipros.dk ) is a Danish contract manufacturer founded in 1992 with operations in Sweden and Denmark. The terms of the agreement grant Fipros the rights to utilise OptiBiotix's IP to manufacture SlimBiome(R) under licence.
This is another strategic step by OptiBiotix to derisk its supply chain in case of a hard Brexit as the agreement creates a source of supply located within the European Union to support the commercial launch of SlimBiome(R) in Poland (RNS: 6 December 2019) and Germany (RNS: 19 December 2019).
Dr. Fred Narbel, Managing Director of OptiBiotix's prebiotics division , c o mmented: "We are very pleased to work with Fipros to manufacture SlimBiome (R) within the European Union. The agreement is key as it helps us lower the cost of trade, support our existing and future European distributors and build contingency in the supply chain which is a key requirement from large commercial partners who do not want to be single-sourced. In addition, Fipros has a Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (CNCA) registration thus enabling us to fast track future possible exports to China."
