The clue was the CFO selling! Adds up now.
It’s such a shame as the market doesn’t attribute value for IP, contracts or its unreplicable assets. But ONC is not alone. I follow around 50 companies in this sector (similar in others) and it’s been hammered!
In the max chart it may dip below 50p but I have added at sub 60p.
38m mcap is insane even if there’s a placing. Low mcap relative to assets, distressed sp and quality is what makes this a prime takeover target now. But one shouldn’t buy on takeover hopes that may never happen!
Still let’s see what happens.

As per the results, the revenue in 2021 and 2022 are similar i.e. 3,859 in 2022 and 3,722 in 2021. However the cost of sales has increased around 3 times in 2022. That is 2,402 in 2022 and 865 in 2021. I would have expected that the cost would have gone down or similar considering that they have already been an established player in the market. Can someone please provide some insight how to understand those figures?
I sold this at £1.80 a while a go but kept it on my watch. Not a lot of shares are worth keeping long term on AIM. Cash burn is insane. Making very little but spending huge. NHS contract is why i kept this in my watch list but i very much doubt its coming. or will take years. They'll have to get money from somewhere and you know what follows. Sell when in profit and run is the policy. Never listen to rampers. I have only held SCE a terrific company, and trade the rest.
Ops wise and signing contracts with tier 1 pharma this is awesome!
9.9m loss even after the extended period has spooked the market. It’s obvious that the market is expecting some sort of funding to plug that gap. I have to look back through and see if the run rate can sustain it.
I think we may see director buys after close period and wouldn’t be surprised if later on we get picked up. Either that or it’s going to be a loan or equity.
Just seems such an overreaction. An award winning great British biotech with deals across top 15 Pharma’s and nhs!
I will be picking some more up once it settles as fortunately having done well elsewhere I can average down and wait it out.

Might aswell stick the money in a current account do better than this
They have me standing against a wall with my pants down. I have nothing left to give and everything to lose here....come on Oncimmune! Show me why I thought it was a good idea to put my money where your mouth is.
Nails curling here too. I am baffled. No-one seems to be able to explain a sudden 6 % drop when no apparent news is floating about. we are ahead of earnings report. Usually this indicates that some investors have cold feet.
It’s half of what I bought it for 4 and half years ago.
Superb company fair play
Ok I am just going to take the most intuitive approach and say it will be the 12 month period from September 2021 to August 2022
*YoY revenue
You are right....whilst I want to stay optimistic, I have a weird feeling that it could drop to 0.55gbp even if you revenue doubled.....
We will see....that's all we can do.
Does it really matter? Not like it’s going to move anyway
'The Company recently changed its financial year-end to August from May with these interim results therefore covering a 12-month period. The Company now expects to announce its interim results no later than 30 September 2022.'
When results are published, will they account for the 6 month period from
1. Dec 21 - May 22 (6 m) not because not 12 m
2. Dec 21 - Aug 22 (9 m) not because not 12 m
3. Sep 21 - Aug 22 (12 m)
4. Jun 21 - May 22 (12 m)
Has anyone got a clue?
If/when there is a sudden move north, I intend to be fully invested here, as I am now. I was in GLO when it did the same, and it felt great. And not too long to the end of September now.
Let it drop further and you get a great buying opportunity.
You don't just revamp Website, appoint new member to board, adjust you fiscal calendar etc for no reason. These guys are getting ready for the major league.
Share price is crap right now, I am frustrated, I have too much in here and I am also wondering whether I shoulda coulda woulda....
But you know what....I sure as he'll am not going to miss out when this stock breaks through. Literally all news, reports, publications hint at this being a diamond in the rough.....
I won't make the worst investment decision of my life by selling now. I can feel it in my urine.... this one is about to pop.
It has to!
Back to 75p this week then
My average now is 104, on paper at least! Looking to add back in later in if 70’s come again and then take them out if it goes back up. Just trying to work average down! Will still keep core for when good times return!
Wouldn’t be surprised to see directors buy at these levels after close period.

Pathetic seriously. Like you said year 5 and like you I’m still in on these. Only benefit was my 35p buy about 8 decades ago. Who gives a ****e about a new website I just want it to go up so I can continue with my life. Boring ****e
@KD37 it's just Trek selling his shares, innit.
I can make the shares go up for everyone, no probs!!! Let me just sell my shares.
Trust me, I don't want to be here cheering a stock along for the 5th year....hoping it will break the same 1 gbp mark. Maybe by the time the company's revenue has hundred folded from my original investment, I will see the price go up....maybe
Back to 70p soon then. Fking yawn
`\_0_/' who knows. Oncimmune has been a bit quiet but in the few recent RNS there has been nothing but positive news. Just need the right price tag in the Carrott and we are good to go. I am staying in with all investments....blending at around 1.5gbp....
Results - I don’t know why they didn’t have sept in first place!
I have taken back the ones I bought in the 70/80’s to leave my original amount invested. Seemed sensible given the market turmoil atm!
