totally agree amongst the wreckage of last 18 months and from the Biodesix ancnt the world is in a post covid catch up .
diagnostics should be worth a lot of money at some point . probably more than current market cap . so you get immunoinsights for nothing. this high margin high growth area with the worlds biggest Pharma cos is testamount to their tech , and the ex boss of Syneos healthcare has joined the board . this has huge upside
Glad your out clearly bottled it. Don’t need flakey investors
Alistair ain’t put his name to this without dd
Move on pls to the next pump that you will bail at the low
I d stick to buying shell
And Bp
Not sure why you
Guys are playing this. Bed wetting over something that is
Very common re results in peak
Holiday season. Things always get slightly delayed
My money is on
Aliststair ex Syneos boss and Adam delivering
Another purchase of shares by the CEO ??
IMO. Best secret on AIm. To sign up global phatma at the rate they are is testamount to its tech. Plus it’s profitable. Perfect takeout target
Onc is an immunoinsights biz. Pls don’t think of it as early CDT
Most investors need to see this and see what they are doing in the immunoinsights arena
Very well written Trek.
This company won’t exist come the summer IMO.
Big pharma s will scrap for it
ONC had a world class autoantibodies biz. Highly profitable
Worlds largest pharma cos use them. And punter are selling this cos they ballsed up a binary bet on crap like synairgen or omega.
Glad you ve left the register. Go back to the casino
The market has no idea of ONC autoantibody owned expertise .
They are dealing with the biggest pharma cos on the planet as they are unable to do it themselves. I agree this will result in a takeover that could lead to a number of major bidders showing their hand.
This company is all
About the immunoinsights biz. Has the potential to be a monster or will be acquired by a Big Pharma.
Amazed it’s overlooked in favour of stuff like Avacta that loses money . Crazy
i feel once the 170 resistance is gone they are back to 200 pronto .. unbelievable that Avacta currently is valued at 270 million and is covid reliant and loses a truck load . yet this makes high margin profits and world leading protein landbank sits at 100 million .. farcical
Either way. If the CEO is buying additional shares it’s a vote of confidence. Most co directors just sell
This is why it’s my top pick for 2022
He has not taken them as the first exercise price is 200 p. !
They are not awarded until that point. So at 170 they are irrelevant. As mentioned majority are way higher. Also Cameron is Boston based chief commercial officer. He will drive the already big pipeline of commercial contracts. Don’t forget the 200’or so to date have been delivered by 2 people. They now have 5. All US based. It is therefore standard practice to incentive him to deliver success as he would be able to buy shares at 168. If say price is 3 quid. This is standard very sensible management incentives.
Yes. It’s in tranches. The first one is at 2 quid. But majority are way higher. They would best earlier if it got taken over. Interesting chief biz officer based in Boston ,also now on share option register
They are award based. The majority do not vest until the shares are over 350 p They are not free. Strict conditions are attached. Mostly about there cos share price hitting certain milestones So should give you huge confidence that a lot of his wealth is tied up and needs the shares over 350 p. This IMO will happen over next 12 months.
Don’t forget at 85 % gross margin business
In 18 months could be making 20 + mill profit. Then you could double capacity again.
So prospective pe of 5 times. Ludicrous
Yep. Simple liquidity chase this
Should be making 20 mill + in 15 months. Therefore a pe of 5 times . Very relaxed holder
The immunoinsights business operates on 85% gross margins. sample price has already gone from 1000 to 1080 .
on the recent call price was not really an issue with the customers as its such a high value product and on the basis every single contract they have done to date has resulted in a re scale up order i only see their margins get stronger as they expand capacity.
this business is a printing machine for cash and i suspect will be taken over at somepoint in 2022
a very well written post from someone who actually understands the story
