no great rush to build stake perhaps?
Tipping point for music industry. And even minnows like OMIP are likely to benefit. https://www.theguardian.com/business/2017/apr/25/2016-marks-tipping-point-for-music-industry-with-revenues-of-15bn
IMO. Company is debt free. CEO is very competent and has guided company through a huge transition in the music industry - downloads to streaming. Risk : stock can be very illiquid BUT with patience def multi bagger potential with 1-2 yr view Don't bother unless you are patient
online. So not much stock floating about after the earlier interims
run rate pe less than 10...ev/ebit c6 ...if this is the "inflection"..then multi bagger
improved results it seems.
Not good at all. Forget EBITDA there is a net cash outflow from the business. They'll be out of cash before the end of this year and will require a cash call to keep the lights on. Which begs the question of the wisdom of retaining the dividend? Very sad.
an absolute bath on this. I think I saw something on twitter ref men and motors pilot being filmed. Maybe we will see something from that.
inflection point then cash is key issue imv
Shame, looks doubtful.
Don't see that happening, they are doing deals a paying a small divi
placement coming down the track??
Its a start!
Good to see the show being re-launched. From the website - 'Men&Motors is back and will be filming at the London Motor Show on 5th May 2016 for its forthcoming series pilot.'
Just make it up, it will frighten off some uninformed investors
Management resignations?
Not sure if 2p would be tasty. It looks dodgy when so many management resignations occur.
difficult judgement.... ....2p would be mighty tasty
Good to hear your thoughts on this. If that is the case then might it not be prudent to exit with any profit at this stage. I can't see a reason to buy and if that's what others are thinking too the share price will likely trickle lower until the next lot of bottom feeders grab some.
http://tinyurl.com/j256wwd Digital content provider One Media IP Group PLC (LON:OMIP) acquires nostalgic music and television programmes from bands, producers and record labels, and digitises them, making them fit for 21st century consumption. Michael Infante, chairman and CEO of One Media IP, tells Proactive that, like the collapse of the CD, “we are now seeing the collapse of downloading – the iTunes model – in favour of streaming”. He adds that this transition hit figures last year, but remains confident that the company is in a strong position as it was able to maintain its margins.
this hasn't ticked down ..background buying??
mtv..ptv..what next? stv?
scared of all tv
buying ..imagine what a climb a little heft would cause ...if they recover their business mojo, earnings of c1p & sp north of 10p looks like relatively easily achievable first phase target
But Hargreave Hale increases its holding significantly....
