Welcome to The Wonderful World of ODX.
A place where fortunes are made by the BOD and the hopeless hang on to the death.
From RNS dated 1 Sep 23 - 'Having consulted with a number of shareholders post the announcement of 31 August, the board has decided not to proceed with the proposed Share Reorganisation and associated consolidation of the Ordinary Shares.'
Rec'd from broker today - ' Further to our previous communication, we have received an update regarding the Omega Diagnostics Group Plc capital reorganisation event.
The Company has announced that the previously announced proposed share consolidation and capital reorganisation will no longer take place. The directors have stated this is because they have no need or intention to raise funds at this time.'
Couldn't make it up!!!
What timber did you buy?
Atan ..we should get an update next month at agm.
If it is as many of us expect then could well pop below again. Though I think it will recover.2p seems about the bottom.
Of course if they get any news on dispute and it is bad ..defo under 2p
Less than £300 traded. Wow. Ive spent more on timber today. Imagine having a largish position and wanting to sell. 20% spread shows how dire the situation is.
What do we think? Will it go below 2p again?
Trades in - lmfao
''waiting for the "somebody must know something" comment.''
When Giro Dave wakes up there'll be a green stripe to do with the above / takeover of ABDX.
First trade of the day shows up
waiting for the "somebody must know something" comment.
'Or a board where they don't hold shares'
Seems that some posters don't realise what they actually post.
I think there's a good 5 posters here that that phrase applies to.
Question is have shareholders voted on the other points?
I'm still keeping my vote as it was, voting no on all points.
Yawnnnn.....
Another one doing as the sailorman is accusing me of doing. Difference is this posters posts are vulgar repulsive abusive and down right disgusting.
Just another infantile childish poster.
Blimey, Dave's on one tonight.. stripes everywhere.. Be better when he's back in his box.
Sounds a bit familiar, where you not having any shares here and you keep mentioning me when I don't post. Can't have it both ways sailorman.
Tradesin...I agree with you on the compulsive attention seeker...i am determined not to respond any more.
Though I doubt it will stop the green stripes after every one of my posts. I do tend to get pursued wherever I post whether it is on this board or a board where they don't hold shares
Guess what Trades always thought you were a bit confused. Unlike several posters on here I wouldn't be posting on a share chat board if I didn't have any shares. So you would lose your wager,
I also wouldn't have contacted and reported to different organisations as I have.
Police, Action Fraud, FCA, Financial Ombudsman, Hargreaves Lansdown, London South East chat board, Citizens Advice Bureau, Solicitor, Omega Diagnostics, Walbrook and My MP.
1,Launch of Microbiome and Nutrigenomics test.

7,Further increase in sales.
8,Any further expansion within Health and Nutrition division.
9,Whether growth strategy is still on track.
10,Return to profit.
Any of these at anytime and the increase will start.
For your information sailorman.
''''For those doubting there is no interest in ODX why was todays RNS the most viewed on a very popular platform,''
Which resulted in precisely a massive 27 trades 55% buys/ 45% sells . I do applaud you for trying to find any positives... but seriously.
Captain, please stop responding to Dave. I see green stripes every time you post. He gets off on people responding... I would wager he has zero shares but has a mental issue that requires him spouting dross.
''I wouldn't want to be out of this share over the weekend'' 🤣
Good job I've got more than 300,000 shares then isn't it.
Who knows I might even have more now.
5-0. People more people watch car crashes than good things like puppies kissing each other. All these people curious and look how few trades there were. Think about it!
It will take more than one piece of good news to change sentiment.
The real question is what good news is expected?
Exactly atan.
The shrewd investor aka gambler who forked out £7.2k is already down £1k before he even starts .
I was going to say it was chicken feed but then I realized it was about the same as the track suit king invested recently.
You know the one with the massive bonus on his poor performance.
Of course it would seem a fortune to anyone with 300,000 shares or less..whatever they paid for them
For those doubting there is no interest in ODX why was todays RNS the most viewed on a very popular platform, it will only take one piece of positive news or change in sentiment for this to multi bag.
The bashers are here for a reason.

How to silence the sailorman, remind him of his false suppositions he has previously posted.
It's easy when you can remember all his absurd guesses and suppositions he has previously posted. Glad to be of assistance.
£28K traded today. Much better than near zero but on such a sharp U turn you would expect more of a normal share. But this isn't a normal share.
Spread is 20% meaning that the price has to recover 25% before break even (before brokers fee). This makes the increase less than palatable. Nuts. As is anyone "topping up" to "average down". A true gamble based on hope rather than evidence. Some could say that although the U turn is likely correct it does makes things more perilous.
At least it gives a few quid more to those that want to get out. The recovery today means the stock has only lost 8.8% this week and 31% in the last 6 months.
I expect the trend to continue until they can demonstrate they are making good on the strategy. The signs thus far are not promising.
That is the question
