“there is no doubt in my mind the consortium of bashers that have been working here 24/7 for over a year are for a purpose, that purpose is to try to contain the share price rise on behalf of a suitor that will make a bid in due course.”
You cannot actually believe that a couple of people posting on here are that influential.
If you think the products offered by this company are going to net your fortune, here is a simple test. Open google and type ‘ are food sensitivity tests any good’. You will get a list of results as normal, my suggestion would be to read them. Can’t be fairer than that!!
Calderkate, I never once mentioned any poster other than the Captain, however your response of 6 paragraphs make reference to me in the last 5 paragraphs by way of 'you this and you that' etc We may have differing opinions on the share but making it personal benefits no-one. I am aware that posters who try and promote the share have previously been asked to justify their rationale for such, but in the main, just appear to be confrontational with their responses rather than justify their opinions. A typical example from yourself is the remark about my £450 worth of shares?? There is nothing to be gained by that remark as it serves no purpose other than to be confrontational. I would hope, albeit not on a personal level, that you are unaware of my holding in any share but if displaying a schoolground approach is your thing then feel free to continue.
That said, I hope the share does really well for you if you're invested, and if you're not I would recommend you keep it that way until the company prove they can be competitive and profit making...............

'No Deckhand you are not good for this site along with your gang of merry posters and you are definitely not good for this share.'
Captain, you should have realised by now that you cannot have an alternative opinion on the share, albeit based on facts and reality both historical and current, from the people who still attempt to promote this share (on what I have no idea!!). You are only allowed to post slating anyone who contradicts their narrative and that is only if you restrain from offering your research, grounded opinion etc You are allowed to cut and paste from RNS's even if the content within failed to materialise.
I hope, next year you will be better behaved and I suggest you take the plunge, as the majority of nutritional/medical practitioners. with their Phd's and other so called qualifications who are to be found with a simple google search who state that the service offered by CNSL is a waste of money know absolutely nothing.
Wishing all holders, ex holders (hopefully, as things are, there are no future holders) and followers a prosperous new year.

RNS= thinnest smear of weight-watchers jam. As many have said previously, only product sales will bring long term sustainable results, not govt disputes, not one off royalties so all ODX need is a viable product and there lies the problem……..
There are many web sites related to this, in fact just google 'IgG testing the facts', here are a few extracts from the 1st 3 results..........
Result 1. It is important to understand that this test has never been scientifically proven to be able to accomplish what it reports to do. Due to the lack of evidence to support its use, many organizations, including the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and the Canadian Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology have recommended against using IgG testing to diagnose food allergies or food intolerances / sensitivities.
Result2. There is no strong evidence that these tests accurately identify a food intolerance. In fact, allergy doctors have investigated these tests and they have shown that you’re more likely to be told you have a positive food intolerance to a food you consumer regularly, not one you’re intolerant too
Result3. There is currently no convincing evidence to support this test and it is not recommended as a diagnostic tool.
However besides this overwhelming tide of professional negativity towards the test that CNSL appear to be hanging their hopes on, let not forget we have £4.4m in the bank, think someone may have mentioned it already! yeah don't need to factor in cash burn as that is fact based so doesn't count, the likelihood is that we'll win the Govt dispute and get shedloads of cash (not fact based in any way so that's as god as money in the bank, which if you weren't aware is £4.4m.
The BoD are probably too busy counting the £4.4m to consider investing further themselves, So apart from sales/products and the future of the company everything is looking good especially as we have £4.4m in the bank!!
You know exactly where the company is when, they state their operational “highlights’ include the appointment of a NED and a successful name change. What next? They successfully painted the office, introduced two new flavours of crisps in the canteen……..
'And now the Sailorman starts with his repetitive points, the same things again and again.'

Unvalidated tests
There are a number of commercially available unvalidated tests that patients often undertake due to their degree of desperation to find out what foods might be responsible for their symptoms (see Table 4). These patients are a particularly vulnerable group and such investigations should not be encouraged as there is a lack of evidence to support their use, they can be extremely costly and most importantly often lead patients to inappropriately over-restrict their diet which can limit nutritional adequacy and lead to undernutrition, and detrimentally affect the social aspects of their quality of life.
To be hoped there are viable products in the pipeline as posters on here keep making reference to, but we all know the timelines to get any medical products to market.
Extract from Food Allergy Canada
FACT: Research does not support IgG testing for food allergy. These tests measure levels of IgG (immunoglobulin G) antibodies to foods and claim that removing foods with high levels from the diet can address symptoms and improve health. However, the presence of IgG antibodies indicate exposure and possibly tolerance to a food, not allergy. Due to a lack of evidence supporting their use, IgG tests are not recommended for diagnosing a food allergy, or even a food intolerance or sensitivity.

Until ODX increase (begin to have)their portfolio of viable products/production for other who have saleable products this can only continue to fall and then what will the BoD to fund their bonus? The more you search for positives from professionals and IgG the worse it seems to get.

Quite a personal response, noteworthy for its lack of rational argument regarding the authors qualifications and an uncalled for tirade against myself. All i have done is post 2 recent articles relating to IgG testing which may have been of benefit to holders/potential holders then responded to your use of the term Z related journalist. Quite bizarre.

With due respect, I would assume you haven't read the articles or looked at the authors and contributors. To label someone who holds a BSc (Hons) PgCert MBANT and is a registered nutritionist with a postgraduate diploma in Personalised Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy and is a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and a member of the Guild of Food Writers a 'Z list journalist' would indicate that you have a level of standards and possible expertise that could justify the comment.

With regards to the efficacy of food intolerance kits? Depends who you ask, but many gut health specialists agree that the tests are, at best, a waste of your hard-earned cash and, at worst, potentially damaging to your physical and mental wellbeing.

Are IgG food intolerance tests reliable?
Although the presence of IgG antibodies supports an immune response, this response might not be associated with the symptoms of any food intolerance. This is because IgG antibodies play a normal and important role in helping maintain our tolerance to food – with this in mind the presence of IgG antibodies may simply confirm that you’ve eaten the tested food recently and your body is having a normal response. For this reason, many experts argue that there is no substantiated evidence to support these tests for the diagnosis of a food allergy or a food intolerance. They are still subject to review and are not recommended as a diagnostic tool by the British Dietetics Association, the NHS or NICE.
Yeah, warrants expiring and we will win the Govt dispute and receive a shed load of money that the BoD will probably use as bonuses because they have managed to keep manufacturing, packaging and distribution prices extremely low by using the genius strategy of not selling anything. What's not to like? Some on here make reference to the SP dropping like a stone from over a quid, the 'no need for a placing'-placing announced the following day fiasco etc and it was only a year or 2 ago that it was RNS,d that we had an order for 50 grand, yes you read that right 50,000 smackers. I can see a bid coming in for the company of £2 a share minimum.

“Whoever they are, and for whomever they work for, there is a reason an it's not because they are concerned for anyone who has any shares. “
Correct 100%. The concerns are aimed at potential investors who may not have done full research of the company and their antics, but just read the RNS’ and the promise of jam tomorrow. To anyone thinking of investing and taking a punt there are far safer opportunities than here, currently this is basically a one trick pony, and no-one appears to want to see the trick.
A lot of discussion regarding the government dispute, but in reality, irrespective of the outcome, there is only one which I see as being relevant. That is if the company were to have to repay any monies then their ever dwindling pot would only speed up the requirement for a fund raise, as let’s be honest it’s unlikely to be refilled via the business. If they don’t have to pay anything, we have the current situation, albeit without the sword overhanging, which is not exactly looking overly rosy and finally if they were to receive a payment?? that would add a minimal delay for a fund raise (or possibly not as it may be utilised as another mind boggling unjustified bonus for yet another magnificent performance). Ultimately a win/draw makes no real difference, but a loss could be the beginning of the end.-
From RNS dated 1 Sep 23 - 'Having consulted with a number of shareholders post the announcement of 31 August, the board has decided not to proceed with the proposed Share Reorganisation and associated consolidation of the Ordinary Shares.'
Rec'd from broker today - ' Further to our previous communication, we have received an update regarding the Omega Diagnostics Group Plc capital reorganisation event.
The Company has announced that the previously announced proposed share consolidation and capital reorganisation will no longer take place. The directors have stated this is because they have no need or intention to raise funds at this time.'
