I feel very sorry for everyone that is now sitting on a paper loss and really hope that things will change around and Odx finally performs. My concerns came when I clearly remember Ck informing us of a possible early Xmas present last year at the shareholders live presentation. This never happened either before or just after and that gave me doubts on the ability of the company to meet expectations.
I do beleive the government let down Odx massively, but I also beleive that the bod for Odx should have not laid all there eggs in one basket, especially with the gov previous track record.
Harley- That's all right for anyone remaining holding ,what about shareholders who had invested to find out they had been told a lie and then had to sell .
@calderkate - I am unsure you can call it a lie, my interpretation would be a shambolic running of affairs.
Of course it is not nice that some shareholders have had no option but to sell at a loss, but unfortunately we all put a certain faith and trust in the companies that we invest in. We all know that investing on the aim is the wild west of markets and come woth a lot greater risks and rewards.
Anything is possible:Just look at GDR(Placibg "rock bottom "now look where it is
Then if not a lie what would you call it? As for the aim being the wild west ,yes that might be right but for CEO of a company that shareholders had handed money over to ,to in my opinion hoodwink shareholders shows a total disregard to those shareholders and loyalty and integrity is clearly questionable
"Then if not a lie what would you call it?"
A lie requires an intent to deceive.
Hoodwink and lies to shareholders are strong accusations that require proof and intent otherwise could be very liable. If correct then action can be taken as all companies have strict rules to abide by.
Unfortunately, a number of people on here are throwing around serious accusation, based purely on their own flawed and partial understandings and recollections of what has gone on.
If Colin were a litigious fellow* he could could have a field day...
*I'm sure he's not and that he will treat those wild claims with the calm disdain they deserve.
I am sure a few shareholders would relish a day in court with Colin. Might even get some proper answers
