The rationale for me would be that if these guys deliver and there is very little room to doubt they will not, then there are a few larger players who will have no issue tying up cash for between a few months to maybe 4 years in the knowledge they will be returning multiples after that time, either through another relisting or OCTP getting bought out. There is a lot of exchange of stock going on at these level right now. Distressed sellers V buyers who want to maximise potential profits and get as much as they can cheap today. As we get closer and closer to D day the fun will begin to gain traction. I cannot see it closing at these level but more post placing of 0.5p and above.
Someone who believes the rationale for delisting and thinks these were dirt cheap and undervalued at .35p let alone at .17p
So we’re still pushing higher despite all these sells.
Must be a hefty buy coming through, question is- Who and why?
I imagine whether you have any influence on accepting a bid would depend how large a holding you had. They have promised a matching facility so you should be able to still buy and sell. Although it will be more difficult.
Must be partially filled the buy has shown after the close and at the highest price paid of the day 6 million at 0.1788p
Wins must have a huge buy order, they have went from 0.12p to 0.16p and took all sales and plenty of them and the price keeps rising.
In other recent delistings Directors bought shares in the last couple of weeks, maybe now is the time
Nearly 20% up
Could we finally about to get a spike? Something going on?
When we delist, we as shareholders are no longer able to buy or sell, and we have to wait for the company to announce their intention to re-enter an exchange before we are able to have value restored.
However as delisted there is still the fact that we own a part of the company. My question is then if the company were approached to be bought out while not on any recognised exchange, and we were offered a fair value price on our holding, which then would have to be agreed to as we would still carry voting rights. This is possible?
Nope. Just become less easily traded.
Weird out of nowhere Wins jump 0.02p and then online crashes down to nothing offered so there must be something in the system or this is the start of the usual pre delisting spike that mm's always do which of course we'd not complain at all about
Full ask paid there..
Steve, do the shares just disappear when it goes private?
I'm still holding, praying for a miracle.
But will have to sell up at some point.
With my small holding, going private it'll disappear 🫥
Good Point - I don’t remember seeing MEN post anything like this either as an RNS when they delisted
It costs a company money to post an RNS at the end of the day, so why waste money posting it?
I wonder if there is something happening in the background,
Very cheap for a company with multiple trials on the go
Got no problem with a takeover.
But at what price????
Seems odd that they would need to state this. I held Redx and C4xd ahead of their delisting but they didn't put out this type of RNS. Maybe a takeover is planned and they want to have everything ready.
What does it mean ?
Great update looking good for Monday
...even after the application to the FCA to delist and it having gone up 100% already since? What's your reasoning?
This will move up before end of this month could double easily.
We could see a nice lift today
We have seen this happen on 2 recent delistings
Redex went from 32p down to 4p when delisting News broke it was then traded up to 34p prior to delisting so this could happen with this share.
Where do you get your price from please.
Why? company need to pay max 0.1 nothing more. who wanna buy any of these shares now on 0.14 or higher?
Would love to see this blow up randomly like all the other delisted shares did.
Ticked up out of nowhere so perhaps quite a few / large background buy ?
All it would take is to get on that riders board and I think we shoot up. No chance there would be enough stock to stop us squeezing up
