Yes - these directors who have overseen this company should never be allowed to run a company again. I had a fairly small holding in my pension fund but reading all the RNS news you would think the company has done well. An absolute shambles and a disgrace the way they've been allowed to run it by the non exec directors. One of the reasons why people dont trust the stock market
A total shambles from the start to finish, poor management all the way through.
Turn the lights out and close the door.

Well all the lights are now turned off. Utilities disconnected and demolition starts Monday. What a complete farce this company has been. Amigo however are in a structured wind down and shares still bouncing around.
Tbh I just don’t get the gambling side of shares. Trading/investing in turd shares seems irresponsible. This was non fundable the moment they released the first RNS with the £95m raise - £14m allocated to redress. Given what has been seen in similar shares with more reasonable rejected terms - this was doomed at that point and almost put together for that outcome.
I don’t see how anyone can hold more weight on anonymous bulletin board posts than they do over their own capital. Seems bonkers to me.
NSF failed themselves, shareholders and redress claimants are simply collateral damage on top of that.
Reincarnated I’ve been speaking with Neil for many months on this and all I can say he is true to his word when it comes to his trades, there are many Billy bulls on these boards but I can say Neil is not one of those. The spread here was horrendous at times and it made this share untradeable.
Why so serious Neil ?
The demise of NSF really seems to have upset you. You’re telling me that I can see your trading history through your posts ? Please explain how that works… is it linked to your trading account and bank statement with pictures and presentations ?
Yuri absolute madness to buy here with that spread I agree.
Someone bough 4.7k worth about 3 hours before the delisting RNS!

Exactly Neil look at the amount traded it’s tiny as the spread is so large…
60% spread and they are not moving it.
0.11 to buy and 0.080p to sell.
Not tempting at all and I can't believe traders/gamblers are buying this.
It was only 0.15p to sell even before the last RNS stating its all over.
You have to get a sell price of 0.12p to even make 8% profit after fees and that is not going to happen obviously.
This is definitely one to leave alone
Share Price:
0.08
Bid:
0.08
Ask:
0.15
Change:
-0.095 (-54.29%)
Spread: 0.07 (87.50%)
Wow that is actually correct.
It is an 87.5% spread
Unbelievable
Be carful here.
They now want 0.13p to buy but it's 0.080p to sell.
They will do the same as they did with PURP..
You won't make money on this with a 50% spread.
The MMs have it sewn up
So RNS reminds (again) that there's no whatsoever residual value left for shareholders and for some reasons sp is still not 0.000001?

This is jumping all over the place in the last couple of weeks. Does anyone have an idea as to why this is happening?
Last post: 2reicarnated, 22 May 2023 13:13
I did the opposite haha. The email before alchemy backed out highlighted nil value. With them gone it’s now a binary bet, survive and get wiped out or just get wiped out. AMGO had no joy with a much smaller raise. Sure they’ll be fluctuations but requires you to be at a comp non stop. Gotta get out before the lights go out. GL
I am in with a small punt on this share. Big fluctuations on price over the last weeks.
Can’t handle the truth bud ? You only have to read the RNS. It’s official.
Filtered.
Wondering if anyone else is in to get wiped out ?
Worth reading the RNS. It was nil value before Alchemy backed out. It’s got to be negative value now so overvalued still

Nice rise today but I have no idea why. But ...... Hey Ho Happy Days.
Why is it rising today, 26% so far ?
NSF might have a bigger market cap than Amigo...... but AMGO shares are up 14.8% compared to ours here at 4%. We are all here to earn money and that's a fact. £5k investment / gamble in AMGO is looking good at the moment. I hope NSF will do the same. Gla :)
NSF now has a bigger market cap than AMGO. Market is confident the 95m raise will be successful and NSF will bowl over the FCA with minimal return to redress, whilst lining company pockets. Happy days.
Why were so many posts deleted here and how is this staying up whilst the rest of market falls. 1) directors believe raising 95m is possible and in shareholders interest despite confirming existing holders will be diluted to oblivion or 2) pump and dump crew see an opportunity and reported posts. This is exactly why less and less companies are coming ti the UK market. It’s a circus.

Level of redress will never be accepted & absolutely zero chance of raising £95m. Board just wringing last few drops of pay out of this dead dog. Just put it down…

Hardly anyone is doing great with capital raises or even debt refinancing in increasing interest rate environment paired with spiking risk levels under these harsh and deteriorating economic environment. With lenders it's double-edged sword too: you can increase premium but impairments/defaults will eat it all away and regulator will create extra "excitement" along the way.
Max if I remember that's just remunerating one of the guys who works with NSF hence why its always the same and regular.
Big thing today is Amigo stumbling badly on their Cap raise and if they are stumbling I think NSF would find it very difficult. Shame, this was once one of my go to trading shares but the bid graph kind of sums it up now, flatline.
Im new to this company but with the same director buying at 1.97 last sept, then twice after( always same amount of £8520), i decided to follow him.Let’s see….no advice given.
smorrisjones - many made the same assumption with Amigo
Shut shop end of play time. There's no way out for this poorly run company.

Yes. All the rampers are gone.
Gone quiet on this board since last week’s pump
Any idea as to when the next news is?

The spread is to deter buyers IMO. Consolidating solidly at this level before next leg up.
Boooom. 0.99p on the ask now. Looks like the sub 0.60p traders have cleared the decks....Technicals point to 1.50p IMO.
Being held back to fill large orders IMO, then they will let it go.
Bargain galore sub 1p IMO
DYOR
supper !!
up over 100% now
love it
where the bottom sellers, nay says?....
The director will explain today why the bond holders are happy to fund ECHO at 76% premium

Looking like being an incredible day.
Was 1.75 a couple of weeks ago.
No reason it will not get back towards that level today.
FCA clearly on board with this sector and there will be huge demand for products.
Very difficult to buy.Looks like we are set for 1.5p today. I can't see 5p today IMO.
Buyers returning.
DYOR
Very good news for the sector. I expect NSF to settle around 1.50p later today IMO?
DYOR
Wow - doing well this morning. Moves on very little buying - trying to add a few more before it moves above 2p range
And the massive dilution and current mcap of AMGO actually makes NSF a good investment.
Regarding sucking blood, you do that every day on LSE and twitter. With your lies and exaggerations
Nobody is interested in your beliefs
MCL another great tip
Get in before it rises 100%

Multi bags here. Gla
AMIGO valued 30X higher
Both have a huge loan boom
Whatever AMIGO rises - NSF should 5 fold the increase with a market cap of 1.5m

Don’t forget NSF - NSF should get a far bigger rise off the back of it
Read the RNS, it says the whole market sector will benefit
NSF have a huge loan book and with only a 1.5m market cap
Grab your NSF cheapies before the market realises the whole sector are going to benefit
